Highly recommend I got some pictures here of my old roof and the new roof and they did a fantastic job on my patio that they sealed so no water wouldn’t get through

Such a breath of fresh air!!! Couldn't be more happy with the customer service. Called last week and had Jose out this afternoon to take a look at our problem. From the 1st call to set up the appointment and they day of, everyone has been a pleasure to work with. I had contacted a handful of companies and they were by far the best that came out. I contacted Premium Roofing after a freakish leak on a TPO roof which was installed late 2022 had 2 small leaks. The company that did the installation offered a 12-year warranty but decided not to stand behind the installation despite me having a contract!! I called Premium Roofing after an insurance inspector and a general contractor could not find how the water got in. One of Premium Roofing’s Project Managers (Manny) came over and found that one of the air vent caps above the garage was not properly affixed to the metal duct and also found a spot where the mule-hide had separated from the roof allowing water to bypass the canale. I spoke with the Premium Roofing Sales Mgr (José) and explained that the problem had FINALLY been identified by Manny!! This is the astounding part — they offered to fix it for NO CHARGE!!! I initially contacted them in June because of their high rating on Google but I will call them and spread the word while singing their praises!!!!!

Premium Roofing did a fantastic job on re-roofing our entire house and casita. The four/five man crew worked diligently over the course of 12 days to complete the project in a timely manner. I thought the crew was very nice and pleasant to work with. The project manager was great about providing updates and going the extra mile (like removing an old swamp cooler at no additional cost) in making sure our re-roof was a success. I would highly recommend them for any roofing project.

Premium Roofing has completed 3 separate TPO flat roof projects for us this year, and we could not ask for more. Joel, Javier, Jose, Eddie, Santiago, and other roofing staff, (too numerous to name), have all been knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! Their customer service is exceptional!

Our roof and shed was damaged by a hailstorm July 12th. PR and our insurance provider inspected our home and an agreement was made September 9th. PREMIUM ROOFING started and completed our roof replacement September 18th. Our experience with PR was seamless, expedient and very satisfying. 5 stars.

Great experience today with Javier. He came out to inspect our three flat roofs and was super informative and had the integrity to tell us he saw no need for any maintenance at this time. You can tell this man takes pride in his work. We will definitely call Premium roofing when we need another inspection and/or maintenance.

Premium Roofing was very professional, reasonably priced and repaired my roof after three other companies failed to repair it. I was impressed with how well they communicated, how thoroughly they checked the roof, how quickly they repaired it and they called to follow up after the first heavy rain. And they were the only company that gave a years warranty on their repair work. I highly recommend Premium Roofing.

Juan was very knowledgeable and helpful and Gustavo was exceptionally professional in his response to my questions and concerns. The quality of work was excellent. From the beginning when they came out to give me an estimate they were timely and very informative. They continually communicated with me furnishing me photos of the ongoing work. I was particularly pleased with how neatly they maintained the supplies and equipment around the house. I would highly recommend this company.

Premium Roofing recently completed re-roofing our house on the northside of Santa Fe, replacing an aging tar and gravel roof with TPO. What a high degree of professionalism throughout the entire process, beginning with the inspection and quote developed by José, who took the time to explain the entire process in amazingly great detail. Gustavo was extremely helpful in scheduling the project, and he made sure he understood any particular concerns or requests that we had. He was on-site on several occasions and his communication concerning progress on the project was first-rate. Santiago and his work crew were awesome! Again, the very highest level of professionalism and courtesy, with frequent communication on their progress. Their cleanup work each day was outstanding, to the point that you would hardly know that anything was going on except for seeing the supplies. The finished product looks awesome and has kept us dry and leak-free through several summer rains already. We definitely recommend Premium Roofing, and 5 stars are just not enough!!

After no response from a local roofer, we contacted Premium Roofing for an estimate on some repairs. They were quick to respond and had an estimator on-site the next day. We accepted their offer and were told that work would be done in a few weeks as repairs like this were done on Saturdays. When we got the date, I called the day before to confirm and was told to expect workers early the next morning. That afternoon I received an email moving the work from Saturday to Sunday. After some discussion we agreed to Sunday with multiple assurances that the worker would do a good job for us.
On Sunday, nobody had arrived by 10:00AM.. I called the company and only got a recording as nobody was in the office on Sunday. Monday afternoon I received a text from Premium Roofing apologizing for missing the assignment and offering to come the next day. I declined the offer as I had already lined up another company to do the work. Monday evening I got a call from Joel Monge, CEO of Premium Roofing with more apologies and an offers to perform the work immediately, even to do it at no cost or to cover the payment to another company. I thanked him for the offers, but I had lost faith in his company after waiting, rescheduling and not showing up. Mr. Monge made very reasonable efforts to resolve the issues, but having lost faith, everything was declined.
I would normally not give anything more than a 1 star rating for this type of response, but Mr. Monge's heartfelt efforts to remedy shows a very good intent.

Premium Roofing did a great job replacing our shingle roof. Our roof looks awesome and we're very pleased. Juan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. We'll recommend Premium Roofing to our family and friends.

WOW! I called premium roofing after having bad experiences with other so-called" professional/experienced" roofers. From the very start, Premium Roofing was great. Jose came out and did the initial inspection. It was very detailed and answered any questions or concerns I may have had . The quote was sent back in a timely manner . The ladies at the office were super polite and responsive with billing and scheduling. Technicians Anastasio and Diego , along with Project Manager Gustavo, ensured the repair was done correctly and were there to answer any questions and assured me they were there if I needed anything now or in the future Joel CEO had a sense of urgency with any concern I had and ensured his employees delivered top-notch service .

Everyone worked diligently throughout the process of my food replacement. Everyone was very kind and helpful, polite, etc. excellent job as what they’ve done on my roof. The cleanup was excellent. I would recommend them highly I’d give them 10 stars rather than five. Thank you everyone for doing a fantastic job.

Did such a great job on the roof. We had a bad leak over a skylight and now with all the rain nothing. Super fast turnaround and a very reasonable price. They even did some good repairs on an older TPO roof we had over our garage, that they didn’t even install.

We were so relieved to have found Premium Roofing. Based on their reviews, we decided to call them for our roof issues we were having. They came out and did an assessment, and within the next few days, they were able to come out and were able to complete a full roof replacement in one day! They worked hard and were constantly cleaning up the surrounding area. They were in constant communication and would also send updated pictures of the progress they were making while they were working. We are extremely pleased with the service we received and the quality of the work.
