I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service we received from RockFeller's Construction. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, especially during a challenging time of house water damage.

They were incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, always available to answer our questions and provide updates. What truly stood out was their presence during every insurance evaluation. They didn’t just show up—they took the initiative to communicate directly with the insurance adjuster on our behalf, making sure we received the full support and coverage we deserved.

Rockefeller's Construction, Inc. was a company vetted by my insurance company and referred by them. From the first estimate meeting with owner Cole , I knew I was in good hands. I had extensive roof damage and a complicated restoration which took close to 4 months to complete. Everyone involved was professional and courteous and knowledgeable . It made the entire experience PAINLESS for me! I will forever be grateful to Anthony, the project manager assigned to my case, for attending to every detail imaginable every day. Scheduling was seamless with all the moving parts involved and Anthony made sure everything got done when he said it would, which is HUGE. All of the people I interacted with, from Karen in the business office, to all the subcontractors and workers, were highly competent and professional. And NEAT! Every day cleanup was part of the deal. I highly recommend this company for any kind of restoration work, roof replacement etc. My house feels brand new! Couldn't be happier.

Great company! People are caring and understanding. By the time I contacted their company, I was incredibly frustrated due to pipes bursting and flooding my upstairs bathroom. Both mitigation and construction took care of the project and my only headache was dealing with my insurance. Cole made sure that everything was taken care of and Karen gave me constant updates on the project.
You can tell from the moment you answer their phone call to schedule an inspection that it is a family owned business. Could not recommend them more!

This company absolutely sucks! It’s taken over 6 months for them to repair our kitchen and still waiting. No cabinets, no flooring, no oven, no stove. Idk how any company can stay in business when they work this slow. They are rude and continuously lie about what’s going to happen and ordering parts, or tile, or really anything. Then they say we are locally owned and operated. True burquenos take pride in their work. DONT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. I’m sure we won’t have a kitchen for the holidays and that’s a damn shame!

Posting on behalf of my friend, she had a water line burst in her home. They took weeks to fix her home. Left equipment there, no one reaching out. She was without a kitchen for weeks. Water for days. They do not respond, they contracted other companies and have not paid them now she is receiving calls for payment. They invoiced her insurance company for stuff that was NEVER completed. Absolutely awful company!! People beware

Excellent job done renovating and repair of the wall cause by our car crash in our garage. We recommend to anybody in need of home repairs.

Outstanding company that repaired floors after a leak. All of the employees were efficient, helpful, and friendly. Communication was wonderful and the didn’t hesitant to ask question. Highly recommend this company, excellent service and completion.

I had water damage at my house and Rockefeller’s has been in charge or reconstruction. Mr. Savar has been great. He has been instrumental in the repair process. He is very understanding and professional. I look forward to work completion and getting back in my house.

Rockefeller's has repaired water damage in my home twice and has worked with my insurance company each time. They were prompt in responding to my concerns. Cole, Christian and Karen have all been wonderful and professional.

*the only reason I’m giving a two is because at the end of the day the construction was done and done correctly but the process was a rollercoaster*

Thy were quick to schedule the first person to come out to my home to inspect. Beyond that, we had to then wait and schedule TWO additional people to come out to my home to “inspect” the same areas again before any work was even scheduled. Why was this necessary unless the first person‘s notes, measurements, etc. were not properly communicated and or shared? This was confusing and expectations of the process were not communicated well. I also had a woman named Karen contacting to schedule and provide me information about the repairs, but it was obvious that she wasn’t communicating with Sarvar, the project manager because they were never on the same page. It was as if this was Sarvar‘s first project job and he was not knowledgeable about construction and repairs or how it took place. We were constantly reminding Rockefeller of what needed replacement or at least needed to be checked to ensure it was not missed. Multiple visits and last-minute communications and schedules were needed to be made due to poor planning and lack of knowledge on Rockefellers part. This was insensitive and time-consuming. I repeatedly asked for the flooring of my office to be done first, so I could prepare for my return to work in a comfortable and private setting, but that was ignored. The flooring people hired seemed like they were hired off Facebook marketplace, unprofessional constantly left my front door open, slamming the Luxury vinyl on the floor and onto my tile only to tell me they were not be completing the baseboards or putting back my closet door, which led to an additional person from Rockefeller being called over in which I had to tell them to put plastic down on my newly placed for for them to caulk the baseboards! What this company needs to learn is how invasive it can be to have 11 different people in your home at a different times and without the proper proactive communication. The only reason we went with this company was because they were referred by our insurance, but I will not be using them again.

There was a sewage backup into my mother's house in Santa Fe. Our insurance company called in Rockefeller's and they arrived the same day to start the cleanup process. Did a fine job with the cleanup, and are continuing with the reconstruction phase. Rockefeller's was in frequent contact with us, and always available to answer questions we had.

After the big snowstorm in January we had water intrusion into our newly renovated dining room. Our insurer contacted Rockefeller’s for water mitigation and mold treatment. Rockefeller’s team came out that day to begin mitigation. They clearly explained the mitigation process and kept me in the loop throughout. The team was professional and respectful and took great care to keep our house clean and safe from mold. Because of how well they handled the mitigation phase we continued their service for the reconstruction phase. Savar ensured that reconstruction was timely and of high quality. Jacob made our room look better than new. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work, the level of communication, and the prompt service we received from Rockefeller’s and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I recently had a leak in my crawl space with major mold.Rockefellers handled the cleanup and complete restoration. They did a great top quality job. Sarvar the project manager was on top of everything and was always available when I had a question.

Ureka and Nick helped me with with some custom signs for a flower garden. They came out very pretty. They are large and heavy duty. Done with love and care.
