I guess cleaning, they are okay. I believe they took advantage of me and of my insurance company. I know that they wasted a great deal of my time; 3 months after water damage, no reconstruction has been done. Rockefellers was fired after it was apparent that they were in no hurry to fix my house nor were they probably capable of doing so. I'm glad others got good service.. Me, I got overcharged, my kitchen was further harmed, and I got blown-off by management. "Larry", who has all the power, was on vacation, "out of town", for 2 weeks and couldn't be disturbed -- and no one else could do anything. Company was unresponsive and probably incompetent. "Satisfaction guaranteed" that they advertise, is the company's satisfaction -- not the customer's. Insurance paid almost $10,000.00, and the company did not feel obligated to return my calls.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Cole was first on the scene and was very thorough listing everything to be accomplished. The follow-through for the work order was then turned over to David Tapp, Project Manager. I highly commend David for his prompt response, attention to detail, and excellent ability to coordinate all the repairs done in my home following a leak caused by my hot water heater. In addition, he has an excellent team comprised of Guillermo, Dago, Adrian, and Michael. They were hard workers and did an excellent job. The plumber, Jared, and his assistant, Angeli, were equally professional. I would highly recommend one and all. My sincere thanks for a job well done.

After a roof leak, Rockefellers came in and did an excellent job of bringing my home back to order. Insulation, drywall, texture that matched other walls and ceiling and the perfectly matched paint job was exceptional. Each one of their staff was professional and courteous. Thanks Rockefeller if I ever need help again, your company will be called.

Rockefeller's did an incredible job cleaning our temp Old Navy store after construction was complete. They were competent, detail oriented, and professional. They also were very reasonable to work with on pricing and scheduling. I recommend them for any post-construction cleaning needs in this area.

Just a follow up - we used them again for another project last month and they were great! Very accommodating on both price and scheduling!

I know Rockefeller’s offers a lot of services and I hear great things about all of them. My experiences with them are with their House cleaning services. I have them through once a month and they do a phenomenal job every time!! I’ve tried many companies and I couldn’t be happier, such a professional crew! Hopefully I can utilize their other departments and have my house remodeled soon!

We will forever call Rockefeller for any construction or hard core cleaning projects. They were always on time when they said they would be here they were.
Cole and Dave are who we worked with and Alex in the office they were always so accommodating and nice. The men worked so hard the cleared and reshingled our roof in one day, the stucco work they did took a little longer but they painted the entire house in one day they work quickly yes but they do a beautiful job. We are so very please thank you Rockefeller.

Have you ever lost everything in your life in the blink of an eye (I have). Rockerfellers restoration was on the job the next day. They went through all the burnt ash and found items that could be cleaned and saved. We had a major house fire and every step of the way they wanted to help make things better. They’re staff was amazing friendly and compassionate. Even the owner and his son have gone above and beyond to help us in our darkest days. This company takes care of their staff and their customers and if I’m beyond grateful and thankful. You won’t go wrong with hiring this company. They will take care of you and your personal items.

I have been using Rockefeller's home cleaning service for three years now. There has never been a time where they have disappointed me. Recently, I had a water damage in my home. My living room and laundry room were completely damaged. I called Rockefeller's and they arrived right away to help with my unfortunate situation. Larry and Cole were a pleasure to work with and always very professional. Rockefeller's had the experience to work with my insurance company too. They handled all of the repairs at my home and made it very easy and stress free for me. I would recommend using this company for any cleaning, restoration or construction services.

We have been clients of Rockefeller's for over ten years. They have been our routine cleaning company and done several deep cleans for us as well. We have used the construction side for roofing, plumbing, painting and remodel projects. The company is family owned and they take great pride in providing quality service. We highly recommend them. Rockefeller's did a great job restoring my house after hail storm roof leaks did a lot of damage. While that repair was underway, the washing machine malfunctioned and flooded the family room. Rockefeller's cleaned up that mess on an emergency basis and repaired all the damage. They worked with my insurance company to make it as painless as possible. Dave Tapp managed the projects diligently and professionally, and with all the other good people at Rockefeller's got my house put back to together. They are skilled, respectful, polite and very good at what they do. I am very appreciative.

We cannot say enough good things about Rockefeller's Construction!!! We have used them three times in the past year: e.g., (a) for total roof removal and replacement (with TPO membrane roof) due to hail damage that also involved drywall repair, installation of new insulation, and re-texturing / repainting of our entire kitchen; (b) for restoration and remodeling in our front hall bathroom due to a plumbing leak that caused water damage; and (c) for stucco repair of our front wall and entry arch. All three times, Dave Tapp was our Project Manager. He was VERY knowledgeable, responsive, sympathetic, and organized. He was a major reason that we continued to use Rockefeller's. The subcontractors were all quite skilled at what they did---and were also responsive and reliable. Ditto the Office Staff. We LOVE Rockefeller's Construction and are grateful for the excellent job that they did across all three projects!

After a devastating under the slab leak, we were referred to Rockefellers to restore the property to its original condition. Our relationship with Cole was outstanding! Even though it was crazy busy during this pandemic, Cole kept us informed every step of the way. Our hardwood was delayed due to the pandemic but Cole remained calm and gave me updates as we waited for it to arrive. When it did, Dennis from Select Floors did an absolutely pristine job of laying, sanding and sealing the newly laid hardwood. The drywall repairs and paint were done by Jacob to perfection (the water had seeped up the wall about half way). The affected area looks like a brand new house! I must commend Karen, the scheduler, as well. She handles the scheduling of the work like a pro and was always kind and understanding. Whenever I had a question or there were concerns about the bid and billing, we worked it out. There were constant checkins during the 5 month process even though the subs were behind and it was hard to get supplies. Larry, the owner from Rockefeller personally came by twice. We could not have been happier with the professionalism, attention to detail and understanding kindness that Rockefeller displayed! I highly recommend this well organized company!

My roof was damaged by hail and the the repair required a total replacement of the roof and turned into a big job. Having Dave as a point person for communication proved invaluable since we were still trying to live in the home while the interior was repaired as well. Dave navigated the job to make sure it was done efficiently, professionally and expertly and at the end, we were very happy with the results. One year after the repair of the roof, we had a totally unrelated issue with leaking from the back wall of the house. I called Dave who came the same day to evaluate it and arrange through the company to set up a new job repair. He is absolutely committed to customer service and we are grateful for the high quality work that Rockefeller's provided.

Dave Tapp and Bree Hernandez were outstanding and key in helping me with my flooring and water damage clean with painting. They took my concerns seriously and rectified things when one of their former contractors did not provide the right flooring. They ensured that I had quality flooring and sent the best crews to help me. I will use Rockefeller again and again because of their incredible customer service and teamwork. They also provided quality work. Very happy with my flooring and ceiling. Highly recommend them and Rockefeller.

I have used Rockefeller Construction for two different major plumbing leaks requiring new floors, tile, etc. They restored home to excellent condition, people in all departments very professional and personable, good quality products used, handled interaction with insurance company. For having my life so disrupted I always felt that they cared strongly about the service they provide and that it was important for me to be satisfied with the work that was performed. Highly recommend.

Rockefeller's Construction was the top choice of our insurance company to repair our roof following a hail storm. After seeing their work, I totally agree with USAA. Rockefeller's Construction truly was the right choice! From my initial contact with Bree Hernandez and Alex Borgeson in Rockefeller's scheduling department, I noted their courteous and efficient correspondence to keep me abreast of how they would approach this project. I appreciated the professionalism displayed by Cole Borgeson, our estimator and Rockefeller's Construction Department Manager, who carefully explained the damages as well as the repair process to me. The tile replacement done by Mauricio and his assistant was very impressive. Damage to the ceiling of our front porch was artistically fixed and painted by Joe, a carpenter. I also was grateful for the careful, post-work inspections performed by Dave Tapp, the project manager, who also answered many of my questions during his visits to our home. I highly recommend Rockefeller's Construction!

We had a leak under our slab and our master bedroom was partially flooded. Our insurance chose Rockefeller to do the work, what a mistake! Overcharged and unhappy is how I feel about my experience with Rockefeller. The people are nice, but they missed 2 out of 3 appts. The best part of the service was done by Service Master, associated with Rockefeller. They dried out the carpet. I'm not clear about how much this cost (I never could get a bill from Service Master) but I recall about $900. I thought it was steep, but it did take 2 1/2 days to dry it out, so..
BUT when Rockefeller finally came out to clean and stretch the carpet in the master bedroom it took from 11:20 AM to 12:05 PM and cost $699.27. They didn't move the furniture. When the initial estimate was made I asked how much it would cost to clean our living room carpet (not affected in the leak) and I was told $100 to $200. I couldn't get a firm estimate. Luckily I asked before they began cleaning it, the cost would have been an additional $475+tax.
I normally pay my carpet guy $220 for both rooms.
Everybody has to make a living, but come on! It seems like Rockefeller likes to play fast and loose with insurance companies and clients alike.
Maybe our job was just too small. I've never had a damage claim like this before but I will take a much more pro-active roll with repairing our home should anything happen in the future. I could have saved my insurance company plenty of $ and plenty of aggravation on our part.

Homeowners and insurance companies beware. Rockefeller will promise a lot and deliver a poor product. The cleaning service destroyed multiple items of ours. The workers would smoke in front of our house and leave the butts on the ground. We had to manage thier subs who could never complete the job. We had to hire our own subs to get the job done. What should have taken 1 month took 4 and we couldn't move back into our home. We were lied to and taken advantage of. Do not trust what they say.

Recently had Rockefeller work on my house after some flood damage due to a disconnected dishwasher line. I really appreciated them helping navigating the insurance process. Their employees were professional, arrived on time, and did quality work. I’d highly recommend them and wish I had found them sooner.
