Great people. Great service. Unless you need or want something in flooring. Lady that worked near closing time Sept 3 was told by rep we had a question when she was done with another customer. Wouldn't give eye contact, holler a "be with you soon", nothing. Came back in 5 minutes and she had disappeared to the back. Waited at her desk and paced the area for 10 minutes then gave up. Going to Lumber Liquidators today for flooring and didn't want to. Sucks to be ignored. I work customer service and get only 5 star reviews from all customers. In the mood or not, I greet everyone in some way.

Disappointing experience with Home Depot Home Services installation of two "custom" doors. The project involved removing security doors and installing new entrance doors. Home Depot advised they could not re-install the security doors that they would remove to install the new doors, but provided me with the name of a 3rd party contractor who could complete the reinstallation. The first HD associate I met with was a salesperson, who assured me the security doors could be reinstalled and gave me a phone number of a contractor he trusted. Next, HD sent out an associate to measure for the new doors. I told him that I needed assurance there would be no problem re-installing security doors and wanted to coordinate with the 3rd party re-installer to make sure there would be no glitches in installing the security doors. He assured me that would not be a problem. Well guess what. After the doors were installed and the security door re-installer came out to put them back up he determined they would not fit back on because the new doors were not made with any space left for the reinstallation! It simply would not work. What I learned from this experience - do not hire someone to do PART of a job. HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN DO A JOB FROM START TO FINISH. I trusted Home Depot, after all, they are the experts. Every person I met assured me re-installing the security doors was no big deal, a $150 job! Hire someone who can do the whole thing. Now my custom-made security doors that match the house are useless scrap iron. My new doors that were installed for security cannot be coupled with the actual iron security doors that HD assured me could be reinstalled. Next time I hear a contractor say we can only do part of the job but you can hire someone else to finish it - I will go somewhere else. FYI - the price for two doors and installation was over $5K.

John Grant in the flooring area was a great help in showing us the best value and quickly and efficiently created an order to have our house measured and set up the carpet installation contractor. Everything went quickly and smoothly without a hitch. The scheduling for the installation was quick and easy. The installation was fantastic, if that is possible to say when you are talking about replacing 2800 sf of carpet. The crew assigned to our house was Rudy's crew. They were great! They arrived when expected, worked late, and got the huge job done in 3 days. This was an exhausting task for us to undertake, but it made us organize and clean out old stuff that we didn't need anymore. Our house now fells brand new, organized, clean with brand spankin new carpet, perfectly installed by courteous and hard working people. I can't say enough good things about Rudy's crew. This experience was much better than I was expecting. Also, don't forget to sign up for a Home Depot credit card before you purchase so that you can take advantage of the 10% discount.

I recently stopped by to get some materials for an espresso machine that I was setting up. It requires some special plumbing and I had no knowledge. I’m met a gentleman named Bob who worked there. Amazing person help me with all of my questions and also help me gather all the materials that I needed. Thanks Bob. Much appreciated.

Top tier builder with an amazing focus on detail. Kurt is very organized and exibits a respect for compliance and procedure while maintaining a strict adherence to budget and deadlines which in my experience are atributes rarely demonsyrated in this space.

Very busy and bad at communication. Had multiple no-show visits. Work done was quickly when they showed up, but shabbily and definitely not thoroughly.

Edit: perhaps your client is lying to both of us, regardless, your company gave me bad service. Two complete no-shows after confirming an appointment is unacceptable. Especially as one was the day before Christmas Eve.

We had kind of a weird problem with water leaking into our basement and most companies didn't even want to touch it! But Kurt from Advance Concept Group took the time to figure out the best solution that would work for the long term, and even worked with us when we changed our minds about a few things. The work required several different areas (electrical, plumbing, concrete, digging, etc) and was finished quickly, neatly, and efficiently and all the workers were professional, hard-working, and friendly. If you want a problem solved right, I highly recommend them.
