We highly recommend Richard’s Heating & Cooling, LLC. We were experiencing issues with our air conditioning unit and after a poor experience with Horizon we reached out to Richard’s Heating and Cooling LLC and our faith and our air conditioning were quickly restored. They were prompt, knowledgeable and super professional through the whole experience. They didn’t charge us an arm and a leg and didn’t spend the whole time trying to sell us something instead of fixing our problem like Horizon. Richard’s Heating and Cooling has earned our respect and our business from here on out. 5 stars, 10 outta 10!

These are the guys you want. Had a great experience with Richard’s. Great family business. New heater and central AC were installed in March. The guys came out when they said they would. Price was what was quoted at estimate. Clean work. Easy to talk to and they answered all questions promptly whenever asked. On this very hot day in July I am nice and chilled inside with this great system installed by Richard’s. A+++++

Another great experience working with this company. Reached out that my furnace had an issue and according to the code it was giving it was the pressure switch. Got a return call within 10 minutes that the repair team will be on their way to my house after they finish up their current job. Once they arrived I explained what was going on. The team did their own diagnosis to see what was causing the unit to go off and on with the error code. It was not a faulty pressure switch it was water from the humidifier line had gotten into the unit. They drained the water, rehooked everything up and cleaned up. I ended up paying less than what was quoted for that piece to be replaced. They are a reputable company not looking to rip you off and do unnecessary work. Thank you again for your great service.
