Sam was so patient with me. I had a 12 pm appointment, but I was fixing my tire, so I was running a little behind. He said he had to reschedule unfortunately even though I was close to home. As I'm pulling into the parking lot, Sam call me and says I can come now, are you home? Definitely yes, he came, did his thing, fixed the oven and left. I gave him water and a tip. If anyone is looking for a reliable person who services stoves, refrigerators, freezers, washers, and dryers, please give him a call. He was very courteous and professional, thank you again Sam.

Sam came to fix my dryer and did a fantastic job. Booking was super easy, and I got same-day service, which was a huge plus. He gave me a time window and showed up right on time. He was professional, friendly, and even shared helpful tips on how to extend the life of both my washer and dryer. The rate was very reasonable too. 10/10

I was very impressed with Sam! I called him over the weekend about my laundry machine not working - I told him the error message and he immediately gave me a diagnosis over the phone. He went and bought the part ahead of the appointment which was next day on Monday, and was also clear on the pricing (parts plus visit), which was very reasonable. He is a true professional who knows his craft and works very efficiently. I wish everyone could work this way. I called Sam after finding him online and reading reviews. Called him at 2:30pm explained the issue with my dryer. He mentioned he can come the same day between 5-7pm. Arrived on time, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Replaced the broken part in my dryer with the new part he had in his car. Could not have had an easier appliance repair transaction. Do not hesitate to call Sam if you need appliances repaired.

BIG Thumbs up for this company! Sam the Man (lol this is a great catchy name by the way he lives up to the name) was able to come same day for an oven problem of mine. Oven wasn't heating up correctly. Easily diagnosed the issue and took care of it with ease. He even had the parts on him and fixed it immediately at a very reasonable price. Sam repaired our refrigerator and freezer in minutes. He also gave great advice on what to look out for and how to properly maintain our other appliances like our washer and dryer. Can’t recommend him enough!

We had a problem where the oven stopped heating all of a sudden. We called Sam and he immediately was able to fit us in to repair the stove the same day we called. He is polite, personable and very knowledgeable when it comes to these types of repairs. I highly recommend his service.

We've used Sam in the past and had a great experience. Unfortunately, times change. We contacted them about our washing machine that had a slight leak and a vibration. Diego was sent out and told us what we needed. The parts came quickly and the repair was done but now, the motor had a fire. Was working fine before the "repair". Ok, we paid for a motor and the part came in. I took a day off work to meet them. Motor was installed and another part broke when they were working. No charge but they had to come back. Came back that night, new part installed, paid in full.... washer doesn't work. We're told it needs to be calibrated. Came back tonight to calibrate...now it needs a control board. Remember, this machine worked before they showed up. Anyway, waiting to hear back about a refund or we'll contact our credit card company. They were prompt but that doesn't really help.

Edit: So after some back and forth with Sam and Diego, they processed a refund and offered to help with the purchase of a new washer. We are still without a working machine but definitely appreciate the gesture.

He fix my issue in few minutes and was very productive. I never seen some being honest and fair pricing. I will definitely use him for next time.
