I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of both Jason and Matt who were on time too, which I have found out living in NM doesn't happen very often! The problem was explained and I was given options regarding the repair and cost. The service was outstanding and the cost within budget.
I strongly recommend Matt and ASAP for any appliance repair.

Jason came and fixed my dryer very quickly. It works perfectly now and he was very professional and kind. I will definitely be calling them again in the future if I run into any issues. Jason was able to fix the pump on my washing machine with same day service on a Saturday afternoon. He just happened to have a cancellation and I was able to get it fixed, allowing me to continue laundry. He was responsive, respectful and helpful. Thank you!

Our technician Jason was very helpful and started diagnostic on our dryer right away. He and the owner were both very helpful with the quick diagnosis and cost on parts if we choose to fix versus replace. I definitely recommend and I will be using them again.

I am very pleased with ASAP. Jason did an excellent job. He explained what needed to be done and gave a price before starting the repair of my refrigerator. He is very professional. The job was done in a timely manner and on the same day that I requested service. I highly recommend ASAP. Jason also repaired our dryer at another time. As always he was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and was back to install it in two days. I highly recommend Jasom and ASAP.

We have had our LG washing machine for over 10 years and just recently it would not start intermediately. Matt quickly found the problem, explained what he needed to order, the cost, and length of time it would take. He came back in less than a week and replaced the part. He was pleasant and efficient, and we would recommend this company.

Excellent service! I have found my appliance repair company, no need to look elsewhere. From scheduling to service, they take the cake! Jason was thorough and able to diagnose and repair our washer the very same day! We added a nonworking Ice Maker to the list and he took care of that as well. Jason was also personable and we appreciated the communication throughout the process.

Called ASAP and even though the call dropped (I was in a building with poor reception) I immediately received a text to continue booking.

After a small back and forth we were scheduled for same day service. Jason, was our tech and through all of the miscommunication and technical difficulties we caused he was so patient with us. I can’t stress how awesome that was instead of being cancelled on.

Jason diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently and again was patient with us and our tenant. Stove is back and working before a holiday emergency! Great work! Would recommend to anyone.

ASAP Appliance Repair were so incredibly easy to work with!!! Our refrigerator wasn't cooling and with our trip coming up in a few days we were in a pickle. Luckily, they were literally able to come same day AND accommodated for my work schedule!!! (Obviously save day service is subject to their work load that day, we were just INCREDIBLY lucky!!!)

Jason was our technician and he was friendly, professional, efficient, and super knowledgeable. He was already familiar with our fridge model and was quick to troubleshoot and find the issue. He wasted no time, jumping right in to fix the problem. He communicated very clearly how our fridge was supposed to run, what was wrong, how they were going to fix it, how long it would take to fix, and how much. I thought their rates were very reasonable and affordable, especially considering their efficiency and skill set.

Matt was certainly great as well as Jason. Fixed my dryer and it works like new. The only problem was not being on time. We were scheduled 8-12. The arrive at 1:30. So they would have been a 5 stars except for late arrival. Must have been a busy day. We will be sure to call ASAP

I am so happy we picked ASAP! The pump on our washing machine went out and they came the very next day to diagnose the issue. They had to order a new pump and came back the very next day to do the repair. They communicated very well and worked around our schedule. The technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. They were awesome and a reasonable price as well. Really impressed with the company. Oh, and they also warranty their work for a year which is really nice.

I contacted them after 5 PM on a Sunday and received a text response from Jason within 10 minutes of leaving a voicemail message. Even though I ended up resolving the issue on my own, I must say that their response time is unmatched, and had I needed the appointment- it would’ve been quick with next day availability. I also love that the evaluation fee is waived should you use their service. Definitely the best company to contact if you are out of your warranty period for any of your appliances!

Matt came to my house to have a look at my speed queen washing machine. It didn’t have power and these machines have a reputation for being bomb proof. I was told a tech would come out between 8-12. I was happy to see Matt promptly around 8:00am. Saved me time to do other things with my time. Matt immediately assessed the issue. My washing machine was running within 5 minutes. Matt was prompt, friendly and professional. He is an honest technician and let me know I had a good washing machine. The power was a breaker switch that I missed. I never felt Matt was out to take advantage of me like so many these days. The fee to come out and get my machine running was fair (thank you). I highly recommend Matt and ASAP appliance repair.
