I highly recommend Service Professionals. My kitchen drain plugged up while we were making dinner. I cleaned the trap but the water still drained slowly. I contacted Service Professionals at 9 pm and they were able to arrange service for the next morning. They were even able to give me a price to snake our line.

Scott Bogda was sent to do the job and was great. He snaked the line, which solved the problem, and did an excellent job keeping the area clean and dry. We will definitely use Service Professionals for any future plumbing work.

Very personable , explained step by step regarding repair and recommendation, job completed quickly and cleanly, would highly recommend.

Kevin replaced our main shut off valve. He was wonderful, courteous and did an excellent job. The wait was too long for the water shut off and on from street but he waited patiently and made sure the job was properly done. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend him if anyone needed plumbing assistance

This review is for Victor G. from Service Professionals for the outstanding job he did with my Central Air Unit during the weekend of the heat wave the last week of June 2025.
I would highly recommend Victor G. as a very knowledgeable, methodical HVAC technician with scientific and practical approach to solve the mystery of why my Central Air Unit shut off while causing a leak with water accumulated in the pan around the unit. At first, it look like a simple answer, just a clogged drainage system but Victor G. ran all the necessary tests to realize the answer was not so simple. Victor G. definitely shows the difference that extensive and quality training can make if the mechanic is paying attention.
Long story short, Victor G. spent over close to 3 hours fixing my HVAC plus completing additional requests for an UV light and air filter change.
At this point, ( I waited 4 days before writing my review) I believe the problem with my HAVC is completely fixed. Seeing water leaking thru my ceiling and spending the hot days installing emergency window ACs was not fun at all. It was a traumatic experience and I was obviously desperate to have my Central Air fixed!
I believe Victor is an honest and professional technician that truly loves his job and helping people. I feel that Victor didn't take advantage of my problem to maldiagnose and/or overcharge me to fix a non existent issue plus suggest the need to replace my entire system like a mediocre technician T.R. from the A.J. Perri Co. did three days before and I had to reject his quote.
It's worth noticing that in the past, I felt as if I've received some inflated estimates from Service Professionals which I had to say no to but this time around I feel that Victor G. was being authentic and real with me and truly tried and in effect helped me solve a huge problem. Victor has superior customer service and problem solving skills. I'm thankful that Victor G. was my technician thay day!
I would recommend that everyone get a diagnostic test before jumping to conclusions about expensive repairs and/or system replacement.
I would also recommend Service Professionals but with the need for the company to improve their appointment methodology. I won't get into the issues around my appointment day...
Also, I'm not too impressed with Sarah, their after hours AI assistant for appointments and messages.
This is my first review of an employee and this company even tho I've been a customer for a few years now.

Hernan and Onan from Service Professionals did a wonderful job when they replaced our boiler. They were courteous, helpful, and answered any and all questions regarding our new boiler.

Ask for Nelson if you want a plumber who understands customer needs, is professional responsive and fair. I called for a backed up sewer line and Nelson listened carefully and figured out what the real problem was because the drain needs snaking every year. He worked with me for solutions and pricing that fit my needs and budget and returned first thing the next day to fix it sharing photos of the exact issue and the new work. He also protected and plastic wrapped surroundings throughout the work process respecting our home. Thanks so much Nelson!

I just had my heat pump replaced and I can't say enough good things about the whole team.
From the start,the salesperson was helpful,honest,knowledgeable and well mannered,took the time to explain my options,no pressure,just straightforward advice. The installation crew was just as impressive. They showed up right on time,worked efficiently,and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right. The tech who handled the repair was respectful of my space,cleaning up everything before he left.
It' s rare to find a company that nails both customer service and technical skill,but these folks managed BOTH!!!

I needed my garbage disposal replaced. I called Service Professional and I was amazed how friendly and efficient the customer service team were. The one who answered gave the full lowdown of their pricing. Even let me know they had an appointment that week. John was sent to my house and did an excellent job. 1st impressions are huge and from the first call to Service Professionals they showed concern and urgency for my leaking pipe situation. Joaquin came out the same day I called and out of all the other plumbing companies who came to survey the leak he was the only one to actually look beyond the immediate leak and alerted us to another major leak issue in the making. He explained everything in detail and sent over two quotes giving me options based on my request with our situation. I was able to confirm the quote and they started the next day! Rich, Johnny and Chris showed up on time and immediately got to work. Before opening up walls and ceilings they mapped out the waterlines to avoid any necessary cuts. They were respectful of our home and answered every question we had. The work was top notch and exactly what was promised in the estimate. They completed the work the same day so we had running water that evening and they cleaned up all the old pipes leaving no debris at our home. As much anxiety that a pipe leak can cause during a winter cold snap, Service Professionals took care of everything with expediency, professionalism and strong sense of customer service. They are definitely our go to for any future plumbing issues.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Sewer Line Repair and Replacement!

I recently had my sewer line repaired by a great crew — Cooper (supervisor), Johnny, Chris, and Ronnie. The job was no small task — the pipe was about 6 feet down under the sidewalk — but they handled everything with professionalism and skill.

To prevent future issues with tree roots in the old clay drain, they installed a trenchless sewer line, which gives me peace of mind knowing it’s a long-term fix. The team started at 8:30 a.m. and worked tirelessly throughout the day. Even as it got late, they stayed on task and kept me updated on their progress.

I really appreciate their attention to detail, hard work, and the way they cleaned up afterward. It’s not easy finding reliable professionals who take pride in their work, but this crew certainly does. I’d highly recommend Cooper, Johnny, Chris Johnson, Ronnie and Chris Rodriguez to anyone who needs sewer repair or trenchless pipe replacement done right!

I have my EV charger installed, Paul makes the installation great, I pay $2400 for labor and materials ( charger ) I'm waiting for the papers ( invoice, permit, license, etc. ) that they will give to apply for PSE&G rebate.

He did not give me a warranty on the control board as discussed he switched it on the thermostat as I read his cost to do the job in my email nor did I received a updated or a revised estimate bill today for I don't think this is going to work unless I get a warranty on the switch board. For that's a very expensive job. Integrity is everything to me though he seems like he knows his technician HVAC business.

Ronnie and Chris R. (Fridge) did a great job installing our new water heater. Superb work, highly recommend service professionals!

As a young homeowner finding professionals that you can trust and are experts at their job is really difficult. Kevin and Mike completely blew my expectations out of the water! After getting 3 DIFFERENT opinions on a water heating issue Kevin and Mike were not only able to find the source of the problem but alleviate other issues going on in my house. The saying goes “you get what you pay for” (and believe me the service was pricey) BUT when I tell you the peace of mind these two gentlemen have given me!!! Whew! I could cry! Just to give you context the plumber before them told me I may have to cut into my dry wall to diagnose an issue- that would’ve costed me exponentially greater than what I paid. Though not apparent at first, Kevin and Mike refused to settle for the unknown and after taking their diagnosis search a step further - they were able to not only educate me on the issue but give me tips to prevent it from happening again.

I know this is super long, but I am so grateful that these two gentlemen came today! And the icing on the cake??? They were here for a free maintenance call provided with membership! Whew!!! Anyway!!! They’ve got a customer in me FOREVER! Thank you so much guys!!!

I had an excellent experience with Service Professionals from start to finish. Doug M. deserves special mention for his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail—he truly went above and beyond. Owners Rich and Kellie are equally outstanding; it’s clear they take pride in their business and set a high standard that the entire team follows.

The entire staff was polite, reliable, and very easy to work with. Communication was clear, timelines were honored, and the quality of work was exactly what was promised. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is both dependable and customer-focused.

Orlando was terrific! He was very professional, used booties, cleaned up with a vacuum cleaner and came in uniform. He was very clear with the scope of work, presented the estimate on an iPad, did the work quicker than estimated, and was very courteous. It wasn’t an inexpensive job (had two outdoor GFCI outlets installed), but it was definitely worth the value. I’d highly recommend Orlando (and Service Professionals) for any electrical work.

Update as of February 24, 2026: Rich, Ronny, Chris and Johnny came to do the pipelining and things appear to have gone very smoothly. They kept all of the work areas clean and protected. Our day did not seem to be interrupted much at all. The whole process was seamless. I'm thankful for their service and feel pretty confident about the job that was done. They answered all questions I had and agreed I can reach out anytime post installation should any other questions arise.

Cooper & Ronny were very pleasant to work with. They listened intently to my concerns and answered all of my questions. They were very efficient and thorough in their process of inspection and analysis. During this difficult time for me as a homeowner they were very professional and conscientious and shared concerns about how clean up and restoration should be taking place. Expectations are communicated, estimate/proposal was written clearly, process and payment discussed appeared reasonable. Offer to get the job done was made within acceptable and thoughtful time frames. Overall very pleased with my interaction.

Kevin and Mike were amazing - an old unused pipe stoppage in the basement burst, and it was difficult to get to, but they fixed it in the end.

Snaking job to be done next on a sewer pipe so Kevin promised someone will come back to finish at no extra cost (so to be continued, but I’m sure after this job they will honor their words).

Happy that they were gentlemen walking me thru each steps. Good peeps. Appreciate you both.
