Reviews of local pros in Passaic, New Jersey

These guys completely transformed our front yard! I wanted to plant more pollinator-friendly plants instead of maintaining a regular grass lawn. They had clear communication and helped me choose the perfect flowers and bushes.

These guys were quick to respond, gave me options, and came that following weekend. Absolutely love my lawn and how much homier the house feels now. Thank you guys!

Rio Vista recently reran all the water drainage lines at my home. They did great work and completed the work in a timely fashion. They also reseeded the lawn and laid down river rocks and bushes. It all looks great.

I have absolutely no complaints about this company. Great service , responsible and kind. 10/10 great prices. 👍🏽

Excellent service, they explain to you every step of the process, great quality and price. I am very happy with the service I received

Agradable

Unprofessional company. Even more unprofessional owner. Watch out!!!!

Made an appointment for estimate, no follow up and no one showed up. Followed up and they claimed it was for the next day, except they couldn’t give me the original time.

I recommend this OM construction contractors if you have to build or renovate your houses, they work will suprise you and amazed you . Giving a 5 start for the job well done ..

This company hires unlicensed professionals to do the job. Ofir and his guys talk like they know what they are doing but don't be fooled. I highly do not recommend. Also, I recommend getting an inspector to check all their plumbing and electrical work. It's not up to code.

Worst experience we ever had with a contractor. They did not get proper paperwork and provided shotty materials and workmanship. Stairs had to be ripped out and redone because they were not done according to building codes. Was promised they would make good and they did nothing. Stay away from these cheats.

We can certainly see why OM earned their "Elite Service" badge on Home Advisor. They are reliable, dedicated, and great communicators. These attributes are necessary but rare in the construction trades, and we're glad we chose OM to do the fine detailing work and upgrades in our basement. A big Thank You to Ofir and the fellas.

I am still unsatisfied with the quality of work. I already found cracks/unevenness in the brand new tiled kitchen floors as I was wiping all the dirt from the construction and there were stains on them which were impossible to clean (how does this happen? They are brand new.)....The job took way longer than expected. Ofir over-promised and under-delivered. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this company unless Ofir changes the way he manages projects and delivers quality without discriminating the project just because it's a rental.

My mom asked me to find a contractor who is an expert in modern kitchen remodeling. When I searched on the web, I stumbled upon Om Construction. When they came into our house, they gave us a clear explanation of how they are going to work and the estimation. The technician crew was friendly, and the job was done within our budget.

We recently hired OM Construction Contractors for the renovation of our house. I must say fantastic work done by the team. All major fix ups were done right on time with no questions. And the good thing was the estimates were accurate and the project came in on budget.

We planned on replacing our old front porch with something more modern and stylish. I contacted Om Construction Contractors LLC and immediately it became apparent that they are really thorough in working out a package for us. The site was prepared for construction soon after approval and finalized on schedule. Their construction team was well trained and any additional changes we wanted to make were well accommodated. We didn’t have to worry about the safety of our children because tools were kept out of reach. We are very pleased with the end result.

Very happy with my remodel... good price, good customer service. They worked with me on the details and gave me a kitchen that I enjoy using. They stayed within the quoted price and finished on time.
Thank you.

Om construction contractors are very trustworthy and professional in their work.
My partner and I needed major repairs on our kitchen and living room. Friends of ours referred us to OM and they came to surveil what was needed as well as asked us what we wanted. They showed us pictures of choices we might like and their prices were very affordable.
About a week later, they came to start working on the kitchen and living room. Within a few days, it was done and we were very pleased with the results.
I highly recommend OM contractors to anyone in need of major or minor fixes to their homes.

Best contractor in town!!

IF OVERPROMISING AND UNDERDELIVERING HAD A FACE IT WOULD BE DOMINICK SANTIAGO’s
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Dominik charged us over $7,000. To renovate the hallways in our building. All of the paint started peeling off within 1 week of the Job. His workers showed up to the job drunk and was dipping his whole entire hand up-to his wrist in the paint can! I had to send the guy home in the middle of the day. He left cracks in the walls that were supposed to be repaired. He left the stair case unfinished because he couldn’t figure out how to lay the flooring down around the spindles. His painter painted the radiator with flammable paint. And nothing was properly prepped or primed. The building is old he didn’t clean the walls before applying the paint.

I’m honestly embarrassed for Dominik because he owns a business with no self respect pride or dignity in his work. If you call him out for his inadequacy he will throw personal insults at you. He had to give us a $900. Discount in the end. This guy will try to get you to take out a loan to renovate your home and then do 1/2 the job then disappear. Thank God we didn’t do that.

Dom and his crew re paved a driveway for us in record turnaround and for a great price.
