On time,call ahead, polite, explained everything, very professional. My carpets look & smell great. Very happy!

Still happy with rugs. But noticed im my front yard what looks like guys empty dirty tank in grass, not happy about that.

Amazing job!!!! He made my carpets and furniture look new again with their deep cleaning treatment and sanitizing system everything smells so fresh and clean. We will definitely have them out again!

Ben came on short notice when Sears bailed on us - and we had 30 people coming for Thanksgiving in 5 days. Neo took the 10' x 12' area rug, cleaned it to like-new condition, and delivered it back a little after 10 AM when the window for delivery was 10 AM - 1 PM. The man who brought the carpet back, Avi, got it situated just right and helped replace the furniture. Not cheap, but well worth it for this kind of quality service and dependability.

I used Neo to clean my HVAC vents and duct and they did a fantastic job. The before and after photos were night and day and they 2 guys that were in our home were respectful, told us what was happening as they were doing the work and kept things cleaned up. They were on time and worked quickly, but were thorough. There was very little I needed to do after they left. I highly recommend them for the HVAC cleaning services for sure.

Great service and carpet cleaning by technicians Pablo and Rotaine!! Arrived on time (actually a little early ), were very professional and courteous. Rafael did an excellent job. He and his coworker communicated pricing upfront, were punctual, professional, ams and very thorough. He showed before and after photos (needless to say we were VERY overdue for the air vent and dryer cleaning) and explained the process throughout. Highly recommend - we will ask for them again next time.
