3 words.....NEO CARPET CLEANING!!!!!

At first I was hesitant, did all my research. Was worried about toxic chemicals and how it will affect my pets.

If you have pets or kids you should know they use non-toxic, chemical-free and organic healthy cleaning solutions. I personally looked at all the ingredients.

The price was super fair. It was a lot cheaper than the local guys for sure and it was more professional.

They did a great job cleaning my air ducts. Mike showed me before and after pictures, and I could tell that their work was of the highest quality.

I found an online-dryer vent cleaning company in PA that turned out to be affiliated with Neo Carpet Cleaning of Philadelphia and Westville NJ. At first I was dissatisfied with a couple of issues but after contacting Neo (rather than the subsidiary M&I), Max the manager got to work and settled all outstanding issues and got the work completed almost instantaneously. The original tech and another man came to my house to repair the last step of the work. Neo Carpet Cleaning showed that they will go the extra mile if any problem arises, until the customer is satisfied. Thank you to Max and his people.

Havent known the result yet, hopefully the cigarettes smell will go away but so far from when they arrived and left, they're really professional and know extra what they doing.

Buyer beware,stay far away from this company as possible. Their work is horrible and thats stating it lightly. They are not professional, honest,trustworthy and meticulous about their work. They will rush whatever service YOU'RE PAYING THEM FOR so they can rush to the next job site.THEY WILL TRY AND SELL YOU ADDITIONAL PACKAGES AT A HIGHER RATE. AND IF YOU AGREE TO THE UPGRADE. Will do the work so poorly that they will admit that their not satisfied with the work they've done and charge you for what you initially asked for. I've tried calling to express my concerns of the horrible job done. Only to receive a phone call from a person who said he was the owner and that he doesn't normally send another crew out to redo a steam cleaning but he would do so at an additional cost to me. I was told that the tech has a two hour window to complete the service and move on to the next site. So the tech came in after 2pm cleaned his brushes in my bathtub for approximately twenty minutes. Set up and supposedly shampooed 3 rooms a hallway and down the stairs. Went out got the steam cleaning machine and proceeded to do the same. Packup get paid then leave a little after 4pm. So I'm asking how much of a proficient job can be performed in such a short time? I even sent pictures of how dirty the carpet still looked. So if anyone reads this just please Im warning you. Spend your money elsewhere because this scam business is a money grab period. And are not deserving of anyone's patronage and hard earned money.
