I had used Ward's in the past for a few service calls and their technicians were always awesome! When I decided to replace my older HVAC, I called Ward's for an estimate. Their price for a Bryant (which is a Carrier in disguise!) was significantly less than PSE&G or Horizon for a better system. On the day of installation, two technicians arrived on time and walked me through the process. Then they got to work. They were clean and respectful of my house and property. It was obvious that both were professional and knowledgeable. The one technician even went as far as crafting the reducer in the main duct on the spot, by hand. After the installation was complete, they cleaned up all trash and removed the old equipment and then made sure I understood how to operate everything. If you are looking for a great, local company with great people, I would highly recommend Ward's. I am completely satisfied with their work.

Cheats. They don’t tell you about the despatch fee the first time around and they change up the prices when the person comes over and begins work. He touches two wires together and calls it a diagnostic the guy can to drain a water heater which I was told would be $110, then has started talking about the time spent at my home. Had to go back to the shop to get part and included all that time in the bill. I just wanted him out of my house. Crappy unprofessionals.. stay away

Ward Fuel is very responsive and always extremely helpful! I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs! I use them personally and in my job as I am a real estate agent and they are my go to company when I need a heater certification!

One of their service techs performed an inspection of my furnace and HW heater. The HWH B-vent pipe had to be upgraded from 3" to 4". Hinting that a team could be back the next working day, excluding Sat and Sun, a team was back Monday and completed the job in 1.5 hours. The service techs are competent, thorough, and fast, and so is the office staff who coordinate service calls and billing and even liaisons with township officials for the follow-up inspections/certifications. They are one of the best. Highly recommend. [p.s. The parts (pipe & fittings) were more expensive than the labor.]

While the actual install of the new Heating/Central Air unit took one day, the planning for it took about a two-year period, not because of you but me. Financially, the situation had to be right. Jill in your office put up with me for those two years before I could actually give the go ahead to move forward. So she needs a big thank you for tolerating me for that long !! Also, big round of applause goes to your guys doing the installation. Cole and David were OUTSTANDING !!! While it was not my intent 30 days out to pick a day that ended up to be 100 degrees, it was. They didn't complain once. And they hit my one requirement .... that the A/C had to be on by 4:30pm because I was going to pick up my furry child Max and he needed it up and running when he got home. They hit it with time to spare !! Thanks to everyone involved. I greatly appreciate it !!!

I can’t say enough about Ward Heating & Cooling. This is actually the second time they saved me from disaster. My hot water heater sprung a huge leak at 2:30am this morning and Ward was at my house at 8:30am today removing my old one and my new one with a warranty will be installed today by COB. They are professional, neat, honest and the pricing for an excellent brand was exceptional. They are top notch from their office to their installers/repair to their owner! A few months ago they came to my rescue again in my condo in Delran when another local HVAC company took total advantage of me and I am now literally paying 4,200 for an ac coil that had to be trashed due to wrong size. The previous contractor also had given me no contract to sign and/or warranty. Ward had to “literally ” clean up their entire mess and install a new unit. I never had another problem after Ward fixed the issue. Again at that time they were outstanding to deal with. I will be a forever customer of Ward and have recommended them to all of my neighbors!

I've used Ward for all my HVAC needs and they are great! The bottom line is I trust them to do the job right at a reasonable price. Recently, my oil burner started to leak oil. I called Ward and they came right away. The fix was a little complex, but the service technician was both precise and persistent. A job well done.

I just got oil delivery for the first time ever. I feel I must take the time to report that my experience was amazing. Elsie and Jill were incredibly friendly on the phone and made every effort to accommodate my busy schedule. I wanted to be present for the first delivery for my own understanding of the process, and the gentleman who delivered, Josh, was extremely professional and friendly. He communicated proactively and when he arrived he was personable and approachable. He clearly cared that I had a great experience. And I did! So, thank you Josh, Elsie and Jill. I will be a loyal customer. Bravo!

I had an excellent experience with Ward Heating and Air Conditioning in Biloxi, MS. From start to finish, they went above and beyond with their customer service. They replaced all of my ductwork at a very reasonable price, and the quality of the work was outstanding.
While working in my attic, they even removed and disposed of a dead rodent they found, which I truly appreciated. Accidents can happen during any job, and when a part of my ladder was accidentally broken, the owner, Mr. Kenny, immediately reimbursed me so I could replace it. That level of honesty and integrity speaks volumes.
Mr. Kenny also took the time to point out other issues that needed attention — things I would have never known about — and gave me great pricing on those as well. It’s rare to find a company that is both knowledgeable and genuinely looking out for the customer’s best interest.
If you’re in the Biloxi area and need HVAC work done, I highly recommend Ward Heating and Air Conditioning. Professional, fair, and trustworthy!
