Received a prompt call back after leaving a voicemail. Took some info about my machine over the phone and was able to let me know that I would probably be better getting a new machine. He had a very reasonably priced but quality option that he sells. Though we went with another purchase option I will definitely give him a ring back for future appliance needs.

Our washer stopped working, called up Ed and he came to our home the same day and diagnosed and repaired our washer. He was quick, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend Mr. Ed for all your appliance repair needs.

Mr. Ed got the new timer for our dryer the day we called him. 1.5 days later, he installed it. Great, responsive service. Mr. Ed knows appliances !!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Ed is everything his website states...fair, honest, reliable, knowledgeable and prompt. I had a 10 yr old fridge that needed the filter housing replaced and he finished the job in an hour...and allowed for 2. He even had a spare hose in his van, so as his website states, he's fully stocked and prepared. Thanks a million Mr. Ed. I will keep your number handy in case any other appliances break.

We were very pleased with Mr. Edy's service. He was very professional and found the problem with the dryer right away. I would recommend him to anyone that has dryer problems, and will call him if other appliances have problems. Ed came out last week to repair my dishwasher, it was not draining the water. He identified the problem, worked meticulously to fix the problem. His fee was very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Thank you Ed

The service was excellent.
It took about 5 days to get an appointment, but once Mr. Ed got here, he and his assistant took care of the problems (an oven that wouldn't work consistently) right away. When he got here, he looked at the make and model of the range, asked me a few questions and told me what the thought it was. Viola! Not only did they replace the item right away, he was training an apprentice.
He was great as a teacher, too!

I called Mr. Ed's appliance repair due to a failed washing machine that would not spin or drain. I described the symptoms to Mr. Ed, he kindly referred me to his colleague, JR. JR specializes in Whirlpool cabrio Washing machines. J.R.came out the next day, to come and diagnose the issue. And then promptly proceeded to fix it. Ed came out the very next day, after I called him. Had a refrigerator problem Ed's service call fee is one of the lowest prices on line. And he had great reviews. As repeat customer I can say that Mr. Ed’s repair services are excellent! Initially, I called to have my refrigerator serviced as the freezer was not working. Mr. Ed came promptly and fixed it saving my frozen foods. On a separate occasion, I purchased a refurbished washer and dryer from him. He delivered the units and guaranteed them, that has been almost two years now and the refrigerator and washer/dryer still working great! I would definitely recommend him. Mr. Ed's Appliance Repair Servies are friendly and upfront, qualities you don’t see much in customer service anymore.

Mr. Ed's card says it all: fast, fair, honest. The 1978 dishwasher in the home we just purchased wasn't draining. Mr. Ed arrived the day after I called, immediately found the problem was the drainage connection, and fixed it. He also checked the dishwasher itself, assured us it's still working fine, and advised us on how to treat it right and prolong its life...all in about a half hour. Mr. Ed is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him.

A big thumbs up for Mr. Eds Appliance repair. I called them for an appointment to fix a refrigerator. They came out the next day. Refrigerator repaired at a reasonable price.

Our refrigerator stopped working and Mr. Ed put us down for the first available appointment. When he arrived, Mr. Ed promptly diagnosed the issue and started calling around for vendors selling a motor fan. When one was not available for nearly 1.5 weeks, Mr. Ed quickly went into his fully stocked van, put together a motor fan, and had our refrigerator working within about an hour. Mr. Ed is amazing! A second time, our freezer had an issue. Mr. Ed diagnosed the issue over the phone and scheduled me for the next available appointment before the holiday weekend so that we could have a functioning freezer during that time. Again, he quickly fixed the issue with a smile and at a reasonable price. Thank you Mr. Ed!

After I threw the unfrozen & warm contents of my freezer away, I selected Mr. Ed's to call because they were located near my home. Ed asked a few questions & we scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Upon his arrival - on time & with a heads up call just prior to arriving so I could put the big dog out - he listened while I explained what had been happening w/the refrigerator & w/his experience he was able to tell me what he believed the problem was - a bad thermostat. He installed a new thermostat & I've had no problems since - I've restocked the freezer! It was a pleasure meeting & visiting w/Ed - he absolutely knows his business. The cost of the repair was very fair. It's nice to know there are still people like Ed that want their customers to be pleased with their service. Placed a call to Mr Ed regarding an older refrigerator that was freezing food. He promptly returned call, listening to our assessment and rather than coming to diagnose and charge us, he offered a simple suggestion, which we tried and are very pleased to report that it worked!!! It is nice to witness that there are people of integrity, willing to offer help and not strictly money motivated!!! Highly recommend!!

Such a nice man! My dryer was making some noise. He happened to have time same day. He was over here in a snap. He diagnosed and repaired super fast and didn't try to charge me for any unnecessary stuff. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend.
