Great service today by Mark P. Through and efficient. Requested service online on Sat before labor day, appointment scheduled for Wed following. Will definitely recommend.

My washing machine was making some funny noises. A young, but very respectful technician misdiagnosed the issue the first time he visited. When he came the second time, he was able to correctly diagnose the issue. I was quoted the repair price as more than the value of the washer itself (not his fault) so I did not go forward with repairs. I was told I could probably get a few more years out of the unit, so I decided to hold off.
The first time I used the machine after the technician had spent an hour working with it, it made an incredibly loud noise that woke up my family and was 100X worse than the original noise. The washer was also shaking very hard and leaked oil for the first time. While this technician was not the source of the problem, his working on the unit did make the problem much worse and now is it unusable. I requested a refund on the service call because it made my problem much worse.
The manager I spoke to was very disrespectful, raised his voice, and was very offended I requested a refund. He said it was a coincidence the unit went downhill the first time I used it after they worked on it (I saw the technician remove parts and put them back, etc. so there was some work done during his visit). The manager certainly spoke down to me to the point where I had to hang up on him.
I feel this company was dishonest to say it was on me that their technician actually made the problem much worse. I do hate to write this review because the technician was so polite and probably tried his best, but because the manager was so outraged I would request a refund for their service call and was extremely disrespectful, I cannot recommend this company.
The manager told me he would simply write his response after my review, so I do expect the company to possibly have an unethical response following this review. This is my first time to ever write a negative review on Google. Use this company at your own risk.
Edit: after reading the response- I can tell the difference when someone is hard of hearing versus raising their voice out of anger. I also think spending two hours on service calls only to make the problem much worse (and not admitting to it) is not good customer service. Both of these responses is gas-lighting your customer.
Edit to the edit: a technician from another company fixed my washer. The technician from Sarah's Appliance did not screw the "cam" in all the way, which is why it was even louder after he left. This company could have come back to make things right but chose to say they had nothing to do with the extremely loud noise. -
Solid Company. My 4k fridge was DOA when we came home. Mark the service tech called up from and got here on time. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the issue quickly. He even took the time to do some maintenance and check for recalls and updates. 5 star service to say the least.

Your repair man wallked out for an appointment to clear the ddrain as water does not drain from washer. He did his same act, suddenly acted in a huff for no reason and wlaked out. The same fellow who wanted to charge me for working on a "built in", a refrig freezer unit stuck between cupboards and he did not have to pull out unit. After the fact he wanted to charge more and I said not because he did not have to move unit out and he got huffy and retaliated. Two men here were inappropriate the second making it clear he was dependent on the good will of the other service people. What was that about?? He was not going to clean the heavy dust off the coils on top where cover had been removed and not replaced. It should have been cleaned by the repair first man, but was not. This guy did not offer to clean but then went to his truck to vacum. I want your satisfaction guarantee refund now so I can get honest and competent repair company to fix my refrigerator. You never gave me one email receipt or warranty. charged my card without a statement. You did not fix my refrigerator and freezer.
You closed your Yelp reviews after having more than 24 negative reviews. I know why but your feedback is surely not real and have bulked up your image. You do not have honorable service people and this company only interested in getting the debit and credit card numbers so they can bill you without our approval. I have no receipts for the charges they list on a text, nor emails for warranty. No email response to a request for a recall of service that you did not repair. -
Matt was absolutely AMAZING! I have had my dishwasher not working for months and he came in and immediately fixed it. Thank you so very much. We will definitely call your company again!

After experiencing a problem with my 10-year-old washing machine, LG provided two choices of local appliance repair shops. I looked up both companies to check their hours of operation (Sarah's was open until 7 PM; the other place closed at 5 PM) and also checked their Google Reviews (Sarah's had a 4.8 rating out of 185 reviews compared to the other company with less than 30 reviews that were not quite as high). Because of these reasons, Sarah's Appliance Repair was the obvious choice. Not only was I able to call the day my washing machine failed, but I was able to get a repair appointment the following day! They sent out a tech named Parker who was communicative and easy to work with. He was able to change out the drainage pump that day to get us back up and running (in less than 24 hours since it broke). I highly recommend their services!

Amazing company! Called Sarah’s Appliance for an issue I had with my Samsung Washer. Their technician Andrew came out; he was on time, and very professional and kind. He was able to analyze the situation and come up with a solution. I was pleased he was able to diagnose the issue. Although, he had to order a part for me, the part came in two days and he was back at my house to replace the part. In conclusion this company is amazing they are reliable and trustworthy! Thank Andrew for all your help!

Suddenly our GE Monogram fridge stopped cooling. We called a few places, and after speaking to them we learned they would not service a ‘sealed unit’. Called Sarah’s Appliance Repair and they had a live person answer. After telling them my predicament, they scheduled a repair late in the day. True to their word their tech showed up at 7:15 pm that night. Daniel was polite, professional and efficient. He diagnosed the problem (a failed inverter), found the ONE remaining spare part in town, and said we’d get back to you with an install time. They called the next day and scheduled us for a day later. Daniel showed up again and installed the part quickly - and as he predicted it solved the problem. I would HIGHLY recommend Sarah’s. It was the first time we used them, but it won’t be the last.

Our 4 year old refrigerator needed repair. I had initially called a different repair service and they told me it needed a new compressor and were going to charge me $967 for parts and labor. I found out the faulty parts were under warranty (parts AND labor ) and asked how that would work. This other company told me I would still have to pay for labor. That's when I called Sarah's Appliance-they were quick to respond, the technician, Mark was very thorough and found the problem was, indeed, under warranty and checked parts availability on the spot. He told me when the parts would be available, how long the repair would take and what to expect. They took care of contacting LG, notified me when the parts were in and set up a time for the repair. Again, Mark performed the repair and when he was done, everything was put back just the way he found it and the only charge was for the initial visit. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be using them in the future for any other appliance repair.

These folks were fantastic. My dishwasher was broken and they tried everything to fix it. Their prices were reasonable and I was not charged for subsequent visits trying different solutions. Their techs were polite, communicative, timely, and flexible. I would hire Sarah's again.

I've got nothing but good to say about Sarah's, and Matt their tech! My washer and dryer were giving me grief at the same time and I was frantic. The scheduler got me an appointment the next day, Matt called me when he was on the way and explained clearly what the problems were. He had the necessary parts on his truck and I was washing again within an hour and a half. Number 1 in my book and I am happy to give them a 5-star review.

I really appreciate the ability to communicate over text and the very clear communication about the process. Our service tech Mark was the utmost professional. Only tiny drawback is a pretty large 5 hour appointment window but well worth it for the level of service provided at a fair price.

Sarah's appliance repair arrived on time and did an excellent job fixing my oven! Definitely going to recommend!

When our LG dryer needed repair, I googled for a company in the area certified to do the repairs, and Sarah's Appliance came up.
We had an excellent experience with the company. Everyone, from the person who took the appointment, to the two technicians that diagnosed our problem and installed a new part were wonderful and professional.
We will be using Sarah's for all of our appliance repairs moving forward. -
Called them with a request for help on a small appliance. They had to get back to me later, but were communicative via phone and text the whole time.
In the end, my appliance couldn't be saved, but the team at Sarah's took care to make sure I knew where we were at on getting answers and they made me feel valued despite me not having spent a single dime with them yet. I appreciate that level of give-a-damn, and I think it bodes well for their paid work. -
Very well done on both customer service and tech. Answers the phone, has information readily available, knows when and what's happening, and the tech was able to diagnose and repair very quickly.

We originally were very unhappy with the service we received on our Whirlpool refrigerator. After letting customer service know of our disappointing result, further explanation of the situation resulted in a refund of the service call. We discussed the situation at length and were satisfied with their willingness to work with us. They were very responsive. We appreciate their quick response to our concerns. We will use them again.

Technician was friendly but didn’t have the parts needed for the repair, so it took longer than expected. Once fixed, my washer has been working great.

Sarah’s was great! I was that customer yesterday that was overwhelmed and frustrated. The service technician remained calm, polite and helpful. In the end he was correct. Thank you.

Sarah's appliances repair is always first on my list for any appliance that needs fixing. Have had Mark as my technician the couple of times Ive called them up. Super knowledgeable guy that always does a great job. On his first visit he was able to fix a pretty old refrigerator that was close to 25+ years old and use parts from another brand to fix it. His last visit yesterday he troubleshot my Samsung refrigerator and determined it needed a new mother board. I didn't end up having him order it to replace, but whatever he did taking it apart and putting it back together, it started working again. Super happy with this company as they are honest in their craftsmanship and pricing and most of all do great work. Thank you all 🙏🏼

I have had a good relationship with them before, but this time, they ordered the wrong part. I could either wait for them to order the right part or get a refund. I chose the refund. I didn't even get back half of the over $300 I paid them to fix my washing machine. They still charged some for labor even though they didn't correctly diagnose the issue.
