I discovered this place after my new rug sustained severe water damage from a leak. They were able to pick my rug up right away, and Mikale assured me that it would be able to be cleaned. They did a very nice job of cleaning my nasty smelly rug. I’m not available during the day so they came to my job for pickup which was included in the service. I’m so glad I didn’t have to pay extra for the pick up/drop off. It was a 4 week turn around to get my rug back cause it was really dirty. The repair tech also suggested some repairs for my rug and quoted me a few prices for the repairs which was a nice plus. My rug is wool and tightly woven so when I got it back it was about 95% dry so I just put out my dehumidifier and it dried up the rest of the rug pretty quickly along with any smell that remained. Big shout out to Natalie for her impeccable customer service. She’s very professional and personable.

And I had my small, very beautiful oriental rug cleaned. The people here were excellent at communicating with me. They also did an incredible job on the cleaning. They have a minimum charge for smaller rugs, and it wasn’t unreasonable for the service they provide. The gentleman who picked up and delivered the rug was very pleasant and professional. I will use them again, without hesitation.

After a seven-year-old threw up milk and pizza on my couch I had to get it cleaned right away! These guys were fast and did a great job. Don’t hesitate to call them for any of your upholstery cleaning.
