After paying over $1000 for a refrigerator repair, 3 months later I requested that the stainless steel toe kick be removed because it didn’t fit properly. I’ve tried, but it seems to require a special tool. I wasn’t asking for the repairman to make a special trip, but they wanted to charge me $200 to remove a screw. Really?

As I recall, the repairman (who was great by the way) removed the toe kick and reinstalled it. It never fit properly to begin with and since the refrigerator vents at the bottom, I became concerned that it could be blocking the airflow. It should have been left off of the refrigerator (as no one will probably notice it), but it was reinstalled. I've tried several times to remove it and even ordered a 3-in-1 Stubby Torx Screwdriver (T15 x T20, Black) to try on my own, but the installation instructions aren't very helpful and I can't do it. I'm concerned that the bottom venting may have created the expensive repair to begin with.

This was our second time using Sarah’s. Our “antique” SubZero fridge was not holding its temperature and Mateo was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Both technicians we’ve had out were professional as well as polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company!

Unbeatable Customer Service! Sienna answered the phone and asked "How can we make you smile today?" I told her that I wanted my "possessed" washing machine repaired. She assured me that the technician would have the knowledge and skill to do the repairs. Mark, showed up and he knew immediately what the issue was. It took him less than 10 minutes to tighten the counter balance bolts and to level the machine.
I was so impressed because I had a different appliance company out, twice, and they could not diagnose the issue. They replaced parts that were not needed and still the problem existed.
Do not call any other appliance company - call Sarah's! They know what they are doing, they don't just throw parts at the issue, they are honest and professional!

I love Sarah’s appliance repair. They are skilled efficient and reliable without charging an arm and a leg. I had service conducted on my dryer and it was so reasonable in cost and done properly the first time. They are also trustworthy and do not try to charge for unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend.

Had the glass on my oven break - otherwise still functional. Called a few places for repair who said they wouldn’t fix it because the part was out of production. Called Sarah’s and they helped me identify the part number, where to find used ones online, and once I got it in the mail they had someone out the same day I called to do the repair.

Superlative service! I called when my dryer started squealing. They responded quickly, scheduled an appointment that worked for my schedule. Matt was on time, clean and polite. He diagnosed the problem, explained the issue and gave me options. The cost was very reasonable and Matt did a great job. Hello, I called MR. ED'S appliance again. I say again because I've called and and relied on him a few times before. He came to look at and fixed a old well used dishwasher. He trouble shot the dishwasher, found the problem and fixed it with parts in his van. I would recommend him to anyone needing appliance work. I thought I would be looking for .a new washer and installation . Thanks Ed for saving me some cash again. Call him!

Mr Ed came to the house today for service call on the oven. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He solved my oven, dryer, and refrigerator problems even though I only made an appointment for the oven. I highly recommend his services.

My wife and I had an issue with a water leak at the base of our fridge. Not knowing what to do, I was referred from a friend to New Mexico Appliance repair. I called a gentleman by the name of Anthony whom immediately responded. When he came over he was incredibly friendly and professional. He fixed the issue within minutes, however, noticed another issue with the ice maker. He then, no strings or finances attached, fixed that issue. In talking with him I realized how passionate and knowledgeable he was, not to mention, that he came over on his birthday. Incredibly dedicated person. I would and have recommended him to anyone and everyone that needs help with their appliances.

Ed arrived when expected and gave great service. He searched to find the part that was needed locally so he could fix the refrigerator right away and he completed the work within about an hour. We even qualified for a senior discount. Happy customer!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Was emailed a photo of the washing machine to be delivered, quoted a price I could afford and took away the old machine.
