Wow. What a great experience. My wife and I just felt so happy walking through our home seeing how clean it all looked. We kept noticing things that were just sparkling that we didn't even realise were dirty to begin with. And our home had such a wonderful clean smell for the rest of the day. The cleaning crew were very thorough and friendly. Having not used a service before, they were able to just do a great job without needing any direction from me. I'm only sad that we didn't start the service sooner. Looking forward to our next service.

Olivia and Belinda did a fantastic job. Our counters and appliances, floors, carpets, have never been cleaner. We are so satisfied.

Two Maids cleaned my house today. They arrived an hour late. We were quoted $250 for two floors of our house, and they ultimately charged close to $400 because their policy is to charge overtime costs if cleaning takes longer than expected. We were home the whole time and nobody informed us they were working overtime. They were also chatting, working at a pretty leisurely pace. The house was no dirtier than it was the last time they cleaned and charged 250. It also is not even clear they cleaned the bathrooms. There are still tooth paste stains on the sink, dirty floors, etc. Total robbery. When we called the owner she stood by her decision to charge $400. Very rude manager, never using again and will definitely spread the word.

I still say this is the best deal in town. The thoroughness of The 2 Diana’s where next level. The team showed up on time and ready to get to it. The whole time being extremely courteous to me and my pet dog. I really don’t know how you can go wrong using there service. I have been using them for 2 years now and never had a less than grateful and the way the clean my large house.
They did a fantastic job with a great attitudes. It was fantastic to see them wiping down the walls and ceiling. Awesome attention to detail.

Elena and Zelaida were ready to go and had the work plan in front of them and verified the information. Real professional and quick. All the teams that have come to the house have been excellent to work with. When I did not think it could get better, they surprised me with some nice origami work. It is awesome to see people taking pride in there work!

We’ve used several cleaning services and none have been as professional and courteous as Two maids & a mop. From scheduling to wonderful respectful cleaning service. Speaking to them both on phone and email I felt our home would be treated as their home at it was. With poor to good service from other services we were thrilled to see a company provide excellent service especially during these harder times for many businesses.

I was moving into a new home and had never used a cleaning service in my life but heard all great things from friends about Two Maids & A Mop in Westfield, so I decided to give them a call.
From the moment I called they were so responsive, worked with my schedule (which we all know especially during these times is so important), so kind, professional and friendly that by the time I got off the phone I was so excited for them to come and so happy I called.
They came in the morning after I left for work. When I got home that evening, it was magical....everything was so perfect, so clean, so fresh, they just did an amazing job! They cleaned everything that I had asked and more.
It was honestly such a wonderful experience.
I had treated myself to this and was so grateful because the amount of work/cleaning they did in a few hours would of taken me at least a month 😅
I can't wait to call them again!

We have been using Two Maids & a Mop for several weeks now and are very satisfied with their cleaning services. The team members who come to our home are always polite and accommodating. We have a younger child who still naps and they will start at the other end of the house just to work around her nap. The owners are extremely responsive and I can always get in touch with them regarding scheduling or with any questions. The staff always makes sure we are satisfied with the clean before they leave, and we always are! I feel their prices are very reasonable and highly recommend giving them a try!

Two Maids & A Mop of Westfield were so professional and so easy to work with. Everything was explained to me in advance also giving me different cleaning options. We decided together what would be best for my home. I made an appointment that day and on the scheduled day they arrived on time and ready to work! They did everything and more. I was amazed at how hard this team works together…Even the owner came by at the end to confirm everything was done properly and if I was satisfied. How professional is that?? I felt they truly cared for me and the work they do. Now I know for sure that they truly care because I am a faithful client! They try to make every client happy but life happens and we all need to be understanding. We all need to continue supporting our local workers...and yes they are essential. Thank you for everything...every time you come! I highly recommend Two Maids & A Mop of Westfield.

The absolute WORST SERVICE EVER!! While cleaners were still at my home I called to complain about the “deep clean” I scheduled when my shower wasn’t even touched, floors not mopped (just vacuumed) and they moved on to another level of the house. The owner couldn’t handle the fact that a paying customer had a complaint and their young staff couldn’t handle the situation. While promised at that moment on the phone he will make sure the service is done correctly, I see the two maids leave. At that point the poor owner couldn’t handle a pissed off woman with expectations and swears when she’s angry. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER ARE HORRIBLE. Showing up to a home with a wet swiffer is NOT FOR A DEEP CLEAN!! Apparently, this is the norm for this company. SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE!!

Amazing! There is no better feeling than coming home from work to a clean house. These 2 ladies that clean my house are a dynamic duo.

They are very easy to work with and addressed any concerns that I might have. Cheryl and Jenny do a thorough job.

The housekeepers from Two Maids were very pleasant. They came on time and were flexible to book with. We paid for the deep clean and it was average. I have previously paid for monthly cleaning elsewhere and it was the same quality. We were disappointed because it didn't feel like a "deep clean." We asked them to focus on the windows once we noticed the lack of detail, they listened and were very responsive to feedback, but unfortunately it still did not meet our standards. When we were touching up the windows afterwards we found a mud wasps nest in the corner and we were surprised they hadn't mentioned it to us (did not expect them to remove it, but even just mention it) when they were deep cleaning the blinds (which we also noticed were covered in dust).

John and his recently re-imagined our backyard patio. Refreshed/leveled our existing patio and built a brand new outdoor bar and tv wall. His crew was professional, efficient and meticulous in their work and their cleanup at the end of the project. They came highly recommended and I too would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build something amazing in their outdoor space
