Craig and his son were very nice. Had an issue with my boiler, one call, 2 hours later my boiler was fixed. Craig was clearly experienced and very professional. Would highly recommend for boiler / furnace work!

An absolute godsend! We have a combi-boiler which is very hard to work on. It stopped working during the first cold snap of the year, and Craig and his son made sure to get the heat up and running THAT DAY. Sent over 2 very efficient plumbers who worked all morning to make sure everything was in working order. My young children, fur baby and myself and husband were comfortable, cozy and warm by late afternoon.

When we ran into an error code issue with the boiler a few weeks later, Craig came by last minute to check it out. He actually gave us a tool to use to fix the problem if it happens again until the spring when we can give it a more permanent fix!

I can’t say enough great things about Craig from Lincolns Plumbing and Heating. Twice this month, he showed up almost immediately after I called — once for a frozen pipe and once when we had no heat. In both situations, he understood that I have a family at home and made it a priority to come help us as quickly as possible.

We have used Lincoln’s Plumbing and Heating in the past. When our boiler stopped working at 9pm on a Sunday night, we knew we could depend on them to help us out. Craig responded to our text message and was at our house within 30 mins. He got the heat working to get us through the night. He returned the next morning to replace a part. Craig is honest, hardworking, communicative and does great work. We wish there were more stars to give! We highly recommend Lincoln’s Plumbing and Heating!

Wanted to post about our excellent experience with Lincolns Plumbing. We needed a new hot water heater and Craig was responsive throughout the whole process with attention to the details (e.g., recommending a drip pan, calling the day before to confirm). He and his workers were fantastic. To add, with the recent snowstorm, we reached out to Craig as one of our pipes froze up. He was responsive and offered several suggestions which resulted in a working sink within 2 hours. A+ service, this company is the real deal!

Phil was prompt, and was here when he said he would be. He understood the problem and also the underlying problem and fixed it/them. He didn't have the proper seal (or something) and instead of just fitting something in, he went to buy the right thing, for proper work. I asked if he wanted to take a look under the second toilet, and he said he would rather make a second trip than leave me without a toilet for an hour. He is courteous, friendly, knew what he was doing, and clean...he left the bathrooms cleaner than when he found them. I highly recommend Phil and will use his service again! PS: my toilets no longer rock, and flush easily!

Phil is the best. He fixed a toilet that was leaking into our basement. I was ready to replace the toilet, but Phil suggested that he could reset the toilet to fix the issue. Phil is honest, kind and a competent craftsman. If you live in the Wayne area and need the service of a professional Plumber don't hesitate to give him a call. Phil is also very responsive. If you call him he will answer your call and engage to fix your Plumbing problem.

Phil is just the best. We found him during an emergency when another contractor caused a leak behind our toilet. Phil came immediately and solved the issue. Since then, we have called him several times to fix numerous issues that this other contractor caused as well as things that have not been maintained for years in our new home. Bottom line is he has done very small and bigger projects for us (from putting in a new tub nozzle to completely redoing our outdoor water spigots, which required him to bring a second plumber and go into our creepy basement crawl space). He’s so thorough, so efficient, honest, quick and most importantly knowledgeable. He does the job correctly and tells you what he’s doing before he starts. Excellent communication and we’re sure we’ll be calling him again soon.

NEW PROJECT! 12/15/25

Well, Phil Dee Plumbing & Heating has done it once again! I recently hired Phil again for a bathroom renovation and the work turned out beautifully! I have to mention, there was no existing bathroom. This was a bedroom being turned into a bathroom so all of the plumbing was completly new. Phil was there each morning ready to go and kept me updated on the progress every step of the way. Phil, just like my Dad, settles for nothing less than perfection in his work, taking great pride in everything that he does including making sure his customer is completely satisfied. And if you can't tell from this review, I am beyond happy and completly satisfied!

I've said it before, and I'II say it again, for anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber who is a master of his craft and with great prices, look no further and give Phil a call! You will be very happy you did! See you soon for the next project!

Phil is the best
I have used him numerous times and never disappointed.
Always shows up on time which I really appreciate.
He bought and installed my hot water heater , excellent job.
Phil repaired my kitchen sink and drains and also my toilet bowl another great job.
Just recently he bought and replaced my washer utility tub which he also had to re-connect a water pump.
Again another clean and great job.
About two years ago he installed our new dishwasher and the handle was bigger than old unit which caused it not to fit with our cabinet draws.
He would not give up and firgured out a way to make it work and it looks great

Phil installed a steam boiler back in September, 2025. I received the final town inspection early January, 2026. I am very pleased with the installation. It went very smoothly and Phil kept me informed as the installation progressed. The steam boiler works as promised. I could tell that Phil takes pride in his work.

Have used Phil several times. It’s so nice to have a dependable plumber that we can call for the various inevitable problems you have with an older home. He is always prompt and successful in remediating the problem. I highly recommend him.
