The employees know their stuff. They gave me exactly what I needed. The also told me my options and costs involved. Finally they explained I needed a special tool to do the job right and had it at a reasonable cost.

No customer service! Sales person was very dismissive. All I needed was a few water supply lines & he didn't even bother to look or match them up. Simply explained they had a bunch of different ones in stock but he didn't know if they would fit, since I didn't know the manufacturer he didn't have the time to check. I went to another plumbing supply & they matched up the thread & through in a couple 'O' rings & I was on my way! 5 whole minutes! I waited longer in line at Wallington Plumbing than what it took for the other store to help me out... Never again! ..!..

Knowledgeable associates, friendly. I ordered a kitchen faucet in a certain finish I thought I liked till it came in and was not what I expected. They took it back and exchanged for a more appropriate finish. Very pleased.

John Ireland is so helpful and helped me with my plumbing issues. If you go there go see John and he will definitely take care of you!

The only place around that you can find older plumbing parts and fittings to fix older fixtures. Nice people too.

I highly recommend Wallington Plumbing for their wonderful customer service. I started at the supply store in Wayne on Hamburg Turnpike. There, Andy helped me to locate a skirted Kohler chair sized toilet with an accompanying bidet seat . It required doing some homework as this is a bit of an unusual request. Andy found it and communicated with me via email in a very timely fashion! I have been going crazy trying to find all those features in one to help accommodate an elderly relative who is moving in with us. We need to remodel the bath from its salmon and burgundy tiles of the ‘50’s to something more current. Andy took all the details, called Kohler and saved me hours of telephone calling to find the right fit. Now, on his recommendation, we are going to take a ride to the showroom in Saddlebrook, NJ to find other fixtures for sink and shower . After seeing some very high end plumbing showrooms in our area, I am looking for more moderate prices and friendlier service. Wallington Plumbing provided both! The toilet and bidet arrive in 3 days because of the weekend. Fast, friendly and affordable , and delivered right to our door! What a great place to do business !

Went in to Wallington Plumbing with questions about replacing my old sump pump. Alan assisted in the process explaining how I could use parts off of the old pump and selling me only the new part that was definitely necessary - making the process “easy peasy”.The task was challenging but doable and rewarding thanks to Alan’s assistance.

Kyle was extremely helpful in assisting me with replacing a broken toilet in my new home. He was knowledgeable, efficient and great to work with! Will be back!

I am not a plumber or HVAC guy so i dont speak the language but i showed John a picture of what i needed to fix. He said its an Erie zone valve that is no longer made. John must have spend over 15 min with me on a busy Tuesday morning and he helped me find the simplest solution first without over selling me anything i didn't need. Now my wife and kids have functioning heat in the house. Thank you for your time and help John.
