We were scheduled extremely fast for our appointment. Mark was our technician. He was extremely thorough and explained everything to me in great detail about the needed repairs. He even took the time to speak with my husband over the phone so he would know what was going on.
Sarah’s has been referred to us by several people and we are so happy we called!

Our technician was very thorough while troubleshooting issues with our fridge. He was also incredibly kind and gracious when it came to all of my young son's questions and showed him all of the components and explained their functions. Great service, and a 30 day warranty comes with the service call! Will definitely call them again if problems arise in the future!

Daniel arrived after calling on the way. He was personable, pleasant and polite. Our dishwasher continued to leak – even after a door gasket replacement from another appliance repair shop. We also thought the dryer might be drying at too high a temperature – we kept seeing little black marks on white sheets. Daniel is not only knowledgeable, but he is curious, enthusiastic and precise. He was as confident and professional and happy to diagnose the problem as any of the best fellow physicians I worked with when I was in practice. He was proficient, figured out what was going on, and explained everything. We could not ask for more. Thank you, Sarah, for having such outstanding individuals on your team!

Found a good reviews for Sarah’s while looking for vendors on the NextDoor app. They had to be good because they were booked solid for a week. After seeing their appliance van across the street at our neighbors, I decided they must be worth the wait...and they were!

It is nice that they have a cancellation list so my wait ended up a bit shorter.

The service tech, Matt, was very professional, friendly and worked expediently to diagnose the problem.

They were very reasonable in their service, labor and parts fees.

I called the company and they scheduled me right away despite my problem not being an emergency. Not only did they arrive on time both times they had to come (1 assessment, 1 visit for the actual repair after they got the obscure part).

I was delighted with the level of service, the professionalism, and the time they took to make sure the job was done right. This level of care and consideration was extremely good to see.

Thomas V. was exceptionally patient and careful with the job (and comfortable with my dog). He also went over ways to increase my oven's longevity and how to care for my oven when I asked for advice.

I was delighted with the skill, talent, and speed with which they addressed my problem. I will be calling them first when I have problems with my appliances.

Sarahs is the only repair company I will be calling here on out. Our newer dryer was having issues and I called all the big shops in town. Most did not answer after several calls, time estimates were all over the place, they were rude, or the person I spoke to was simply incompetent. Sarah's start to finish was professional, polite, timely, and cost effective. Parker and Mark were fantastic technicians and both took their time and were very transparent about the repair. Great work.

Used them twice. First time was ok. A little expensive, but Parker was very nice and fixed the washer for my mom in a timely manner. She did get overcharged, but Sarah's caught it and reimbursed her thankfully. Second time, my landlord paid to look at my washer. He paid about $400 and my washer doesn't work right. It drains, but the dial is broken. I was told to just keep turning it until it starts. I'm basically playing roulette with my washer. I get that if the part is discontinued and you can't guarantee that's fine, but don't charge people $400 if the washer will not be fixed properly.

Matt was just great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Got my dishwasher up and running. Parts arrived very quickly. Highly recommend.

There is nothing worse than an honest business. Daniel came out this morning. He was timely, clean, friendly and professional. He analyzed our problem and honestly said that despite our refrigerator being only 5 years old, get a new one. He said it will cost more to repair than it will to replace it and sure enough he was right. I would trust Daniel and Sara's Appliance Repair anytime with my business. Why do I say nothing worse than an honest business - well now I can't take my frustrations out on them :) Thank you Sara for your excellent employee and I look forward to having you actually repair something in the future. We did go out today and buy a new refrigerator. I hope this one lasts!

We have used Sarah's for several years. I always appreciate their prompt response, knowledgeable and friendly techs, honest information and reasonable prices. They will always tell you if an appliance is worth fixing or if it's more affordable to replace. And they clean up after themselves. Once after a dishwasher repair, the tech mopped our floor where they had made a mess!!
Yesterday we had them here because our dryer had stopped heating. Daniel was professional and courteous. He spoke to me clearly and honestly about the issue and my options. I so appreciate that. Daniel fixed our washer in a timely manner and we were thrilled with the service and cost.

Sarah's was outstanding from beginning to end. The initial call was met with with a prompt and courteous response followed by a timely service appointment. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and promptly ordered the necessary parts. A representative from Sarah's kept me apprised as to the status of the parts and scheduled the installation upon their arrival. The technician returned , made the repair, and checked my machine over... quickly and done with no mess whatsoever.The entire process was handled professionally, promptly, and courteously. This is my second experience with Sarah's, and I will definitely use them again.

Great work at a fair price. The gentleman who came to our house, Parker was his name I believe, was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our oven in an honest, efficient and professional manner. I was a bit skeptical when a made the appointment to have my refrigerator repaired but Mark G. went right to work after I described the problem of water in the flex drawer. He identified the problem within a short time, explained the situation and solution along with a very reasonable quote for the repair which was completed in short order. Mark was courteous, respectful of my property and took great care to clean up during and when wrapping up. A big thanks to Mark and I'll be using Sarah's for my appliance repairs if needed in the future.

My LG microwave oven was not heating consistently. LG sent out a repair technician. He said it was running too hot and would order parts. Never heard from him again. LG sent out a second repair technician. He couldn’t access a service manual so he didn’t do anything. After many unsatisfactory conversations with LG they finally sent a repair technician with Sarah’s Appliance Repair. Matt ran some diagnostic tests but couldn’t find a problem right away. He consulted with another technician and did some more testing. He listened to us describe the issue and then found a burnt connection in the wiring. Matt was diligent in his search for the root of the problem. He’s ordering the needed parts and will install them when they come in. He advised us to not use the unit. Matt is very professional and thorough. We’re very happy he searched until he found the cause of the issue.
UPDATE: New wiring was installed as promised. Appliance has been working for several weeks now. Thanks Matt and Sarah’s Appliance Repair.

Great experience from scheduling through dishwasher repair by Andrew. The scheduler was pleasant, polite, and thorough. We were able to get an appointment within the week. We were sent a reminder e mail the day before the appointment. Andrew arrived within the promised time frame and worked efficiently to diagnose and repair the issue. He also offered suggestions for solutions for other problems in the kitchen island area.
