Guess these guys arent interested in small jobs. Got a call back at first, I guess to see what the job was. Once known it was a toilet tank install and a leak on the shut off valve...POOF he disapeared. Didnt return calls nor texts. After a few days finally got a text ill be there in the morning aaannnddd a no show. I just feel its 100% unprofessional, I wasnt getting the job done for free, I was paying. I guess the small jobs although not small to me the leak the 1 bathroom are not worth his time....

I had a whole house drain issue over the weekend at a terrible time with guests arriving (shower wasn’t draining, couldn’t use sinks, bathrooms, etc). This company had someone at my house within an hour. Extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly where to look to find clog just outside the house trap. Nearby tree/plant roots found their way into the pipe and caused a backup. Worth every penny.

I highly recommend this company! They did an amazing job, were professional, trustworthy and reasonable. Local, family owned business that I know I will continue to use for all of my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs. I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars because it’s less than Mr. Bacsoka and his sons deserve!

Had new dish washer installed in a non conventional installation. Job was done quickly professionally and in a timely manner. Also had a toilet leak also that entailed repairing wood underneath the toilet and all was taken care. I would absolutely recommend calling these guys for your plumping needs.

I had a backup in the main waste pipe going out to the street, before the trap. It wasn't an emergency because it was still draining a bit but quite slowly. I could tell because the sink in my basement filled slowly with water. I called and let them know what was going on and they came out the very next day. They did an excellent and quick job cleaning everything out thoroughly using a manual snake as well as a large snake attached to a machine. Everything is draining again. The price was also very good. Thanks!

living mainly out of the US has led to a lot of anxiety when it comes to rental repairs but Jim and Jim have given me peace of mind that whenever something is wrong they will take care of it. During a home inspection, root intrusion was discovered in the sewer line. Jim reviewed the sewer scope video as opposed to suggest another sewer scope like other plumbers I contacted had. This saved me alot of time. I appreciate his use of text message, it made communication way easier.

Jim and his brother came to service my 2 combi units. They were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing. They also took the time to answer questions on other things I was looking to get down. I will use their services again.

I needed to have the main water shut off valve in my basement replaced. The job turned out to be a bit more involved than I thought it would be. Jim easily took care of the matter. He did a nice job for a nice price and is a very nice person to deal with. I will definitely use him again. Highly recommend.

Jim and his partner did an amazing job replacing my hot water heater when it started to leak. He was easy to get a hold of and always gave me a clear answer to my questions. When I called him, he offered to come the next day, but he was able to schedule it on another day that was more convenient for me. His price was fair, and he didn't try to sneak in additional fees at the last minute. I would happily recommend him to my friends and family who live in the area.

I called Jim to repair the main shut off valve in my basement because it was leaking. He instructed me how to fix it myself, saving me the cost of having him come out! Hard to find good guys that are not out to rob you. He will be my go to plumber from now on.

Horrible customer service. These are people that don’t enjoy what they do and you can tell from the way they treat their clients. They are very rude and grumpy. Ridiculous that even the manager is worse than her technicians. If there was a zero I would be giving them a zero too. Having their technician hang up on me while I was still on the phone , then the manager calling my phone and refusing to acknowledge that I am the home owner, but instead asking “are you the mother or daughter?” Who does that? I AM THE HOME OWNER WHO HIRED YOUR SERVICES. They did a half job rather than what they were sent to do and had the audacity to hang up on me. Definitely one of the worse I have seen yet.

Keith was a pleasure to work with and very professional. The service request process was seamless and everyone was very eager to get our issue resolved. I would like to work with them again in the future.

The technician was timely and responsive. He explained the issue and what needed to be done to address it clearly. The parts had to be ordered and the follow-up appointment was scheduled expeditiously as promised.

Very difficult to get in touch with anyone and when you finally do, they say they’ll take a message and call you back. Spoiler alert: they don’t.

Over 10 days the technicians have come out twice and still no fix or explanation on why the air conditioner doesn’t work.
