I have used Alliance Appliance twice. It's a father and son business. Steve Haydu is the man that's helped us both times. He's prompt about getting back to me and arriving on time for our appointment. He's honest. He tells it like it is rather than just trying to sell me something I don't really need. He fixes my washing machine right the first time and he's very thorough.

Steve is amazing! He has come out for the second time to fix my washer and he made the time to come out the day before thanksgiving. He is fast at finding the problem and repairing it. I Highly recommend his expertise. I wouldn’t call anyone else. Thank you Alliance Appliance!

Steve has serviced our various appliances for the last 5 years. On each occasion we have called, the appointment was scheduled for within 48 hours, he was prompt, professional and explained things in plain language. Repairs were quick, and 100% back up and running for a fair price. He is a high integrity guy, and you won't go wrong calling him for service!

Was having issues with my dishwasher and the manufacturer scheduled a service appointment with Appliance Alliance for the following week. Called up Appliance Alliance and Steve offered to come over that day instead of making me wait a week.

I could not be more appreciative of Steve’s excellent customer service and quality of work. He got my dishwasher up and running in about 15 minutes!

Called Franks repair services and they were knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Unfortunately my part was out of stock but Dalton called me back as soon as my part came in (approximately 2 days later) and scheduled me in very quickly! On the day of service he showed up promptly and on time. Finally a repair man clean and professional!! Dalton started on our Kenmore Cloth Dryer and knew exactly what was wrong. He had all his tools and not once went back to his service vehicle looking for additional parts/tools.

Once he completed servicing my dryer, he cleaned up put my dryer back and tested it to make sure everything was working properly BEFORE leaving.

Maybe this is what everyone is expecting BUT let me tell you this is not the service you normally get from other appliance repairs. I used Franks before for a freezer issue and was amazing and why I had to contact Franks again! Didn’t fail me at all.

I can say much more but believe me, it’s a wonderful appliance repair shop and comes strongly recommended! Thank you Frank and Dalton!!

These guys are absolutely amazing! If you need appliance repair in Albuquerque, you’d be foolish to go anywhere else. They show up fast and fix things at a fair price.

The worst call I've ever made! He came acted like it was fixed but it was not. Then, he says it's something else. Doesn't communicate when the part would be in. Does not answer calls or texts. Strings us along for almost 2 months!
Call In Home Appliance Repair & Service if you want the job done right!

If I could give them a zero star I would. Do your self a favor and call somebody else. Unreliable, untrustworthy, and incompetent. It's been a three month saga of lies and straight up bull ish. You we paid $75 for Daulton to unplug my machine and do nothing else. He said we'd need another motherboard which took over a month to come in and replace, but I had to call several times to get him to come back. That "new" motherboard turned out to be the original one that was replaced by another company today. Franks did nothing. Long story short my machine is fixed and working fantastic thanks to In Home Appliances Repair & Service. It only took a couple of hours not several months. Daulton, or whatever your name is, you should consider a new career path. The Better Business Bureau will be getting my next complaint about this business.

ASAP was very quick and responsive with my call. Their technician Jason was very knowledgeable and explained all the issues with my machine in a way I could understand. Lastly, the price was very reasonable for what we needed. I will definitely rely on these guys again when I have appliance repair needs.

Gabriel is a great worker and always fixes our problems quick and efficiently. I continue to use your company because of him, he is an asset to your company and should be valued!

Update: I contacted the company twice and got no response or resolution.

I am using my middle name for privacy reasons. I was surprised to see this company rated so highly, as my experience didn’t reflect that level of service. The technician called on a Friday afternoon, July 11, offering to come by due to a cancellation. While I appreciated the flexibility, he mentioned he was working on contract and appeared to be in a hurry. His evaluation was brief, and he advised me to contact the company from which I purchased the appliance to explore options.
The visit lasted about ten minutes, yet I was still charged for the service. I later reached out to another company, who arrived prepared, replaced the necessary part, and successfully repaired the appliance.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel confident using this company again or recommending them to others.

Jason was so sweet and helped me when I was in a bad spot. I was actually crying at one point and he handled it so well. I will call you all again for sure if I have another appliance issue. I will refer you to friends also.

Had a great experience with ASAP Appliance repair. They were able to provide next day service that accommodated our tight schedule. Gabriel was polite, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous, trustworthy and kind! He explained the issue with our appliance, showed where and how it wasn’t working and advised on the correct course of action for repair. He had the part ordered and was back out again quickly, again working with our limited availability. We were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge and he even took the time to answer some questions we had about another issue. We have used ASAP previously and will continue to use them in the future. They have always provided us with great service!

I cannot say enough good things about Jason and ASAP Appliance Repair company. After having my dryer "repaired" by another company, a new issue arose as a result of that repair. Upon realizing the repair company wasn't interested in solving the issue and repairing my dryer, they took my $444 and that was that.

This is where ASAP enters. I googled another company and ASAP had 4.9 stars on multiple reviews. I called Jason and after hearing what the dryer was doing, he diagnosed it over the phone and said he could fix it same day! He did what he said he'd do at a very reasonable price. He was efficient, asked good questions, tested the dryer for several minutes to ensure it was doing what it was supposed to do.

I completely trust Jason and his ability to get the job done. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I will not only refer him to everyone I know, I will use him for any other appliance issue I may encounter in the future.

My tech JASON was amazing!! Job was done quickly and professionally!. The price was higher than two other companies.. But lower than one! I needed it done that same day and i got it. I highly recommend ASAP Repair... Great to deal with!!

So pleased. Mathew was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! One trip to diagnose. Parts ordered. Second trip parts installed. As it turns out or frig is too old to completely fix. More than happy with the service received. I will recommend Sarah's to everyone.
