I recently selected Premium Roofing to do a complete roof replacement, choosing a TPO roof to replace my 20-year-old tar and gravel roof. From the initial consultation to completing the final job, the entire Premium Roofing team was amazing to work with. The work was completed thoroughly, with the highest quality, very professionally and timely. The roofers and the project manager sent periodic text updates and pictures throughout the various stages of the new roof installation. The workmanship, quality, and attention to detail not only met but exceeded my expectations. Every member of the premium roofing team went above and beyond in showing how importantly they value their customers. The respect for my property, quality of their work, and keeping the work site safe and clean were impressive. The front office staff, the roofers and the project manager were very friendly, professional and I highly recommend Premium Roofing. I am a very satisfied customer!

If you are looking for the best work and team possible! Then go with premium roofing. From the very beginning I met with Eddie. Not only was he very knowledgeable and considerate he really listened to my concerns. I knew it was the right choice to make. I was kept updated from the day I signed till the day of the project. Manny was the site manager. I have got to say I was deeply impressed with him and especially his crew. They truly went above and beyond with the entire project. I was even given a web link to view the progress of my roof. It turned out amazing. I would highly recommend Premium Roofing if you are in need of a roof.

This company was fantastic from beginning to end. We had such a good experience working with each member of the team that we interacted with. Juan was exceptional with helping us find the problem and ensure it was fixed properly. They went above and beyond to ensure our standards were met as well. I did as every diligent consumer should do. I started early and had at least three evaluations and estimates done a year ago. One of the companies was Premium Roofing. The estimator at the time carefully looked over the roof and asked me why I was considering a new roof. I said I think it’s time. He said you have time on this roof but we will reroof it is you want. So I let it go till this year. Once again I sought three estimates one of them from the last year’s honest company. Premium Roofing. I called the office and talked with someone extensively. Little did I know that was the owner. Well the honesty he provided was in line with his estimator. More than that the time he gave me was impressive. This year’s estimator was also as honest, helpful and even provided guidance again without any sales pressure.
The work was scheduled. The workers arrived on time one even a bit early but very respectful. They proceeded to work then a project manager arrived to make sure all was going well and as per the contract also to check and see if I was happy so far. The attention to detail was so nice to see. They even painted my metal chimney to closely match the new roof including duct and roof pipes. Something that wasn’t in the contract. I had another project manager stop by to do a follow up. Again the entire team performed very well and completed the job as expected and within the time frame they claimed it would be done.

Premium roofing was outstanding from start to finish following a hail storm in Tijeras. Everyone was professional and polite, also communication was great throughout the process. We had an entire roof replacement and it came out better than we could have expected. We will recommend them to every body we know. Excellent roofing company! Thank you

The crew that installed my roof was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. The installation was flawless, and they handled the cleanup thoroughly, leaving everything spotless. We had a great experience with Premium Roofing! They did your roof in 3 days (actually it was 2 days) the the final inspection was great! Anything that needed replacement or fixing - they came in less than a couple days to repair! Great communication.

Andres and his brother Adam did a great job! They were super friendly and took their time and made sure everything looked great. They cleaned up after everything. I would definitely hire them again.

We've had several projects done by Andres. He was very professional and gave a fair honest quote quickly. He worked with us to schedule and give us updates throughout the projects. We would highly recommend and plan to keep our business with AMR 3 Design & Construction.

I’ve waited a while to submit my review in hopes that Andres would do the right thing and return my money. My husband and I hired Andres to repair my pool and he scammed us out of $4500. He gave us a timeline of 3 weeks and after that time not only was it not done but he made a mess of our pool causing more damage. I called 3 pool companies out to give me an estimate on repairing the pool after her did some work and it’s going to cost me 20k to fix the damage he caused. I reached out to him and asked him to return my money and he has declined and now he is not answering our texts or emails. I’m beyond upset and this situation and have no options to get my money back! Don’t trust him, he’s a scammer and his work is terrible! I wish I could give zero stars or negative stars, but that’s not an option.

I had the opportunity to get my roof inspected and HVAC looked at by one of their Project Managers, JT Armenta. We had just bought our house and there were a ton of issues but He was kind given our situation, never stopped being professional. We had a long conversation about our HVAC system and he left. The best thing about this was it was starting to get hotter sooner and I contacted Mr. Armenta and asked him if it was possible to send his guy earlier. Without skipping a beat he said “let me check” and with in a few hours of our phone call Adrain Chavez was at our house fixing our system.
