Mr. Ed returned my call quickly about a broken refrigerator and diagnosed the problem over the phone. He was super honest and advised us that the cost of a service call plus fixing the compressor would cost almost as much as a new fridge so in our case it wasn't really worth it to repair. I'm very impressed with his service and will definitely call on him again if I need any of my other appliances serviced. Thanks Mr. Ed!

Ed was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and efficient. I purchased a used washing machine from him several months back at a great price and called him when my dishwasher and refrigerator needed repairs. His diagnostic fee was $25 less than other competitors, and he followed up with me to see how the refrigerator was going after the repair. My dishwasher needed to be replaced, and he sent me to an appliance store who gave me an amazing price because I told them Ed sent me! I’ve been very satisfied with my business experiences with Mr. Ed and heartily recommend him.

I had just got home from being on around a month long road trip visiting relatives. My refrigerator water dispenser was no longer working so I call Mr. Eds to schedule service. He asked me to explain what was going on with it and I gave him the symptoms. Mr. Ed asked me what was the make and age of the appliance. And then proceeds to instruct me on exactly how to fix the issue. He also reinforced the fact not to worry your refrigerator is a good one. Per Mr. Eds instruction I was able to take care of the issue myself. I highly recommend this local business. Mr. Ed cares about the customer and is a very honest professional.

I called Mr. Ed's Appliance Repair this morning to get my Whirlpool stacked laundry center's gas dryer repaired. I had been putting it off since April '22 because of other projects that took priority. (Thank goodness for a good clothes line!)

So, I gave him information about the model of dryer so he could look up some references on it and when he called me back, he said he'd like to come have a look at it. He showed up within the time frame he predicted and after having a look at it, said it was entirely fixable. Less than an hour later, my dryer is up and running. That's great. I had anticipated needing to make a separate appointment for the repair itself, but was delighted he was able to fix it on the spot by replacing a dead coil! He also assured me that I had made a good choice in picking the model I had because of it's overall quality and that if there were any further problems with the unit, he would be able to fix both the washer and the dryer. How great is that in this day and age of planned obsolescence?

Gene, from Mr. Ed’s, repaired my refrigerator but several weeks later the same problem reoccurred. The owner, Mr. Ed, accompanied Gene and they both worked on it for quite some time. They found a short that wasn’t originally discovered that made repairing it too costly for a 20 year old refrigerator. Mr. Ed, on the spot, wrote me a check for the original repair, minus the Service Call! I found this to be amazing customer service, I highly recommend them for any appliance issues you may be having. Honest, reliable, timely and very friendly!

Excellent service. When our dryer needed to be repaired, Mr. Ed was able to squeeze me into his schedule even though he was very busy that week. Since it can be difficult to set an exact time with appliance repairs (since any given repair may require more or less time, depending on the situation), he called when he was on his way when leaving his previous appointment so I would know just when to expect him. He showed up promptly with his assistant, and they were both very pleasant and polite, and professional. They did excellent work, and the charges were very fair. I highly recommend Mr. Ed's Appliance Repair.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Gene did an excellent job repairing our GE dryer. He called me back within minutes after leaving a voicemail. He was able to come out the next day and he diagnosed & repaired our dryer within 30 minutes. He was super nice and we’re very happy overall with their customer service. Their prices were reasonable too. HIGHLY recommend them.

Mr. Ed replaced the igniter switch on my gas oven quickly along with some minor maintenance to the stove top ensuring the burners have a faster response time. Very reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend!!
