This is a 100% great tree company. They are very professional and customer oriented. They did a wonderful job on all my trees big and small, more smal. They’re prices were very competitive and and assured satisfaction. I will always use this company for this type of business and will recommend them to any and everyone that asked me for a tree service. My overall satisfaction was extremely important to them as they always stride to be 100% reliable.

Recently had some work done by Certified Property Services LLC. Bush trimming, flower bed clean up, mulching, and small tree removal. Their team did an outstanding job on making my property look great. Very friendly, fantastic communication and very knowledgeable. Great estimate response time and had the work done quickly after. I found my new landscaping company that can accommodate to all my needs! 10 out of 10!

We recently had a 20x12 concrete patio installed in our backyard along with a 100 ft white vinyl fence & the entire experience exceeded our expectations! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough Darren & his team was professional, punctual and incredibly detailed oriented. The patio turned out beautifully! It’s smooth, leveled and was finished with great craftsmanship. The vinyl fence installation was just as impressive. It’s sturdy, perfectly aligned and adds a clean polished look while giving us the privacy we wanted! What stood out the most was their communication and commitment to doing the job right. All of our questions were addressed & Darren made sure everything was completed to a high standard. If you’re looking for a company that delivers quality work and takes pride in their projects, I would highly recommend them. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I’ve used them for a couple different projects and it’s always gone well. They get the work done on time, very responsive if you have questions, and it’s always been a reasonable price. Will be using them again.

I had a 12x14 foot slab poured for a shed. The slab was done at a cheap price and was completed quickly. It was a great job Certified Property Services did and we were very pleased with the work, price, and how quickly it was completed from proposal to completion of work.

The fence around my backyard was 50 years old and barely standing so I started getting quotes to replace it. Darren at Certified Property Services LLC came out for a free estimate. He took the time and really listened to everything I wanted for the project. His price was a thousand dollars less than 3 other quotes I got. They started right away and were all done in 3 days. His crew was efficient, friendly, and tidy.
Darren was available for any questions I had and was informative during the whole process. I am very happy with my brand new wooden fence! They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

TBL Plumbing was highly recommended by a friend to repair my sewer line. He constantly wanted to come over to discuss the job, which made me uncomfortable and was completely unnecessary when it could have been handled with a simple phone call. During initial visit, he said he needed to hire his own appraiser, which would have cost 20% for those services alone. He excavated my concrete pad by my front door and my front sidewalk and left it open & exposed for a month, no cones or cautionary tape in either location. While excavating the front yard to replace the pipe, his team cut through my Comcast line. This is because his team failed to mark my yard. Three weeks went by and my job was still not complete (sewer pipe or concrete) with no response to my texts. He did not follow the terms of his own contract and also charged me for work he did not do. I ultimately had to hire another contractor to complete the job and that person finished all of the work in 7 days and was less than half of TBL price. TBL is not dependable & disappeared before the job was completed. DO NOT hire TBL Plumbing.

Ryan did a great job diagnosing the water temperature issue with our shower and performing the necessary repair. He was professional, friendly, and worked quickly. We had 2 other service companies come out previously, but TBL was the only who actually took care of the problem. I will definitely be using them again for all our plumbing needs.

When our water storage tank failed and we had no heat this winter, the entire crew at W.B. Steward & Son were incredible. They helped us take advantage of rebates and loans that were available and took the time to review and discuss our options. While we were without heat and hot water, they were kind enough to let us us borrow a portable water heater, so we had hot water when we needed.
The work they did was top-notch and they were able to get it done ahead of time. As a technically-minded person, I had plenty of questions and they were happy to take the time to answer all of them. They also showed me everything I needed to know about my new hot water heater.
As with any project you end up fixing one thing, only to find out there was an issue somewhere else that you didn't know about. It turns out, I had a bad thermostat in one of the rooms. When I called to let them know, they had someone out the same day. They double-checked their work, verified it wasn't a problem, and helped me find out it was thermostat. True professionals, all of them. And shout-out to Patty at the office who was always cheerful and incredible helpful, no matter how many questions I had.

I had a 30 year old heater and a/c unit replaced. Don Jr. and company had replaced my neighbor's system so I called and had the same system installed based on their recommendation.
It's only been 3 months but I am amazed at the efficiency and quietness of the system. Jeffrey and Micheal's attention to detail during installation was very much appreciated. Don Jr. made me feel that my business was very much appreciated and he took all the time I needed to explain operation of the heat pump.
The building permit inspector even commented on the quality of their work.
