I've had them service several jobs in my home before & I've had mixed experiences. Sometimes great & Sometimes not the greatest depends on the mechanics being sent.

Hired by Weichert RE warranty company to replace heater. My recommendation is to not use them. Installed a heater and then 7 service calls later by the installer and 3 calls by outside plumbers and 4 months later; it failed inspection. Billed me $200 for a permit they didn't get until I complained multiple times to the township. All this....and getting hot water in the shower is very iffy. We know why...the original installer tampered with the scald plate (limits temp to prevent scalding) and we are now making arrangements to have the shower replaced. Lots of promises but shoddy work.

This company was hired by our home warranty company. The gentleman could not fix a simple shower leak. Not impressed with the first unsuccessful visit, we waited a week for him to return, as promised. When we contacted the gentleman about returning we were cursed at, hung up on and treated terribly. 0 stars - certainly would NOT recommend.

The technician, Carlos, was extremely thorough and took his time going though the maintenance check. He caught things that oher techs never noticed and repaired a leak I didn't even know existed. I highly recommend TK Mechanical Services.

Master plumber "Brian" was Grest! He did excellent work removing & installing g my new water tank and explained everything to me after the work was finished. TK Mechanical's staff were all pleasant and got the job done. Will highly recommend! A+++

Got to me in just like 3 days,was on time,polite, listened evaluated the problem and got right to it. All do N e in like an hour. No more problem!

They were assigned by our home warranty company to change a leaking tap in our bathroom as well as broken shower handle. Long story short took 3 months(8 December issue logged and finally resolved on 1st March) which includes but not limiting to 4 times visit from different technicians to " access" the issue and "take pics". Multiple delays in product availability and also a leakage caused in our garage because of the error from their technician side. It was always that we had to follow up multiple times to have their technician revisit... Worst customer service ever!!! Would not suggest to anyone and if your home warranty assigns them to you please ask to change the service vendor.

Terrible company!!!
Brought a brand new water heater from them. That cause a major leak in basement because it wasn’t put together correctly.
They fixed that.
Now….
2 years later the extension tank has a hole and they not willing to replace it.
Something that after speaking to other plumbers should have a 5-10 year life.
Scammers!!!

Technician was on time, he was very pleasant & did his job professionally. One of the main thing I liked about Willian is that he cleaned up when he was done. He actually went down on the floor with a wrag and cleaned every dust & dirt. Amazing. Definitely would recommend this team. Thank you TK Mechanical Services."

Completely useless. Technician came out for a plumbing stoppage and used a plunger. Issue was obviously not fixed so we had them come out again and the same thing problem was not resolved. When we called to complain they said we need to stop throwing things in the toilet. Had a family acquaintance come out who used a steak and was able to retrieve the item that clogged the toilet. It took him less than 10 minutes. Would never and will never use them again.

I became a customer through my Sears Home Warrantee after 2 other companies either did not show up or were unable to fix my problem. The TK technician was relentless in trying to repair my running toilet and did not give up until it was fixed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing the services they provide. Actually, I am in need of their services currently and don’t want to take a chance on Sears sending another incompetent company.

Great service from the get go. From the ladies that answered the phone to the technician that came. Had a leak from my A/C unit in my attic and they were able to send someone out the next morning even in their busy season. Carlos was able to evaluate and do the repair in a professional manner to resolve the issue. Kudos to Carlos. Good man !

Dwayne was professional and very helpful with offering insights into the water flow issues being experienced with my condo. Additionally, when he came on September 6, 2022, to assess why my sink was still experiencing leaking issues, he fixed it and shared that whoever installed the facet did not tighten the washer. His quick action and know-how were reassuring and gave me peace of mind that this matter was being handled properly.
