We needed a top for our crawlspace entrance. We went in with measurements and they were quick, friendly and professional throughout. Just took a few days. Called me when it was ready for pick up. Looks great and the fit is perfect! Highly recommend!

Mr. Butler and his guys fabricated an adaptor for my new evaporative cooler to existing duct. Fit perfectly, only cost $40, done in a few hours same day. No job too small (apparently) or too big (he tells me they have multi-million dollar contract with APS for new coolers and saw them sitting in yard). Totally nice guy and first class operation for 50+ years, says he inherited business from dad. Can't recommend highly enough.

These guys are fantastic. I appreciate the excellent customer service and great work ethic. Our heater stopped working. They showed up on time and got our heater working. I am super happy with them and will be working with them long term. I highly recommend this company!

We recently got our AC unit with Butler and were pleased how well they worked in our shop and kept their work space clean and tidy. They have great customer service and were helpful in recommending what would work best in all of office spaces. They also referred us to a great electrician and worked together well with them on the project for us! We are building a new addition and have already requested a quote for what will be needed next..

I have been using Rockefeller's for bi-weekly house cleaning for five years now. They always do a great job, and when I've needed special cleaning services (over and above the usual), they can always assemble a team just for that purpose. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't use anyone else but Rockefellers. They have made my carpet like new again after terrible pet stains and did an incredible job cleaning a rental when we were moving out.. I didn't know it was possible for that house to look so nice. Everyone iv talked to and had in our home have been professional and kind. Can't rave about this company enough!

Rockefeller’s did work on my home following multiple leaks in the roof. They replaced the roof, replaced drywall and painted. Everything was done very professionally and I highly recommend them. Dave and Cole were very reliable and a pleasure to work with.

I recently had pipes burst in one of my shops here in ABQ which resulted in severe water damage. I frantically began to make some calls. The customer service I received from Rockefellers was outstanding and they were on scene within, like, 30 minutes. As business owner I know the importance of quality control and customer service. This company was professional and they were able to get me up and running again two days. My place was a disaster and they performed a miracle. Can't thank these people enough. Excellent work guys

My flat roof needed too much repair, so we had Rockefeller redo the multi level/areas with TPO. It was a big job that needed to be carried out using multiple ladders for access. A crew of 4 talented and cheerful roofers completed the whole job in 2 days, including removing a truck load of gravel from the roof. Dave Tapp was the project manager and he could not have been more caring and considerate. I couldn't be happier.

Absolutely exceptional! The cleaning crew went above and beyond, showcasing thoughtfulness and a deliberate approach. We are thoroughly impressed with the final outcome of our home's cleaning. Our numerous requests and specific focal points were attended to without any hesitation. Furthermore, I noticed their attention to detail in addressing often overlooked areas—the cleaning of window sills and door frames, along with a meticulous vacuuming of every piece of fabric, from the tiniest cushion to the oversized couch. If this is their standard, it certainly sets them apart from the rest.

These folks did an amazing job on my house. My husband and I recently had our old tile removed and new tile installed, and EVERYTHING in our house was covered with a thick layer of dust. I don’t know how, but the cleaning crew managed to have the whole house sparkling in just a few hours. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, floors, cabinets, fixtures, wall hangings, furniture, washed all the dishes, and the list goes on. These folks are life savers!

Rockefeller's helped us clean and repair a water leak in our laundry room and kitchen. They did a great job! Dave went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and was a great communicator. We even got quotes and hired them for some additional work.

This company is a mess just a bunch of young kids who don't know what they are doing. Spent more time on the phone trying to figure things out all he had to do was cut drywall.

This company doesn't even deserve a star. In my opinion all they care about is doing the fastest work possible and collecting the check. They are contracted with my home insurance company which is a racquet to begin with. They repaired my roof last September and destroyed my swamp cooler in the process. It continues to leak and they say it's an age issue with my cooler. It never leaked before. They attached my heater exhaust pipe on my roof so poorly that it blew off. They came to assess it last week and left it sitting on my roof with my pipe exposed into my house!!! It rained yesterday! Thanks Rockefeller for that little extra bit of incompetence. I would never ever recommend this company.

Wade, the estimator/ supervisor was on time for my roofing quote and honored the given estimate which emulates honesty. Dave Tapp, the Project Manager was punctual, polite, professional, returned phone calls in a timely fashion, and oversaw and managed the overall roofing project from beginning to end including the most minute cleanup. The roofing crew was polite, professional, and worked diligently to complete the roof. Would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

So...My master bedroom (in 2015) had a leak in the drywall above the window. Called my insurance company and they contacted Rockefeller for me. Rockefeller repaired the drywall for me but charged me $175.00 for paint when they actually used my own paint. The paint that used was about half a can (I guess its expensive paint). They also charged me for pick-up of drywall that was never done. Thank goodness I took pictures of everything. After calling about the erroneous charges they took it off my bill. Two years later the same drywall has a leak (same spot). Called Rockefeller and they said the window had the leak not the drywall so not their fault. The only problem I have with that statement is they fixed the drywall and nobody told me it was from the window. I called my Insurance company and they advised me based on the circumstances they would take them off of their list of contractors.

I paid a contractor to repair leaks in my roof in December 2019. Their contract stated that they would not warranty their work. I had interviewed and received estimates from five different contractors before making my selection and thought I had made a good choice.

Heavy rains this year in 2020 caused the "repaired areas" as well as new ones to leak onto my ceilings. I decided to file a claim with my insurance company which determined that leaks were due to the age of my roof and fixtures not due to damages caused by hail etc. Repairs would be at my own expense.

Because I had failed to make a good choice of contractors, I asked my insurance company to recommend a few quality roofing contractors. I was told by my representative: "The ONLY roofing contractor we recommend and use is Rockefellers!"

I was soon in touch with Rockefellers who sent Mauricio to inspect my roof and areas which had been leaking. Mauricio is the ONLY one out of all the contractors I had interviewed back in December who ASKED to go into my attic to inspect the leaking areas! That turned out to be integral to the cause of the leaks.

He determined that the rain had been seeping beneath the wood siding on my chimney, running down a rafter, dripping onto the ceiling around my air vents and leaking around an area that had been capped where my swamp cooler had previously been.

Soon, Alex emailed me the estimate. I signed the contract and throughout the process, Alex was prompt and courteous in keeping me informed about dates and delays. She promptly replied to my questions.

The day came when Mauricio arrived promptly and on time to make the repairs to my roof. He worked with precision over three hot days. Each day he carefully cleared away any debris and construction materials so that you would never know any contractor had been working on my roof. The shingles are a perfect match and my chimney is brand new with its TPO wrapping as well as new siding.

After the completion of the repairs, Rockefellers and Mauricio came to inspect the quality and to confirm my satisfaction. I know that I made the right decision in choosing Rockefellers to repair my roof and highly, highly recommend them!!!

I have been using Rockefellers for years! They do a wonderful job with our monthly house cleaning and get a lot done in a quick amount of time. They are very thoughtful and I 100% trust the group of people that come into our home to clean it. I would highly recommend this business!

I found mold a while ago and had Rockefeller come and remediate the mold. Throughout the process, Ryan was very communicative and helpful. He made sure the work was done well and even came back to clean the floor from the job. I really appreciated him.

One area of growth is the overall communication with the company. I was often emailed by the office sraff on Friday at 4:30 regarding payment, scheduling, etc. So if I had questions, there was a rush to contact them before closing. Also, payment expectations were not discussed until 4:30 pm the NIGHT before they were to come do the job. My plan was to use a credit card but the extra cost of a credit card was ridiculous. So I frantically worked to get money into the correct account attached to the check. Had I had a heads up about the credit card fee, I wouldn't have been so stressed or panicked.

After the job was done I wanted to have Rockefeller put the wall back but it appeared that those specific contractors did not work after 2:30 pm and a quote just couldn't be scheduled. I was promised a number of times someone would get back to me, call me, etc and it just never happened. It was really frustrating. If they were over booked, or the schedule was too full, they should have just said so. It would have saved me weeks of waiting.

I really appreciated everything Ryan did for me with the mold but the communication from the company itself just fell short. Ryan gets 5 stars! Rockefeller as a company gets only 3.
