The owner responded once, denying responsibility, then chose to ignore the rest of my messages.
I wouldn't do business with them. Very unprofessional. I am beyond annoyed.

Absolute no brainer for all landscaping projects big and small. True professionals who know what to put where and how to make your home look great. Very responsive, work hard, and they do a great job.

My initial conversations were great but after a few services the price keeps changing and we are charged way over to what’s quoted. Beware, the agreement is not what they will charge your card. We are really turned off by the dishonesty.

We have been using Ince Landscape for around 15 years. The quality of their work continues to enhance the beauty of our yard. And their workers are the best.

Matt and his team are consistently on top of their game. Their work is outstanding, they stand behind what they do and are always available with creative ideas…professional in every way.

We tore down our existing house and rebuilt a new one. Out of the plethora of contractors that worked on the project, Matt and his team stood head and shoulders above everyone else in terms of quality, responsiveness, professionalism, and problem solving. I very highly recommend Ince Landscaping.

Matt Ince and his hard-working crew took our home's landscape, which was overrun with weeds and transformed our home into a beautiful place. I couldn't believe the difference. Matt's crew was neat and clean. Matt was proactive in asking me if I wanted additional services that I hadn't even mentioned (like pruning our trees and shrubs). I can't even begin to explain how happy I was with Matt's work.

Matt from INCE was fantastic in our recent hardscape and landscape renovation. He was with us every step of the way from the design discussions through the demo and all the planting that had to happen. He was fantastic in terms of making recommendations for the types of flowers and plants that we would be able to use to ensure that our home would look beautiful, while helping to keep deer and other pests away. We could not be happier with the results of the walkways and the new planting beds and the leveling work around the yard. It was a real pleasure to work with INCE. We can't recommend this company enough, and we would surely use them in the future.

Ince Landscape Construction and Management replaced two existing walkways with gorgeous bluestone and did such a beautiful job! Matt is a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable, professional and organized ensuring the project gets completed in a timely manner. His team was always on time and are skilled at their trade. Overall, my husband and I had a great experience working with this team and I would highly recommend!

We can't say enough great things about Ince Landscape and the entire team. We completely changed our hardscape and softscape of our backyard, including adding a shed, a hot tub and a walkout. Not only did Matt and his team manage all aspects of the work, but they did it with constant communication, advice on additional contractors and treating our home like it was their own. Matt and his team did an amazing job with their design and work with a complete redesign of our landscape. They were very prompt, professional, and great people to work with. We absolutely love the finished look, and have enjoyed many great times in the yard and patio already.

Matt and his team enlarged and redesigned our patio this fall. The new space completely transformed and updated our entire property. Matt and his team were extremely professional from day one. They were easy to get in touch with, came by daily to check progress and answer any questions, and paid extremely close attention to every last detail. They also stayed on time and within our budget. We've already spent some time enjoying our new firepit and can't wait to use the entire space when the weather warms up. I would not hesitate to work with them again! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Matt & his team for lawn services! We went from the most embarrassing lawn on the block to beautiful green grass! Matt is a pleasure to work with and always was quick to respond to my emails. We are so pleased we made the change to Ince!

Would not recommend. This company pressures customers with discounts to place their advertising signs on lawns, visually littering the neighborhood. A business that relies on turning front yards into billboards shows little regard for the community. Support companies that respect their customers and towns instead of cluttering them with self-promotion.

We used Ince for a large backyard project that included a new patio, retaining wall, and completely new landscaping. Matt and his team were always on time and very easy to reach when needed. They responded in a timely manner to all inquiries and easily adjusted to problems that arose or changes/additions made to the original project. Matt made sure to keep us updated throughout the entire project. His team was here everyday and were always on time and kept the property clean. The final result was exactly what we had hoped for and more. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ince again for any future projects.

Matt and his Ince team are very professional and reliable. Matt takes the time to listen to my landscape concerns and address's them immediately. We very much enjoyed working with Matt of Ince Landscape Construction. He was professional, personable and pleasant to work with. From day one, Matt listened to our concerns (which I guess were many!) and answered all of our questions as they came up. His easy and friendly manner gave us confidence that he and his crew could tackle the job well. Our entire front lawn was not only a rather steep slope, but was also a sea of many vines, including poison ivy!
What seemed like an impossible job to us, was done by the crew within the time frame Matt had proposed. Several tree stumps needed to be ground up and finally a lawn created.
Because we wanted all native plantings in front of the house, Matt also engaged his great “plant guy”, Mark, who worked closely with us and went the extra mile to find native plants that we had envisioned.
Matt’s crew also built us a stacked stone retaining wall we asked for and put in landscape lighting that Matt suggested (and which we hadn’t thought of).
We are thrilled with the end result and cannot wait to see the plantings bloom!

Lot of money charged for very little results. No communication on what was going to be performed or when. The only constant communication is how much they’re gonna charge or to follow up on invoices. When work was performed they did a small portion of the actual work. When I asked the workers when the agreed upon work will be performed all I got was “that’s a different team, the office will call you”. Nobody ever called me. I cancelled within the first 3 weeks of work.

Detailed issues:
1. Shrubs were trimmed in front yard. Didn’t even bother going into the backyard.
2. You will never reach the office for a schedule.
3. Grass was cut inconsistently. Said they came twice but had no idea until I was actually charged. That’s how quick they came and went.
4. I had a $1000 bill in the first 3 weeks of service and I’m not sure what work was even performed.

We have hired Ince Landscape multiple times in the last 4 years for major and medium sized projects. Time and time again, we return to Ince because of Matt and his team - their knowledge, friendliness, amazing work, and ability to solve yard issues for us from big to small. Over the years we have had poison ivy removed, trees removed, drainage installed and connected to downpipes, installation of surface drains and pavers, pitchwork, gutting and replacement of overgrown gardens, trees planted, and even rotting root removal and backfill of a specific type of dirt in the middle of a renovation. Matt also worked alongside a geotechnical engineer for us when it was needed. There have been times where we have felt lost about next steps, and Matt has come in with calmness and clear solutions. Several times we have validated Matt's suggestions with other companies and he always comes in with the solid recommendation by comparison and we have seen his work play out over time to know he knows his stuff. We trust Matt as an indispensable contractor for our home and recommend him to anyone needing major landscape construction.

I’ve worked with Matt and Ince Landscaping on a couple of smaller projects in the past and most recently a complete makeover of my backyard, with new trees, bushes, grading of the ground, and sod. Just like everyone else on Google reviews, I can’t recommend Matt and his team enough. Everyone of them (from design team to hands-on workers) treated my home as if it was their own. They were clean & neat and I’m extremely happy with the end results. Thanks Matt for an amazing job.
