I wish my experience was a little better. It all felt rushed. The guys were nice enough but I could definitely tell they were trying to be in and out. My husband called to get a better understanding of what happened and no call back. The solution they offered didn’t make sense for what the issue was.

Everything from the techs that repaired our boiler system to the customer service folks that answer the phones were first rate. Techs were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They put down coverings so the floor was protected. They worked quickly and expertly. Especially want to thank Will, Tom and Lindo. They explained everything to make sure we understood the problem and the repair process. Our heater was repaired in a few hours and we are very pleased. We would recommend Wolfschmidt to anyone who has a heating problem.

We have used Wolfschmidt before for HVAC issues and have always been pleased with their prompt service and the quality of their work. Today we had a burst pipe. They initially told us that they didn't have anyone for the repair for another 2 days but would send someone out to assess the situation. They arrived promptly and were able to fix the problem immediately. Elton, patiently explained everything (the work he was about to do as well as other options) to me in a way I could understand which made me very confident in his expertise. He also has a great sense of humor which made me laugh despite my living room being flooded. If you haven't used them before, you should, for any plumbing or HVAC issues. They treat their repeat customers VERY well!

I had a terrible experience with Wolfschmidt Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. I called for a diagnostic, expecting a reasonable fee, but was charged nearly $500 for just 2 hours, despite them being physically present for less time. They needed a fuse to turn on the system, left to get it, and then determined the compressor was bad. Last year, they quoted $5400 for a replacement unit, but this time it jumped to $6300, which seems excessive even with inflation. Other companies offered diagnostics for $119 and a replacement for $5750. When I asked for even $110 credit from the diagnostic toward the new unit, they refused. I found their service overpriced and unaccommodating. Avoid this company and seek better options!

Very professional duo (Dwayne and Eric) came out. Diagnosed the sewer issue and worked hard to fix. Very satisfied with the results so far a few days later. Good company, I would recommend.

Wolfschmidt plumbing has always been reliable. I have used them for many plumbing issues. They came within twenty four hours to service my air conditioner. One of the things I appreciate about this company is that they give preference to
loyal customers and when you call them, you always get a live person, never a recording.

Huge shout out to Dwayne and Eric who came out to fix/replace a leaky basement pipe of ours! The arrived on time & got right to work! Very friendly & full of info! After the job was done (they also got done sooner than we were estimated) they cleaned up & you would have never even known such a major project happened in our home! It was spotless!
