I had WB Steward replace my entire HVAC. They did more than dropping in a new system, they made improvements to the available ductwork to optimize system performance. Don spent his time with me to discuss HVAC performance and how to get the most out of the system rather than providing a quotation for just new equipment. This set WB Steward above all other companies I contacted. When it came time for the installation, his team was very thorough and professional while keeping me informed during the job. WB Steward’s team proved I made the right decision.

Very happy with my experience. Furnace went out with the temps dropping below 30. They sent Jeff and he fixed it quickly. His expertise was greatly appreciated and they were fair on the price. Thanks again!

If I could give 5 stars I would. Dan was very helpful and professional. The techs were also very knowledgeable, professional, and even keep your carpets clean by wearing protective shoe covers. I’d recommend future customers to call W B before anyone else.

Highly recommended!!! W.B Stewards and Son corrected our AC system and installed a new gas heater. They made sure the systems was balanced and completely functioning correctly. Don and his crew were very conscientious, helpful and friendly. This project was complete early and within budget. We could not be happier with them.

Steward’s did a fantastic job replacing our antique gas heater and hot water heater. Don and his crew are knowledgeable and offered us the best options for our home. His employees are wonderful to work with and thoughtful. Clean up was excellent and the whole system is working perfectly. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Very rude impatient people to deal with
They came to fix my heater long story short they never fixed anything they made it 100 times worse by literally breaking parts off, then go outside to make phone call for parts, after 2 minutes I got a knock on my door the guy handed me the part he broke of and said he couldn't do anything about it
I can not comprehend how a business can even do this

Richard and his team are awesome to work with. They will come out quick and get the job done. No upfront charge either which most do. Use them!

I called Richard bc my ac was totally not working on a 100 degree day and he sent his techs rt out the techs were so professional, knowledgeable and personable. They fixed it right up for a great price!!

When we woke up on Saturday morning, we realized that our heater wasn't running, and our home was quickly becoming colder. We called Richard's at 8am, and he was at our home within two hours. He determined that our 10 year old heater's motherboard was causing the system fail. He got the replacement part, installed it, and got our heat up and running. We will have Richard's come back to do a check-up on our AC in the spring, and we highly recommend him to everyone.

Our a/c was not working up to snuff. We called another local company for a tune up. They told us they couldnt do the tune up, the condenser was corroded and leaking coolant and that the whole system needed replacing but maybe they could convince their boss to just change the condenser. Felt like I was being sold a used car with the sales tactics. So we called Richard's for a 2nd opinion. Their guys showed up an hour after calling, did the tune up the other guys claimed couldn't be done, fixed the drain pipe for nothing, and assured us that the reported problems were either not nearly as bad as we were told or non existent. Richard's saved us a bunch of money and stress and did it quick even in the rain. We definitely found our new go-to for hvac!

Discovered our AC unit’s condenser was not working late Friday night. Called Richard’s on Saturday morning due to their good reviews and we were not disappointed. They came within an hour and had our AC working immediately. Thank you so much!

Richard’s Heating & Cooling is the winner. Called them at 7:27 and received a callback at 7:40. I turned around and came home at 8:16. Techs arrived at 8:30. Diagnosed, quoted, and went to pick up parts. Service like this is hard to find nowadays. Very pleasant to speak with. They don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them which seems like a common occurrence these days. 10:23 and my A/C is running. I would highly recommend and reasonably priced.

Highly recommend Rich. My hot water/heat went out. I called a plumber and he came out and said he wasn't familiar with my system. So then I called a plumbing and heating company and they actually referred me to Rich because of the system I have. Called him around 5pm yesterday and he was here by 10am today. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and had my heat and hot water up and running an hour later. He replaced the main part and ordered another but made sure everything was working for me in the meantime. Him and his guys were very friendly and polite and they know what they are doing. I'm happy I found Richard's heating & cooling. Will definitely be calling him in the future if i have any problems. Thanks Rich!!

Called to replace discharge lines that where 30+ years old failed to add a pad to condenser delayed job install after half of payment was paid for over a month and now refuses to return to turn on condenser that he intentionally disabled when installed.
Do not recommend this company had nothing but issues and continue too with quality and service.
Will be seaking out legal representation as I paid for two homes to have heaters and ac condensers installed and both condensers are not working do to being intentionally disabled by installer
