We have used Two Maids & A Mop multiple times to clean our home and have had a great experience every time. The cleaners always do a very thorough job, pay attention to the details, and are extremely friendly.

I booked a deep cleaning for my house several weeks in advance of the date I needed. I initially called to confirm that the date was available, and was told to book online, which I did. Three days prior to my scheduled cleaning I received a phone call informing me that they were cancelling my appointment due to "over booking" and "lack of man power." Not only is this completely unprofessional under such short notice, but I was also unable to reschedule prior to the date I needed the house clean. The owner was extremely abrasive on the phone and made sure to let me know that because I was a first time customer, my business was not important to her company. Relying on this business for your scheduled cleaning would be a mistake.

I just moved, and had two homes to clean -- the one I left, and the new one. I was overwhelmed, and called Two Maids & A Mop. They were super helpful, getting a team out to the new house on the same day, so I was able to start settling in. Their prices were beyond fair, work amazing. I highly recommend them!

Used Two Maids for a year, but noticed this last cleaning was majorly lacking. Floors were not mopped, furniture was not dusted, cleaning liquid was left in one of the toilets. Called next day to complain, was not offered any additional service to fix the situation. 1 Day later, my sink faucet hose cracked off (was replaced only 2 years ago).We ended up with a small kitchen flood and a $400 plumbing bill. Left a message with Two Maids but it took A WEEK for the owner to take my call (she never called me back) and she let me know that the cleaner KNEW there was something wrong with the faucet hose, but didn't tell my husband who was home at the time or her team leader. Asked Two maids to split the bill...was told outright NO. The fact that the owner seemed to not want to keep my business (maybe she's had to deal with other clients that have made false claims and hurt her financially?), tells me it's time to move on. Especially when the owner doesn't care to keep a loyal customer AND it takes 3 calls and 2 texts over one week for the owner to finally take the call. Sorry Danielle - you can't lie to cover your inabilty to run your business professionally.

Just tried two maids and a mop for the first time. The maids were very nice, dog friendly and extremely detailed. The owner even came over to the check the house when it was done and introduce herself. Very professional, very good service. I also noticed that they cleaned areas and surfaces that our last service always overlooked. Thank you two maids and a mop. I would definitely recommend.

HORRIBLE service. Did not clean well after I paid for a DEEP cleaning, then left mid service after questioning why my shower was completely untouched. Owner promised the job would get done after I expressed my concerns, then I see the 2 cleaners packing up and leaving. Completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your money on them!!!

Your cleaning crew of Michelle and Brittanie, augmented by Tahji and Q for an hour or so, provided excellent service. My house is sparkling clean, absolutely gleaming. I am so very pleased. The service was the move out package. They were here for a solid 8 hours. They were pleasant, respectful of my home, and committed to restoring every surface to its best possible appearance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They took pride in their work and periodically asked me if I was satisfied with their service. The cleaning products were effective and odor free. On a scale of 1 to 10, I enthusiastically rate them a solid 10. Whatever your pay scale is, they deserve the very top! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their home as clean as clean can be!
