Found Garden Center to be very helpful with my pond problem. I wish I could remember person that was helpful with their knowledge about ponds. Closing up pond for winter but will return in the spring. If you are thinking about ponds or gardens go there they are very knowledgeable and helpful

I started calling for service on our koi and goldfish pond. I was hesitant when I read the feedback shared by fellow consumers. I was assured 6 phone calls ago that a man would call me and come out to survey the situation snd then would follow up with a team that services outdoor ponds.
Today I called and the person that answered the phone assured me she would call the "headquarters" and call me right back. When I asked if she needed my call back number...I heard a dial tone.
There are not many people it appears in this industry and the former Cousin's have missed the mark on this one.

Needed parts that I could not find in the hardware store, sales person that assisted me was very helpful and was able to locate the parts I needed. They also have a nice selection of flowers. I recommend the Garden Center.

They are using photos of my work and are not affiliated with me or my work. My work is in a nearby location so I guess they feel entitled. I didn't even get the material there, but they're probably nice people

This place has been so helpful!! My family and I started our first pond and ran into a few issues during the process and they have helped guide us through it and gave us great advice! Highly recommend!

Great place to find a very large selection of flowers and shrubs... pond supplies, are a bit cofusing... I was told by the young lady there, that the one inch hose, that needed for my pond pump, may not be one inch, as they are made for the pumps that they carry... so, none fit my pump... cofusing, as I have purchased them there several years???

I have been shopping at my fav center for many years! This year I needed my pond open and desired to use Cousins! Tried calling and got no return phone call. This week I called every single day, yesterday Sephanie answered and swore to me someone would call right back!!! No one ever did! Never experienced such poor customer service! No more, I'm done!

Get my pond plants here every year. The staff is always helpful with suggestions and knowledgeable about the plants.
