Scheduled dryer vent and HVAC cleaning. From the moment they arrived Jason and Gabriel were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Jason took the time to review everything with me and explain and answer any questions I had. Gabriel immediately got to work and took care of everything in record speed and efficiency. Jason went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend him enough for anyone looking for quality and kind service to their unit. Absolutely stellar!

I recently had the pleasure of working with ChuteMaster for duct work at my two-family home, and I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and service. From the initial consultation, Bill, their representative, stood out from other salespeople by explaining everything in detail. His knowledge and approach were extraordinary—unlike others who seemed uninformed about the actual job at hand.
On the day of service, Jason and his assistant arrived on time and were fully prepared to work. They walked me through the entire process step-by-step, offering valuable advice along the way. They even took the time to show me how to maintain clean vents for both of my properties, which I really appreciated.
Both my tenant and I are extremely pleased with the results. The level of care and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend ChuteMaster to anyone needing duct work—this company is truly A+. God bless the entire team! -
Absolutely worth every penny!!! Pedro & Adam were very thorough, clean, wonderful & respectful people who did a great job! I definitely recommend this company if you need ducts/ vents cleaned and fogged. Bill & Curtis were great. Thanks ChuteMaster for a job well done!👍

If I could give zero stars to this company I would. At the end of September, they came to perform dryer vent cleaning on my apartment building. Days later, we began to experience the unpleasant smell of our downstairs neighbors laundry detergent venting into our apartment through our dryer. After some back and forth with our HOA, they finally agreed to come out on November 11th to fix the issue. They said they would arrive during a certain time frame, so I made sure that I dropped what I was doing to get home so I would be there at the scheduled time. When I got home, I was told they had arrived early and left as they “couldn’t wait”. Annoying, but I was able to get rescheduled for another day (Nov 18). The techs came out and installed something in our duct to stop the smell from happening. After they left, the duct was visibly coming out of the ceiling. I emailed them on Nov 21st to address the damage. Did not receive a reply, so I followed up on December first and was told first that they can’t fix it, and when I questioned why they could not fix damage that they caused, I was told that a manager needed to be consulted and I would hear back on the 8th. The 8th came and went, so I followed up on the 10th and the 16th, and was completely ignored. Never received a response. Finally, my husband called the company and was told that they will not address the damage. I’d recommend staying far away from this company unless you want multiple issues that didn’t exist prior to their “service” and enjoy being ignored.

Chutemaster serviced my building in Feb. 2026. Luis and Fiorella were the techicians doing the work and I cannot express how truly exceptional they were. They were highly professional, very detailed and thorough. As a Building Superintendant I regularly deal with many contractors in various trades. To date, this was the best service interaction I've had after 10 years in the building industry. Chutemaster has earned my respect and highest recommendation.

Alex L. and Ben L. came back to my apartment to finish a job that was unfortunately not completed successfully. They did a tremendous job making the repairs and getting the water flowing again to my bathroom. They were very professional and took special care as they were working on existing plumbing and wall features in a pre-war building. I would defintely recommend their services.

We were in desperate need of help with some major plumbing issues that have plagued the house for awhile. Scott B and Jean helped us out a ton with fixing our shower/tub, kitchen sink, and washing machine drainage issues. The estimate was fair considering the amount of work involved. Scott showed us everything that needed to be replaced and had it all made sense. I was impressed with their workmanship and professionalism, everything they did looked nicely done. They worked straight from 10am to 7pm and I never saw these guys break for lunch. God Bless. We were recommended to a company that will treat mold that was found from leakage, which was great. Financing through Synchrony was readily available and easy to apply for. Looking over our bill was nice to see what the standard prices would have been if we had not gone with the recommended plan. We instantly recognized Scott from the Thumps Up Guys commercials, which my mom loved the jingles; think we were both a bit starstruck. I had researched them and read the reviews, but instantly knew these were the guys for the job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We have worked with Service Professionals for 15 years and they continue to be excellent. They are so professional and efficient that I just assumed that they were owned by a larger corporation. However, they are so friendly that I was confused how a typical larger corporation cog could be so friendly, and they told me that they were local family owned, not part of a larger organization.
In the past, they have come out promptly for smaller repairs - fix heater or hvac part here or there, but this time, we had a major repair - replace heater furnace - and they continued to do an excellent job. First, they came out that day to evaluate the heater (it was 20 years old and time for a new one) and replaced it the next day. They followed up several times to make sure that the heater worked perfectly, including installing a new duct to ensure that the heat in all the rooms were consistent (original builder do not do a good job). Also, their guys scratched the wall while moving out the old heater and bringing in the new heater so they had a painter come to fix the dry wall and repaint that area.
We are very happy with Service Professionals and will continue to work with them. -
I am very pleased with the agent. He was very courteous, professional and above all very helpful. His overall behavior and assistance was so genuine that, he calmed my fears and stress about my plumbing issue. He really went out of his way to make sure my problem will be solved and that I'm taken care of. Thank you Joaquin 😊 of Service Profesionals.

Had an issue with our electric heat in one room. i called and got a same day response. Orlando arrived on time and after assessing the situation he replaced two circuit breakers and a thermostat. He was personable and profesional. After he completed the repairs he went to each room and double checked to make sure everything was working. During his check he found a problem with the thermostat in another room and was able to rectify the issue. His attention to detail saved us from having to make another call. Was very happy with the service

Josh and Raymy did a great job doing the annual furnace service. They were very clear in their explanations addressing the actions that needed to be taken. And were patient with answering the questions I had. Highly recommend Josh and Raymy.

Horrible experience from start to finish - I purchased a “top of the line” HVAC system about 1.5 years ago and have had nothing but issues since then. Starting with the install where the unit had a defective board and then was installed incorrectly.
The unit was installed in the summer and took an extra 6 hrs to install compared to what they said and still was not done correctly. They were not able to install the unit correctly to get the heater working but instead of admitting this they just said it was too warm to test and it would be fine. The first cold day when the heater needed to run it would not fire up and it took multiple trips to address the issue. This winter I have also had ongoing issues with the heater not working correctly including an ongoing error message that took multiple trips to address - and I’m still waiting for resolution. Apparently a switch is bad and as a result the heater won’t consistently heat above 65 degrees. The first technician who came out insisted it was just a blocked exhaust vent which was complete lunacy as he only spent 5 minutes at the house.
Furthermore, during a recent maintenance visit a tech apparently turned off the gas inlet creating further heating issues. As well the high efficiency system I purchased has not reduced my cost and more recently has significantly increased them as my backup is consistently running to barely achieve a livable temp in our house.
I spent close to 20k on this new and advanced system that in my opinion Service Professionals has no business selling - they clearly don’t know how to install, maintain or provide customer service on par with that level of investment.
I will never buy another Amana system nor use Service Professionals ever again and strongly urge anyone else considering a system or service plan to find alternatives. They are slow to respond and fail to meet commitments they make and seem to only be concerned with the bottom line. The competency of the service and install team is severely lacking and Amana has obviously failed to adequately train and qualify their distribution network. Beyond the competency their timeliness is very poor and they have no concern about failing to address issues in a timely manner with heating conditions cresting unacceptable conditions in

Factually Incorrect Diagnosis & Unauthorized Billing Practices
"Customers Rheem tankless heater hot water comes and goes. Was on the phone with Rheem technical support for 2 hours!
Rheem stated board control was bad and would not get parts until March. Rheem said they would give homeowner a new
heater. Gave price to install Rheem supplied tankless. Water heater is 6 months old, customer stated he would call the company who installed it.
CUSTOMER REFUSED TO PAY THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE!
Task # Description Quantity Your Price Your Total
SD014 Plumbing Diagnostic, Minor
Diagnosis, Plumbing Problem, Usually un-exposed and un-seen.
1.00 $453.01 $453.01
Sub-Total $453.01
Tax $30.01
Total Due $483.02
Balance Due $483.02"
The above are notes from the tech in the invoice I received today.
I have been a satisfied customer for over a year, spending over $15k on high-end systems installed properly by SP. Until now, I valued their work. However, my recent experience involves a gross misdiagnosis and highly questionable billing practices.
The Facts:
The Misdiagnosis: After paying $350 for a routine flush, my unit randomly lost hot water during showers. ServiceProfessionals spent two days "diagnosing" it, charged me $450, and claimed the control board was dead. They quoted $5,700 in labor to replace the unit.
The Second Opinion: A different HVAC company charged $89 and confirmed the control board is perfectly functional (no error codes). Their diagnosis was factually wrong, yet they refuse to acknowledge it.
Unauthorized Signature: I received an invoice today with a signature that is NOT mine. I never signed for this $483 charge. Using an unauthorized signature to justify a debt is a serious ethical and legal issue.
The Resolution: Despite their error, I offered to pay half the fee out of respect for the tech’s time. The owner rejected this, banned me from their service list, and is now using legal threats (attorney fees/interest) to collect on a faulty diagnosis.
Summary: It is predatory to quote $5,700 in labor for a warranty swap based on a wrong diagnosis. I have documented the correct repair from another company and will not be paying for "work" that was both unauthorized and incorrect. Proceed with caution.
