I went on line to find a rug cleaner. The reviews of this company were fantastic so I followed that lead and am really glad I did. Just got the rugs back, they look brand new, even the one that had to be repaired. I also love that they stay in touch and contact you when they're on the way to your house, so you're never inconvenienced.

Excellent experience with this company. Had a seriously stained 7x9 beige wool and silk area rug saved by them. Received the rug back in “as good as new” condition. This saved me hundreds for a replacement.

I had an oriental rug that was my parents. It is probably 50 if not more years old. It had probably not been professionally cleaned for decades. (it was obviously vacuumed weekly) It had some dog stains, and normal wear and tear. But was in decent shape. Ben Hersh came in and took the rug, kept it until they were satisfied that it was as clean as they could possibly make it. I couldn't be happier with the results. It looks practically brand new! I will be using them for all my rug cleaning needs in the future!

The work and attention given to the repair, refraining and binding of our great-grandmother's Persian rugs was outstanding. The colors became vibrant once again. I miscommunication regarding the price. They kept me informed on their progress. They. And and installed my rugs. The staff were professional and very nice. Moved into my new place and the landlord refused to clean the carpets. Pet stains, dirt, it was uninhabitable. You never know with contractors but Ben Hersh had great reviews so I got them in right away. I was amazed! Look at the before and after. Never did I think they would get the stains out, I was just looking for “clean” and pet free. And so nice! Couldn’t be happier with the results and experience. Thank you!

Super happy with how our rug turned out! We have an 8x10 rug that is white/gray with a pattern and just became dingy over the last few years. Ben Hersh picked it up - they were very communicative and scheduling pick up/drop off was easy. I know that cost will differ based on size and material - but ours cost $350 and took about 2 weeks. Will definitely send our rugs here in the future!

Pleased with outcome of a vintage wool Turkish Kilim rug that was so dirty but cleaned better than expected. Team members were very professional and caring and I so enjoyed getting tour of business and explanation of cleaning services.
