Crazy driver almost hit me. He was over speeding and very reckless driving. Putting in danger my family and others around the area. This happened 05/10/2024 in Union, NJ 07:45 am aprox. Aggressive drivers in this company!!!

Our system was long overdue for updates—replacing the backflow, fixing broken heads, and improving the drip system—and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Quench irrigation is the best. Timely work done when scheduled and when urgent matters arise. I just had my pool deck replaced and yard re-landscaped which dug up and destroyed part of my irrigation system. Quench came out and temporized the situation so the rest of my property didn’t get affected by what would have disrupted all of the sprinkler zones. Great customer service and professional work all the time.

I've been using Quench for many years. The office staff has always been so helpful in scheduling annual appointments as well service appointments when there is a problem. Bill and Jason were out today for a repair appointment and mid-summer check. Bill knew exactly what the fix was for the repair. I appreciate their professionalism, knowledge and expertise. It was very pleasant working with the both of them. I will continue to highly recommend Quench for anyone looking for an irrigation company.

Quench Irrigation came out and fixed multiple problems in my system that hasn't been used in over 7 years. They i stalled a new controller which runs on wifi and follows weather stations. Melvin and Ivan were the service guys. They were very knowledgeable, informative, and provided amazing service. I highly recommend them.

We used Quench Irrigation for our opening and closing. The techs show up on time and do a good job.

The reason we stopped using them was the booking system and how unfriendly the staff were. We call to book and confirm our spring opening or fall closing. However, they do a follow up confirmation a few days before the appointment. If you don't confirm the appointment you already booked and confirmed, then they will give away your appointment window.

This is particularly a problem in the fall because it may be a month before you can get a new appointment because of peak closing season. This puts your irrigation system at risk of pipes bursting if the overnight temps fall below freezing. And the phone staff are belligerent when expressing these concerns.

Just signing up with Quench. John Lindemulder came out on Christmas Eve to meet me and fix a short in my landscape lighting system. Getting all set up with Damari for my sprinkler system program. What a pleasure! Off to a great start with this new relationship. Way to go team Quench.

Quench has been serving my home for many years, and I have never had any complaints. During this year’s winterization, Melvin came to handle the closing, and he was absolutely exceptional. It’s wonderful to have someone who knows exactly what he’s doing and conducts himself so professionally. Thank you, as always, for your excellent service and see you in the spring!
