I can't say enough about Craig and his team. I literally have him on speed dial with all the plumbing issues we run into. Craig always fixes what the issue is and does amazing work. He recently replaced our entire boiler system and I can't be more impressed! He was done and cleaned everything and got our new system up and running within hours! Along with always having my 3 year old digging through his tools and touching everything Craig treats him like one of the team and he couldn't be happier. Thanks for all you do for us both personally and professionally.

Lincoln Plumbing Company has been an outstanding plumbing service provider several times for me now over the last few years. Once was an emergency call on a Sunday and Craig arrived within 30 minutes of the call.
His crew has been to my house for other scheduled service and been courteous, professional and clean!! No mess left behind!

We are beyond happy with the work Craig and his team did for us - we needed a pipe replaced and called Craig and not only did he come the same day he was very thorough. While he was here he took the time to check a problem we had with our water heater and was able to replace it for us the same day for a reasonable price. We contacted Lincoln Plumbing with an unexpected situation with our macerating pump in our downstairs bathroom.

Craig and his team have always gone above and beyond to help our family but today they went even further.
They are the most down to earth workers.
Clean, knowledgeable, understanding, and caring. They make you feel like family. They legit calm you down in emergency situations and have you laughing by the end of it all. They are cheaper than a therapist and by far better then one as they can also fix my plumbling while talking me through crappy situations… ha ha

My combi boiler wasn't producing domestic hot water.

A different company diagnosed the problem as a bad heat exchanger which would cost thousands to replace, and suggested replacing the whole unit for $15k-$20k.

The guys from Lincolns diagnosed the issue as a bad three-way value and had it fixed same day for $700.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Lincolns.

Just had Craig and team out for a boiler inspection as one of the floor boards wasn’t working. Fixed it for me so quickly, courteous, and beyond fair charge. Highly recommend and happy to have someone on speed dial for the next conundrum.

There was a leak under my kitchen sink. After calling my regular plumber and another local business without success, I reached out to Craig. He was so personable and kind over the phone. He was able to come out quickly and help address the issue. He is funny, kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. He’s got a brand new loyal customer in me. He is going to be my new go to for any services he offers.

I called Craig to fix a broken water shut off valve that closed my business. He showed up within 30 minutes. He was able to source parts to fix right away and got me back open within an hour. Outstanding work and service.

Top-notch service all around. My dad first contacted this company to repair a sink in our basement and since then, we’ve used them a couple of times for other service calls. Each and every time we received realistic guidance on if/how the problem could be fixed and reasonable pricing. No price gouging here! A water pipe froze and burst, and water started pouring out. I managed to hold it back, but only for a short time. I called Craig and explained how urgent the situation was. Even though he was elsewhere, he showed up within 10 minutes.
It was bitterly cold, but Craig and his son Dean worked together in freezing conditions. They fixed the issue and, honestly, saved my basement from flooding. Quick response and dedication at best.

Excellent work and service all around. Craig came to inspect our water heater and water hammering issues the next day after calling him. He was able to identify the issues, answered all questions, and was able to schedule our water heater replacement quickly. Tim and Dean installed our water heater and PRV and they did an amazing job with the installation. They were professional, clean, and took care of everything from start to finish. We’re very happy with the new water heater and not hearing hammering noises when running our appliances.
