Great craftsmanship. Had mini split system install in our downstairs. Attention to detail during installation. Highly recommended

We recently found out that our hot water heater had died. After using WB Stewart and son we decided to call them in again. They came out that day and determined yes the hot water heater was done and said they would be back the next day with a new one.
Mike along his co-worker and I apologize but I forget his name showed up and got to work. And in under 2 hours they had a brand new one hooked up and ready to roll. As always we were totally impressed with their work as well as their prices.
We will always continue to use them. Don thank you for always having such a good team that comes out and takes care of your customers.

I have never had a better experience when it comes to different home projects .
I wanted my water heater replaced with a water heater - on demand . I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate in a timely manner . Don evaluated all aspects and explained what needs to be done , pros and cons .
His team worked tirelessly to complete that task .
Mike and Don were very professional and their work was exceptional .
They didn’t give up and didn’t scheduled for a different day when a few obstacles arose because of a poorly done work from previous people .
Don reached out the next day to follow up and making sure that everything is working properly.

Don and his team at W B Steward were great, My Family and I needed a new unit after 7 years New fernice ,New condenser. Bummer ! needless to say we did not call back our last company, We ask neighbors who have WB Steward spoke highly of them ,Plus they have been in Business 71 years thats no accident, Don recommend a unit that fits our home blows more Cold air then our last system,The team went to work quickly , and very clean we had a new condenser ,and fernice Installed on our scheduled day Wow ,great work , Professional ,careing .Thank you and God Bless

My elderly neighbor's A/C stopped working a few weeks ago. WB Steward came out a d condemned the entire system, gave them an estimate of $10,000 and left them without A/C. My neighbor called another company for a second opinion and found all they needed was a new condenser fan. Unable to diagnose or just wanted to take advantage and get the money for a new system.

Don and his team was fantastic! They came out the next day with an estimate and the following day install. They were also able to increase the airflow within the ducts as well as the install of my ecobee thermostat, which I absolutely love! You will not be disappointed! :-)

I bought an older home and knew I’d need to upgrade. I shopped around a bit and wasn’t happy. Was referred to Steward by a family member. Couldn’t be happier. Owner was personally involved from the jump. He listened and suggested to get me what I needed without breaking the bank. Sub-contractor for insulation was top-notch. And the crew that came out to do the install were quick, clean and knew their stuff. And they were good to my dog! Owner checked in on the install everyday. Great work, great value. Couldn’t be happier.

W. B. Steward & Son has installed 3 heating and air conditioning systems for me. In 3 houses that I owned. We been working together for more than 20 years. I’ve always had prompt and courteous service. They are very clean and when done you would not know they were there, except all is working great. I’ve worked with others over the years but none compare. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs service.

Nothing but good things to say. Everybody, including Mike and Jose, was extremely nice and they explained the process so well I was able to understand it. They were also on time both days and were even extra careful to not let my cats out. My unit had to be moved for safety reasons and they double checked with me that it was okay for them to trim a bush in order to do so. They left no mess and worked as quietly as possible. Don and Jenna were very kind, accommodating, and returned calls promptly. It was overall a very positive experience.

We have been a customer for over 30 years and W. B. Steward & Son have never let us down. We called on Friday because we were out of oil. They were there within the hour, filling our tank. While they were there, they checked the rest of our equipment and found our problem. We needed a new water heater. Don said we would have it on Monday. My heater started failing me this winter. WB Steward came right away and got it running. It was at end of life but they managed to keep it going. Don came out to go over my replacement options. I have a small house and used 2 window air conditioners in the summer. He suggested a heat pump (mini splits) and although I was nervous about making the change he assured me it was the best solution for my space. He laid my fears to rest every time I called with questions and concerns. I trusted him and went with his recommendation. His Team is friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious. My new system works great and is so quiet. No matter the temp outside my house is a constant, cozy temperature. No more adjusting the thermostat because I'm chilly. Spring was always a time for turning the heat on and off and now it's just right without big fluctuations of hot and cold. I look forward to this summer having a quiet, cool house. Thank you.

Tankless hot water heater is still saving me money and working perfectly after 2 years.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was in need of a new hot water heater. Don came for a consultation and was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I received my quote and was scheduled quickly.
The crew that came for the installation was also excellent. I have a dog and they were very friendly to her. She quickly learned if she laid in front of the door they would give her a pet when ever they walked by.
Don also worked with me to ensure I was able to get all of the rebates and tax credits I was eligible for and secured very good financing for me.

Mike and Don came out to put in a split AC/heater in our upstairs room today. What a fantastic job they did! Not only was the installation painless but, these two gentlemen have a great sense of humor and a work ethos that is difficult to come by nowadays! We had Mike come out for our heater that stopped working. He was great! He fixed our problem quickly, was super nice and educated me on our system.

Absolutely thrilled with the purchase and installation of a new furnace, AC and water heater. Don and his crew were top notch and we couldn’t have asked for better knowledge, craftsmanship and customer service! I will give a 7 after I found the receipt for the broken part. I do understand that it will a charge for the visit which I paid. BUT, they only took 30 minutes to complete the diagnosis. After that they ordered the part and took few days to come. Finally they came and installed the pc board and total job performance was about 1 hour. They charge me $1,862, not counting the $150 for the 1st visit. I DO BELIEVE THEY OVERCHARGE ME AFTER I FOUND THE RECEIPT FOR THE PART ORDERED THAT WAS LEFT IN MY BASEMENT ($362.). Don is great. Installer Mike and his guys were awesome. Installed a brand new HVAC system after 21 year old system finally was unrepairable. Don was very responsive and always communicating with me.

I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. My heater was acting up for a couple of days. It wouldnt stay on and keep kicking back off. So I called them up to schedule an appointment and I was expecting to get an appointment for a couple day out. Instead they came out that day. They were so helpful and answering all my questions I had. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

After interviewing several and I mean Several HVAC Contractors and having a little experience as a handy man and fix-it guy myself, Don "the owner" checked all the boxes, that made me feel confident he would do a professional job.
W.B. Steward was not the cheapest that I interviewed, but certainly the ones that I felt most comfortable with.
The installation took a full day and a half during this heat wave we just went through.....And let me tell you the installers Mike and Jose were true professionals who worked vigorously to make sure after a full removal they got enough done to have my A/C on and not leave me stranded that first night......
They also were very neat and left the basement and outside clean and organized.
In conclusion; any hiccups and concerns were addressed By Don the owner immediately and my experience was all positive.......
I will be recommending W.B.Steward to my friends and family.

WB Steward and Son came out to help us with our heat when it went out on a Saturday- their tech Mike was incredibly helpful in explaining what the issue was and fixed it quickly getting our heat back on during a cold winter day. They were honest, fair and took really great care of us! We’ll absolutely be using them again in the future
