Great company to hire for my roof. Came in , took before and after pictures to show the work- which looked stellar!

Asked for the roof to be sealed temporarily to prevent more rain damage and they came out quickly to patch. (This meant a lot thank you!)

Excellent service. Great communication throughout the project from scheduling the first visit to assessing the issues, estimates provided with details before leaving, scheduling the work to followip with the supervisor. They actually answered the phone on the first ring. I called many other roofers with either full inboxes or no answer.
The work completed is sound and competent.

Javier Garcia did our annual roof inspection today. He took lots of pictures and explained all he saw. Thankfully, all is good except for 5 broken tiles. We had leftover tiles, so he replaced all 5 broken tiles and charged us nothing. This is a fine company with knowledgeable employees. We will have our roof checked with them every year before Winter.

Premium Roofing was professional, dependable and responsive from the initial walk through for the estimate to the last detail of the roof replacement. The crews were fast, neat and respectful of property. Front office was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this group.

We had an amazing experience with Premium Roofing. Having to get a roof repaired is never a NICE thing, but if you are going to have to do it, Premium Roofing is an excellent option. They were very professional. The front office staff answered the phones and were knowledgeable and helpful. We quickly got a quote and it was easy to schedule the work. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend them to family and friends and we will use them again if the need arises.

Hire them. I had a poorly installed TPO roof that kept leaking, that was done by another company, that has since gone out of business. Premium Roofing identified the problem areas and fixed them the first try. They redid two canalees for me which stopped a leak another company tried and failed to fix. Most recently, they repaired my failing TPO seams. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly. Cannot recommend enough.

Top of the line! I interviewed at least 12 roofing companies before I chose Premium. The job turned out to be challenging as Santa Fe had lots of rain this summer, and the HVAC ductwork was on my tar and gravel roof. Manny, who oversaw the job, promptly responded to every hiccup. The guys on the job were dedicated in grueling heat, and the salesman was knowledgeable about Class A fire resistant roofs (not just punting like the others) which I requested. I was extremely impressed with this company. They are dedicated to serving the customer. I highly recommend Premium Roofing.

First of all. I called a bunch of different roofing companies. No, it wasn’t to find a lower quote - it was to find someone who was actually going to do their job by getting on the roof to see what the issue was. I knew I had two pipes leaking but thanks to Javier, he was able to give me a breakdown of what needed to be done.
Which was a handful of much needed common maintenance shortly after we bought the house.

I was quoted anywhere from $5k to $13k by all the other companies who never got on the roof. I wasn’t looking for a car salesman…I was looking for someone to fix my roof.

What I got with these folks was an honest and reputable company that obviously has done great work with all this rain we have been getting.

So, I appreciate all this hard work installing the mesh and painting it.

Originally, I selected Premium Roofing due to the high rating that I saw for them when I did a Google search for roofing companies. Wow, they really lived up to that high rating and truly are deserving of it! Joel was very easy to work with, very friendly and the upmost professional. One thing that I really appreciated, was the fact that Joel was willing to work with me when I told him that I didn't have the full insurance copay upfront, due to my financial situation at that time. It's nice when people are actually understanding of others circumstances! We ended up coming up with a payment plan that worked for all parties involved... Premium Roofing is obviously willing to travel up to certain distance to do a job, as the job they did for me was down in Belen. And they knocked it out in one day, which was pretty amazing, I'm sure my renters appreciated it as well! Can't forget to mention, the new roof looks beautiful!

We have been plagued by a roof leak for the past couple of years. During that time several companies inspected our roof and tried to fix the leak to no avail. Premium Roofing found the leak, provided supporting pictures and repaired the leak to my great relief. They had to work with our solar panel company and coordinated the work seamlessly. They were wonderful to work with. They kept us informed continuously. Their workers are courteous, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Premium Roofing.

I needed to have a 250 sq ft section of flat roof rebuilt to prevent leaks into my garage during heavy rain storms. This section was trouble from the original construction. Premium Roofing scheduled me for Tuesday before Thanksgiving but rain caused havoc with their schedule. They asked to come at 7am Thanksgiving Day which was fine with me. They completed the job by midafternoon. The roof was beautiful but I did not get the drain I was told would be used. They explained a technical reason came up when the old roof was removed which could not have been anticipated by the estimator. They offered to rebuild the drain at their expense which sounded like major additional work. I was really impressed by that. But I ended up declining because the drain they gave me was ugly but functional. After discussion, we decided to put a cage over it which fixed what was really just a cosmetic problem. I liked the estimator, I liked the crew, I liked the crew's supervisor and I liked the person who handled my concern about the drain. Their willingness to rebuild that drain on their time leads me to state, emphatically, if you have a roofing problem, you should call Premium Roofing. You can trust them to do it right, and at the right price.

After a very positive initial roof inspection with Javier in October 2025, we were optimistic about moving forward. However, after that visit, we received no response to our many follow-up inquiries regarding a full roof replacement.

A second inspection was conducted and a full replacement estimate was prepared, but once again, our numerous calls and questions about the estimate went unanswered. Eventually, I tracked down the owner, Joel, in November 2025. During a lengthy conversation, he reassured me that he would address my outstanding questions about both the partial and full replacement estimates. Unfortunately, after that conversation, we never heard from him again either. And it’s now February 25, 2026.

It is surprising to see five-star reviews when we were unable to get return calls or have basic questions addressed. The pattern of lack of communication and follow-through has been very disappointing. Being ignored is not what we expect from any business, let alone a “5-star” company.

Fortunately, the repair or replacement was not urgent, and aside from the initial leak, we have not experienced additional issues. Still, clear communication and reliability matter, and that was not our experience.

In all aspects from beginning to end of my new roof installation, Premium Roofing company have been professional in providing the best quality of service and materials. I would recommend their company as being the best family owned Roofing company in the business. They are all a wonderful crew from owners to managers to lead foreman and supporting crew.

This was by far our best experience with a contractor company working on a large-scale project! When you need a new roof with serious repair, Premium Roofing is exceptional in their field. Good management and excellent service, from initial quote to completion.
