Craig and his team are amazing. We had an issue with water in our house, but here’s the kicker, we couldn’t figure out why. Craig came several times to troubleshoot, sometimes with no notice. Literally at one point, he was on his hands and knees cleaning up water so that we could find the source. Craig then diagnosed the problem and referred us to an awesome contractor that was able to rip up our floors, excavate concrete, and find the broken pipe. Only through Craig and his team’s efforts, were we able to find the problem, and once found, he fixed it immediately. We couldn’t find anyone to help us. No one wanted to take the time to go through all the possibilities, but he did. We are forever grateful.

I've have used Lincolns Plumbing 3 times in the past month, including one emergency on an early Sunday morning. I called 5 other plumbers without much luck. Craig picked up and said I'll be there in 20 mins and he was, calling when he was 5 mins out. Craig and team were amazing, professional, clean and most important trust worthy. I never felt like I was getting scammed or sold something that I didn't need. I now have a plumber for life.

I woke up on Sunday morning to find water on my bathroom floor. I was preparing for a BBQ at my home and the last thing I needed was clogged drain. I reached out to 3 plumbers, and Lincoln Plumbing was the only one that I answered promptly. Jason and Dean arrived within an hour and they worked diligently for hours to resolve the issue by the time my guest arrived. Their attention to cleanliness was impressive and they left no mess behind.

On top of their excellent service, the pricing was quite reasonable given the emergency nature of the situation and it being on a Sunday. I can’t recommend Lincoln Plumbing enough for their professional service! Thanks again Lincoln Plumbing- you saved the day!

Craig and his team are the best!!! Fast, reliable, and very professional. My 100 gallon water heater broke in the morning and he swapped it out in about an 1.5 hour. Best plumber in the area.

Craig and Dean are fantastic! They fixed my toilet right away. They get back to you immediately and they came as soon as I contacted them. They came in a Sunday and didn’t charge an extra amount for that. They’ve come before to replace my water heater. They are honest and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Great service, great response time, quality work. A company you can trust for your plumbing/heating needs. We called on Saturday morning that our water heater was leaking and they were there first thing on Monday morning to replace it.

Craig and his staff are absolutely amazing! No matter how big/small the job is they are quick to respond, professional and hard working. Lincoln Plumbing gets the job done! I have used them for over 18 years and they have consistantely provided me with fast, reliable and reputable service.

UPDATE -I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called and the owner responded and was at my house within 45 minutes to replace it. Owner always answers calls or responds within 15 minutes. I wish more contractors were this professional.

Lincoln Pumbing is the best. I have used many plumbers over the years and these guys are the best. They respond immediatly regardless of the time of day. I have used them for small and big jobs and they are always perfect. I had a new boiler installed recently and they were thorough in the installation and I have had no issues but a smaller gas bill. They are courteous and always leave everything spotless.

Don't look any farther. You have found your pluimber!

This is a top-notch company. Craig, the owner treats you like family. If you have an emergency, he will come to your house immediately he offers fair rates and his whole team is wonderful.

Woke up this morning to no heat upstairs. 🥶 Called Lincolns based on reco’s from our local Moms FB page and I’m so happy we did. Craig answered the phone right away, and he was at the house less than an hour after I spoke to him. He had the problem diagnosed, procured the needed part(s) and, working with others on his team, had the issue resolved by mid-afternoon. He and Oscar (the other person who came out his afternoon) were professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Craig even texted me this evening to follow up, making sure everything was working properly and that we were happy with the work done! In our experience, that focus on customer service and satisfaction is often hard to come by these days and it was very much appreciated. Their pricing was also extremely fair. So just adding my 5-star review to all the other rave reviews for Craig and Lincolns Plumbing if you have a water heater / furnace/ hvac / plumbing issue

The team at Lincolns are true professionals. Have had them run new gas lines for my HVAC and install a new water heater along with replacing several old valves in a home I recently purchased.

They are prompt, excellent communications, and very reasonably priced.

I have used Lincoln Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years. I consider the family that owns and operates the business to not only be the best in their field . I consider them family . Everyone should try to strive to be the service company they are. Its Sunday today . I had a minor issue that I told him he could wait till the week starts . He was there ten minutes later. It was a minor issue. He and his son were with me for at least 45 minutes . The owner refused payment . Where else would that happen . Love them and recommend them to everyone.
