If you need a great plumber that is efficient and knowledgeable, call Titan Plumbing. We had a cracked sewage pipe (cast iron) in our basement and after having a couple of plumbers come and take a look and say it was a big problem, we called Titan Plumbing. I spoke to Jimmy, he came and took a look and said he can take care of it no problem. They came the next morning as promised, on time. They had it fixed in no time. Very courteous, efficient and honest. Great work, highly recommend!!

Jimmy was the best decision I made to get backwater valve installed. Not only did he give a reasonable price but also was easy to negotiate a price that worked for me. He showed up on time, and him and his team did a great job. They also installed the valve without having to open up more flooring than needed. They are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done!

I wouldn’t even give them one star! They did work at my house once before and their price was reasonable but the second time they came to do a job that required very minimal work. He charged me almost $1000! -swapping my kitchen faucet and a band in the bathroom shower since it was leaking. He told me the job usually would last three hours (for the bathroom) but because the job only lasted less than an hour ( if that ) he still had to charge me the same rate. He also just came to my house and started doing work without telling us the exact cos!. Which I thought was complete BS, especially when the owner told me to hush because he didn’t want his worker to know what he’s paying him while I asked what the price would be, which to me It seems sketchy to me since his worker did the entire job. The owner just supervised & just told me to hush. I definitely will not be using them again or referring them anyone! They definitely lost business with us and we will be reporting this as well.

Contrary to some of the big brand plumbing agencies that are spread throughout NJ and charge big $$$ for their services, Titan seems to be a smaller individually run business that did the same work with satisfactory results at a considerably lower cost. They took the effort to answer all the questions and concerns without being pushy.

I do not recommend Titan Plumbing. They will perform the bare minimum work required to pass a town inspection, while potentially leaving your property in an unsafe condition (as they did with mine). I was the buyer of a property, and the sellers contracted Titan to repair the water and sewer mains. As of now, it appears that the mains were successfully repaired. However Titan left the property in an absolute mess. I was not expecting the property to be restored to the condition it was after digging the large trenches, but the work site was left a complete mess. There are large cavities left under both the sidewalk and front walkways. Concrete sections were not set back properly. Large rocks that were dug up were strewn about the yard. I can understand not replacing everything 100%, but a significant amount of work is required to restore site. Titan did not respond to a notice from my attorney. I would look elsewhere for your plumbing needs, especially if it involves any outdoor/yard work.

Thr best plumbing service in NJ. Titan plumbing fixed and diagnosed a very bad leak in our house and came out quickly after I called them. Very reasonable with their prices and knew exactly what the issue was with our leak. I would 1000% recommend them. They are true professionals!

We recently needed our water heater replaced and contacted Titan plumbing.
Jimmy, the owner, was great. He came to our house the same day we called and the next morning our new water heater was installed. Based on our experience I would recommend Titan plumbing to others.

Jimmy is not only very responsive which is hard to find in any type of business, he knows his stuff and comes out fast. In the plumbing world, when a homeowner is having an issue, it's usually an emergency so it's great having someone reliable. He has fixed our furnace, pipes under our sink, snaked our toilet and fixed our water heater. Not only that but my family has started using him as well. Definitely recommend!

We called Titan in an emergency, after normal business hours, Jimmy the owner responded immediately and was on site within the hour of our first call. When he arrived, he immediately assessed the issue and took action to remedy the problem. He was able to unblock our main drain and did a complete inspection to make sure there wasn't more than one issue. His professionalism and knowledge showed, with his confidence that he could get things "flowing" again in no time. We highly recommend Titan and will use them for other projects as needed. We are confident we called the right company and luckily got the owner to service our issue.

EXPENSIVE, outrageously priced. THEY CHARGED 120.00 for the service call, toilet repair 180.00. This was definitely a rip off. Shame on them to do this to their local neighbors.

Jim was prompt, polite and professional. His costs were reasonable and his work was outstanding.

Unresponsive and Zero Customer service.

These guys did work for my father-in-law and he called them when I asked him to suggest someone for a few small things. He was told to have me text issues.
- Text 11/8 phone #1. Waited a week then called & told to text other number. Texted 2nd # twice (waiting a few days), no reply. Got a VM a few days after last text from 1st #. Immediately called back, got VM. Days pass. Text both #s. Tell them if they can't do the job please let me know and I'll look else where. Finally get a call & told they have "big projects" to finish. It's been 3wks by now since 1st text. Scheduled onsite eval. Got a price on a back of a card but no list of what I need done. Text both # asking for quote. Get text back from #1 (proving its a textable # from 1st contact) again stating big projects. Week goes by. Text both #s about date and quote. Nada. Finally got a call Wed 12/15 from #2 promising quote and "maybe" a service date Fri 17th if I send email. Wed - no quote. Thurs - no quote/service time. Fri - no quote/service time.
Text both #s and againstate that if they couldn'tdo the job I wish they had been honest about it in the first place. Reply from them is they plan to give quote when they show up at 1pm today. (by that time it's a BILL, not a quote) The thing is I was never asked, told nor agreed to a service time. They continued with saying they didn't "know what my problem is." and I should have a good day. Already have another plumber offering to come for free estimate tomorrow.
Outcome here: Unless your a "big job" don't expect a reply or courtesy from this company.

Great fast service!!!! I had a pretty bad leak in my basement and they came right away and fixed the problem. Price was very fair and they were super professional and explained the problem to me to where I understood lol. Nice family business, will def use again for any future plumbing issues.

Excellent service and response. We’ve had a few emergencies and they schedule us quickly and always explain what they are fixing. We never feel overcharged or silly for asking for an explanation or how we could avoid clogs. Very friendly and also considerate of our cats and toddler.
