Bruce is a great technician he always called to give notice when he was eaded over and explained everything he was doing and why.
I would definitely recommend him for any snowblower repairs.

The service provided by the technician, James D., was great. He came Friday afternoon, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part within 20 minutes with the return to repair scheduled for the following Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving.

The part came in early and auto-scheduled the repair for Monday and James D. came and did the repair in 30 minutes.

With 15+ people coming for Thanksgiving it was important to get the repair done quickly… Thank you James D.

Sears/Jose were trying only to quote me very high! Jose was focused only on the payments, after all, the part missing from my machine was under $50 but they want to charge me over 10 times more for it and when i declined the quote, Jose was just rating the experience for himself on my behalf. This company in my opinion is just a scam. I will never think contacting them again.

Bruce came to fix our Craftsman snowblower which wouldn’t start for us. But as is often the case, it started right away for him. Since he was here, he added some air to our tires, checked our oil and advised us against keeping any gas past the winter season. Since our oil was dirty and he was here, I asked him to change the oil. Bruce was professional and courteous. He knew his stuff and did a great job!

I do have to say the technicians are professional and knowledge. No issues there. The reason this is a one star review is that this is some of the worst scheduling and communication I've ever seen from a company.

Called about a broken refrigerator on a Thursday, the technician was there the next day and diagnosed the issue. He had to order parts which wouldn't be there until the following Monday. The next available service appointment was the following Wednesday. The parts came on Monday, no problem, and if the fridge had been fixed on Wednesday this would have been a fix star review.

On Wednesday I received a text rescheduling the appointment for Friday, no explanation. On Friday I get a call from the technician saying they added my home to his route at the very end of his shift and he wouldn't be able to make it. Therefore, the appointment got rescheduled to the following Monday. The following Monday there was a snowstorm so they of course rescheduled to the next Wednesday when finally the fridge was fixed.

EACH and every time they reschedule they give a service window of 9 am to 3 pm which basically means someone has to be home all day. There is also no way to talk to a human about any of this! Their automated system just directs you to a website which only gives you the option to cancel or reschedule. Calling their phone number just gets you to an AI agent.

In summary, do not use this company, ever. Go with someone with a person on the other end of the phone who you can actually talk to about issues.

Demand Electric (Gary) was one of 3 companies I contacted for an estimate to replace my foyer chandelier with a different one. Some people were not willing to do the work because of the “labor” due to the height of the ceiling which was at least 18ft high. Gary came by to check out the space and give me the estimate. He said it was an easy job to do unlike some others. Gary was friendly, professional, fair in pricing, and any time I reached out he would answer right away. He was punctual and did the job not problem, just as he said. He and his partner breezed through the work (even with the ridiculously big ladder used) and above all else were respectful to my home as to not damage the walls or space with the ladder. I would 100% recommend Gary to work with!

Pete’s is major find for great service! My 20 year old wolf stove was clucking and their team fixed it and were fair priced. So much better than calling the company snd getting some far off service company. Will always use them should yhe need arise
