All Bergen Appliance is extraordinary. Flo and Mary are the best. I had an issue with my Kitchenaid dishwasher broken door handle and cold called them. Besides getting me set up for a next day service--thank you Flo--Mary spoke to me about the needed repairs. After texting a picture of the problem to Mary, and and then Mary reviewing it and sending me a schematic of the door and handle, she reasoned and explained to me what she felt was the problem and a way to fix it. It worked and I am grateful and thankful to Mary and Flo and All Bergen Appliance. I got lucky that my repair was fixable without a service visit. Most repairs will require a service visit, and I get it. What All Bergen Appliance showed me is that they care for their customers and potential customers. It would have been easy for them to show up tomorrow and collect their fees. However customer relations appears to be number one for All Bergen. All Bergen Appliance is a lifesaver. My washing machine broke at the last minute, and I needed it repaired urgently. They didn’t hesitate and showed up the same day. The washer is now working like new. Excellent customer service, highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with All Bergen Appliance. The owner was extremely helpful and spent a great deal of time with me trying to track down the correct repair part for my Samsung dishwasher. After striking out at a couple of other places, it was such a relief to find someone who truly cared about helping.

Highly recommend City Lights Electric. Without getting too boring with details, I had a time sensitive emergency for some under ground wire that needed to be repaired and he not only responded quickly, came to assess and was back in a day even though he had jobs lined up for this emergency repair. Gerard and his guys were so wonderful I can't thank him enough.

I bought an electrical service from them through Angies list. They never returned my numerous e-mails and phone calls to schedule the work. They gave me the run around for two weeks and wasted my time. I had to cancel the order and get a refund. Horrible customer service and professionalism. Why advertise on Angies list if you dont have time to follow through and do the work? Avoid them at all costs.

This is the second house I have used Paps electric and he continued to exceed my expectations. He is flexible, responsive, and gets the job done every time.

On this job he ran a sub-panel to an upstairs apartment, wired up a brand new kitchen and bathroom, and ran new hookups for the washer and dryer. Inspections were a breeze with Andy running the show keeping this project on track.

The next apartment renovation will be kicking off in a few months and Paps Electric (and his professional team) will be my first call.
