Mike from Pete’s did a really good job. The blower of our hood is actually not produced anymore. But Mike keeps discussing the possible solutions with the manufactory engineer. Finally, everything was sorted out! Definitely recommend Pete’s.

Our Gaggenau cook top which was installed 27 years ago developed a gas leak in one of the burners. We called PSE and G who shut everything down for us. Pete himself from Pete’s appliance, came out and was able to have the other five burners working temporarily while the one that was an issue was shut down. Because of the age of the model, there were no parts available. My husband and I started to look for a new cooktop when Pete called us a couple of days later to tell us that he found a part on eBay. He bought it for us installed it, and our cooktop is working beautifully. Not only was he professional And knowledgeable but Also took the initiative to find the part. If you need an appliance repaired, Petes appliance is the place to go.

My 24 years old Subzero has two problems, refrigerator temperature is not cold, ice maker no longer makes ice. Received a couple of estimates, very expensive replacement for the compressor. I went to shop for a new fridge, in the midst of decision. Pete’s was recommended to me by a friend. What a God send! They fixed my fridge replaced a small part for the ice maker. Everything is working! Price was so reasonable, professional and on time. It’s rare these days to find such honest company that are so good at what they do!!!Recommendations to everyone who needs high end appliances service!!!

I have to say this appliance repair co came to my home to repair a Bosch oven that was less than 2 years old (purchased from Furgusen). He showed up on time. Repaired it quickly and was prepared with the part in hand. I can’t say enough about how I was happy with the office staff and the technician. If I ever have an appliance issue again I’m calling them. The tech offered advice about my ASkO dishwasher which I was having issues with and took the time to explain things to me. Awesome service and friendly on top of it. I’m sold on these guys and will happily spread the word.

I called and got Diane oh the phone. she was very nice and responsive. Two days latter Mike came right on time. he was very courteous and clean. He fixed my oven and dishwasher. Fantastic experience.

We had an issue with our ovens and were able to schedule an appointment quickly. The technician was friendly, he came on time, and had the parts on hand. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely use this company again.

I had an excellent experience with Pete's; I strongly recommend them.
My new Blue Star refrigerator was beeping intermittently, driving us crazy, not showing any error message. Johann, the tech from Pete's, came and said, "usually, it's the sensor in the refrigerator." But this is a high tech refrigerator, so we downloaded a diagnostic file to a thumb drive and sent it to the manufacturer, and they said to replace the sensor in the freezer. Johann came back and did that: the beeping continued. Multiple diagnostic files and new parts later, Johann came back and replaced the sensor in the refrigerator. Problem solved, and now I trust Johann more than the onboard diagnostics.
Apparently, I'm the first customer in Jersey City since the pandemic. I hope they continue to include me in their service area!

Cannot talk more highly of Pete’s major appliance company. We have been using them for 20 years so that just tells you how wonderful and reasonable and knowledgeable they are. Mike , The man that came was amazing very knowledgeable figured out what was wrong with the dishwasher and was back two days later with the part to fix it just before the holidays. Thank God.. I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, appliance company, then these Are your people. I’ve been using Pete’s since I moved to NJ in 2021. Excellent service. They have kept my 15 year old Viking refrigerator and Dacor stove running. I highly recommend them. Invoice 145110

Used Pete's in the past and they were helpful with our stove but we were trying to have them fix our dryer and they've come 3-4xs fixing something different each time and it was never actually fixed while we're spending hundreds of dollars. We would have just bought a new dryer and never tried to fix it if I had know they couldn't Fix it. I'm not sure if they're disorganized and not looking at the previous workers notes before saying another part needed to be fixed, or something else.
