Jason from ChuteMaster cleaned my dryer vent today, he was very knowledgeable and informative. I was shocked by the amount of debris in the vent and impressed that Jason took the extra time to ensure that the dryer vent was clear. ChuteMaster will definitely be my go to company for regular cleanings.

I couldn't be happier and more impressed with the service I received from Jason and Junior of Chutemaster today. I had used a different company last year, and what a difference in customer service. Jason explained everything to me in clear terms, and went out of his way to throw in a few corrections (at no extra charge) to some of the duct work that had been done by the previous company. I really appreciated all the information that Jason provided, unlike the previous company, that didn't provide any information at all. I'll definitely be using Chutemaster again.

Other than a few scheduling issues the work cleaning my dryer vent went well. Pedro and Junior were pleasant and professional. I recommend this company.

Slava Performed the cleaning of the common area laundry room and the riser. He was very professional and took the extra step to help us with the preventative maintenance.

Chute masters is currently working on my apartment complex that has 312 apartments. They are doing excellent work and all of our apartments are getting done in a very timely manner. Siava & Matt have great customer service when it comes to speaking with the residents and the staff and are doing great work to make sure the job gets completed the right way. Slava & Anatoile From Chute Master Environmental did a wonderful job today cleaning my dryer vents and pointing out best practices to keep my unit working great. Very kind and appreciate their work!

We just had our ducts cleaned by Chute Master. We chose them from the top 5 reviewed companies because they had the best pricing breakdowns and the took the time to explain everything in detail over the phone, unlike other companies who just gave general quotes and that's it. They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment and spent a few hours cleaning our ducts, AC coil and dryer. They also noticed an issue with how our dryer was connected and fixed it (it was a quick fix, so they got it done as a part of the dryer cleaning).

We requested before and after photos, but never got them, so I can't speak to the quality of work. However, they did spend quite a bit of time at our place and cleaned every vent.

I'm deducting one star because this wasn't a very clean job. We had dirty fingerprints and smudges on walls in the main work areas. We also had fingerprints on some furniture (such as office chairs that the guys had to move out of the way). We specifically asked to be careful with the walls as they are hard to clean (bad paint choice on our end) and ended up having to clean multiple spots. I think this could've been easily avoided, as touching the walls wasn't necessary for the job, and we also provided a bathroom where dirty hands could have been washed if they were dirty from a previous job. The dark smudges on the walls might've been some kind of grease because they were were hard to clean and even after cleaning there's still residue left over.

The lack of before/after photos and the fingerprints on the walls are the main reasons I'm deducting a star. Otherwise the service was good and, while not the cheapest on the market, the pricing was reasonable too.

My condo building had a cleaning day for dryer vents today in MA/NH area and I had a pleasure of having two gentlemen named Slava and Anatolli come out and clean the dryer vents. Very respectful, considerate and professional individuals on their job. They were so quick with their job and very helpful in providing guidance on how to check if the dryer is sounding good or not. They also gave me advice on using dryer balls instead of dryer sheets, which I didn't even know was a thing, but you can definitely bet that I am going to switch to that if it helps my dryer be maintained for longer than dryer sheets!

Thank you guys so much for coming out and I will definitely give another call for another cleaning for how awesome it was!
