Excessive water leakage from sprinkler damage caused by a technician costed me $2,243,87 in 1 month. Rude management failed to take any responsibility for the water bill, even after confirming the damage was caused by them. My water bill typically costs $40, thus you can imagine my surprise when I received the bill.

I politely contacted Quench Irrigation various times so that we could work together to resolve the issue. However, I was purposely ignored by Joe Maucieri the owner, Nick the manager, and Lisa the receptionist who even name called and hanged up on me.

As a loyal customer for 15 years, I am both shocked and saddened by their lack of responsibility and behavior. Now I have to try to adjust the water bill with Suez water company, even though it is not my responsibility nor Suez's, and without any guarantee.

Please reconsider before doing business with Quench Irrigation.

I have had Quench irrigation for a few years, your staff is beyond helpful and informative. Your men in the field are very personable and knowledgeable. Mike is exceptional and very friendly .He is an asset to Quench Irrigation. I would recommend Quench to everyone.

I recently completed my new home construction in Bergen County, NJ. My home builder had recommended another irrigation company in the area but after a few unanswered calls I decided to look elsewhere. My new neigbor had suggested calling Quench Irrigation so I did. Being it was the middle of summer I was afraid he would be TOO BUSY, to even meet but I was pleasantly surprised, Joe the owner was able to meet the same week I called. His estimate shortly followed our meeting and it fell in line with what I was expecting so I signed up. Joe then personally called me and gave me an approximate date of install. Well what do you know his approximate date was wrong, his team was able to come a few days earlier then estimated! All in all I found Joe and his team professional, knowledgeable and relatable and would highly recommend them.

P.s My wife and I are also planning on have his team install an invisible dog fence in our yard. More reviews to come......

Once again Jonathan and everyone at quench went above and beyond. They recently expanded a whole new section of our yard that was not on our system. There was not one issue. In and out neat clean. Amazing. The professionalism and attention to detail is amazing. They do what they say when they say they are going to come. Jonathan takes the Time to check everything and make sure it’s correct. Andrew was very professional. He checked everything and adjusted all sprinklers in less than hour. Very courteous and great attitude.

Been weeks since I had consulted for a technician to come and take a look at my sprinklers. Received no communication and so I had a different company come to fix my issue. Out of nowhere, technician arrives at my house with no prior scheduling. He tells me that it is still leaking and that he is able to fix it for me as long as he can get to the control inside the house. Nobody was home to let him in and the technician asked for the passcode to the garage. I did not feel comfortable letting a stranger into my home and told him that I'd reschedule. He then got angry and told me that he was just "trying to be nice" and that I should provide the passcode since he works for a big company. Don't understand the logic here, but extremely disappointed with their rude service.

Landscaping clients and they are very professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend using them for any irrigation service or lighting installs/repairs.

I have used quench for many...many years both on residential and commercial properties. They are the definition of professionalism. From their impeccably kept equipment with uniformed technicians and installers to their respect for your property including wearing shoe covers... They treat your home like it was their own. Joe and his staff are kind and courteous and respond immediately and professionally. If you want true irrigation specialists and not a landscaper who dabbles in sprinklers...Quench should be your first and only call. I highly recommend.

I recently had 4 well lights, 11 patio lights and a transformer installed. The entire process from initial contact through installation and testing were completed on time and as proposed. The office staff and installers were polite and professional at all times, and the quality of everyone's work involved with my project was outstanding. I would recommend Quench Irrigation to anyone considering them for there own project.

We moved into our home about 18 months ago, and the sprinkler system was in substantial disrepair - heads were broken or clogged, pipes were leaking, and the controller was quite old.

We had been in contact with a different company at first, but they didn't work out. When we called Quench, the difference was night and day. Bernard provided friendly and knowledgeable service and was able to refit our entire sprinkler system.

In addition, he helped us with some brand new landscaping lighting that looks beautiful on our front yard.

In June 2023, I hired Quench Irrigation to inspect and make necessary repairs on our sprinkler system. Shortly after the service was completed, I identified an unresolved issue: a repaired pipe was still leaking.

I contacted Quench Irrigation to report the problem and was scheduled for a follow-up service appointment. However, on the scheduled date, no technician from the company appeared. There was no communication or reason provided for missing the appointment. Subsequently, I received an invoice for the original service despite the unresolved issue.

When I called the company to address the situation, I spoke with an employee named Ms. Lotoyia Myles. Instead of assistance, I was told that payment for the initial (incomplete) service was required before any further repair could be made. During our conversation, Ms. Myles became confrontational and ended the call abruptly.

My primary concern is that I've been invoiced for a service that has not been satisfactorily completed. I sought resolution directly with the business but was met with hostility and evasion.

I moved into my home in Ramsey, NJ in October, 2019. I have an irrigation system contract with Quench and they have been fantastic to work with. Competent, timely, friendly, and a good value. The maintenance staff and office staff have been great. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Quench from a neighbor and I can't say enough positive things about Quench. They have been amazing to deal with since we bought our home. They repaired many broken items and made wonderful changes to our irrigation system to manage the water flow on the property. Jonathan also created a lighting design for our house that really brings all the landscaping and lighting together. I would recommend this company to anyone, they are professional, responsive and do what they say they are going to do.

PS Jonathan also recommended and installed our new mail box and post and of course tied it in with the lighting. Awesome!!!

We have used Quench since we moved into our home a few years ago on the recommendation of our landscaper. Worked with Joe, the owner, in the beginning and Quench was always on time, came out when we had few issues with sprinkler heads, explained everything to us as new homeowners, and made sure our lawn was happy. We had a rough patch with service and office staff communication for one season when there was change in guard but everything is even better now!
Thanks to Jonathan’s attentiveness and professionalism and those on staff who come help him but I don’t remember their names-thank you! Everything is working now, grass is green, and flowers are blooming. 🤗

As a long time customer I had previously enjoyed a satisfactory experience with this company but the most recent incident has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. My main concern revolved around the installation of a device and allegedly replacement of sprinkler heads. I was shocked to discover that I was double charged for the installation of the Rachio. It was until I inquired as to why my bill was so high that she checked the invoice and realized that it was billed twice. Not only was this an inconvenience, it was also displayed a lack of transparency and professionalism on their part. I trusted the company to provide accurate and fair pricing but this incident was clearly trying to gain more money from vulnerable clients.

More concerning is the fact that they are claiming to have replaced sprinkler heads. Apparently was done without my consent or permission. I am appalled that such an action was taken without proper communication and authorization from us. The integrity of the service provider lies in its ability to maintain open and honest communication with customers which was clearly lacking in this instance.

They also need to change their staff. The girl named Latoya needs to take some professionalism classes. Not only does she not let customers finish talking, she cuts them off and even hangs up the phone on them.

I requested for her to have the owner call me directly to rectify the situation.

Outstanding company. Everything was done on time and with great expertise. The job was done very fast and clean and exceeded our expectations. I would strongly recommend using them.
