Just had Ward come out and give me a work up on my AC unit because its new to me and god knows how old it is. Joshua was amazing, very professional. Down-to-earth spoke to me like a human being and not like somebody who's in the industry. No scare tactics or any forced sales pitches. It felt like I was hanging out with one of my friends who knows a lot about HVAC. And this is why we only use Ward!!

They have been serving my Great Aunt’s home for decades!!! She recently passed at 101 years young.

I know if she did not like their service she would not have continued as a customer.

We needed some work done and they responded quickly with a quote and care.

I appreciate them for being a wonderful teammate to the care of her home.

We chose Ward to upgrade our furnace (our old one was 30 years old!) and install central AC in our 135 year old house. If I could give Ward 20 stars I would. We Have lived in Riverton just two and a half years and have had some issues with our heating and cooling since our first summer. After previous estimates/services with larger companies that seemed a little sales-pitchy and actually weren’t addressing our issues we checked out Ward.

Prompt, honest and trustworthy. The technician Josh explained everything he did and saw while trouble shooting our system. We feel so relieved to have found them after previous experiences. They have our business for life !

Ward Heating & Air replaced our 1990's system with a "hybrid" dual-fuel setup: a heat pump backed up by a high-efficiency gas furnace for temps below 40° (both American Standard), plus a Bradford-White power-vented water heater. Thomas, Dan, Josh and Cole installed it in two days and worked well together. They were all polite, professional and hard working. Thomas was always on the alert for potential problems, and solved each one as they arose. Ward was the only HVAC company to plan the PVC pipe routing in our basement ahead of time. Jill guided us through all the PSE&G On-Bill Repayment paperwork. We've had this system several months, in hot and cold weather, and I'm very pleased with the quality, performance, installation, price, and rebates. I highly recommend Ward Heating & Air.

We've been using Ward for 18 years, including a transfer from oil heat to gas heat, and have always felt confident in calling their phone number to get a job done well and on time. But today they outdid themselves in great customer service! Their technician Josh was here two days ago for regular maintenance and I asked him to check loud noise on the furnace. He discovered the problem and and fixed it so there was no noise but he said if I heard it again he'd have to come back and replace the part. He said he didn't want us to take on an additional charge if he could fix it. So today when that noise again and called Ward, he was able to be here in less than 10 minutes and corrected it. Between my phone call and the correction it wasn't a half hour. And he's so polite and so friendly. It's always a pleasure doing business with Ward!

The installation team did a great job under tight working conditions and the two heaters are working well.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! We had Ward install a 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat system in our master bedroom, and it has been working flawlessly. The Ward team was a pleasure to work with at every step—from the initial estimate and paperwork through the final installation. Their professionalism and attention to detail are truly top-notch.

We appreciated Sal coming to our home to service our heating oil furnace. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We were grateful for his help and pleased to say that our problem has been resolved. We will definitely use Ward Cooling and Heating oil again if we have any issues in the future.

Everyone is kind, patient, and helpful. Service is prompt. Good advice is offered without feeling pressured or as though you are being sold or upsold. The genuine kindness and response to the customer's stress when dealing with a malfunctioning system that needs to be fixed with some urgency is very much appreciated, and not easy to find.

Air Conditioning service call was performed in a very professional, organized, transparent, and welcoming manner. Customer service and technician services were both excellent.

Had to call Ward Heating and Cooling twice this past week—first the AC died, then the hot water heater tapped out (because of course it did). Not the kind of week you hope for, but Ward made it way less painful.

Jill in the office was super helpful, quick to respond and got everything lined up without any hassle. And Josh, who handled both jobs, was awesome. Showed up on time, did clean, thorough work, and got everything running like it should. No BS, no cutting corners.
