HORRIBLE experience!! Someone came out did not even touch the appliance and said it needed this and that (with in 3 secs) or we can get you a new one.
PS - i had another local guy come out, half the price and all that was needed was a $30 part.

The gatekeeper/receptionist is just incompetent, and far from any help! I was forced to use Pete's Major Appliance through a warranty. Do your self a favor & reach out to a company that at least BEGINS, with customer service.

They worked with me to fix my oven/microwave when parts were hard to find. They were diligent and creative in the efforts and worked through to help me and stood by their word. Thanks!

I had a very old thermador oven .
Thermador was unable to help me to get it repaired .
The receptionist at petes was friendly and knowledgeable. They found the part for me and was able to fix the unit

Dacor connected us with this company for a fridge leak. Someone came and tried something and then left. They did not wait to check to see if what they did stopped the leak or not. They left and sooner after the fridge continues to leak. They did not fix it. They also did not leave a direct phone number and the main office was unreachable at 4pm ET. Their email does not work.

This is my third time calling Petes appliance (different problem each time) and every time they give me a timely appointment, are on time or early and repair my appliance quickly. Mike the technician is friendly and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend them.

Horrible! Came 4 times to fix something. Blamed them not knowing the full issue on me. Charged me Labor for every visit. Scratched my kitchen floor and did not install my dishwasher drain properly and flooded my kitchen. $500 later they claim no responsibility and instead argue it's not their fault. AWFUL!!!! My next step is small claims court

Called to schedule a service for a Dacor stove. A woman on a phone asked for model and serial number before they could even schedule a service call. When I said I can't get serial number as it is on the back of the stove which is installed and hooked up to gas line and hardwired she flatly hung up. Called again, asked if I could speak to someone in charge. She replied she was in charge and again very rudely said that I need to get serial number. Extremely unpleasant, didn't seem to care for business whatsoever. I don't know how these places stay in business. Stay away from this store. If I could give zero stars I would.

Been having trouble with my stove and had called multiple people but didn’t get the numbers I wanted, called Pete’s and gave me an affordable price and was a super cool dude and had my stove fixed within an hour. Highly reccomend him for his fast paced high quality work and friendliness

Never use this company. This company was sent as part of my warranty with the Bosch appliance I bought. Was supposed to call in advance and did not and then refused to work on the machine since it was double stacked. When I asked him to go through the cycles with me - the tech said - read you manual. I said that I was not asking for instructions but to test the machine. His tech said what are you "stupid" read your manual. Then he bills me and turns it over to collections. When it hits my credit report - if it does, I will be turning it over to my attorney to file a complaint and he can come to court with a lawyer to explain his business. Save yourself problems - don't use this company. Save yourself grief. I see the other reviews and I wish I had checked before I allowed them to come out....

We were having issues with a brand new appliance that we purchased from Thermador. Pete's was sent out to inspect the appliance and attempt to repair it. Unfortunately the appliance needed to be replaced , but Petes was beyond helpful and very accommodating to us, We highly recommend this company. Super friendly staff and technicians. Thank You
