From the start, I found MODCON to be reliable, communicative, respectful, and consistently willing to go out of their way. After considering three other contractors, I chose MODCON’s owner, Nishan, for his competitive estimate and proactive “when do we get started?” attitude. He promptly responded to my texts and calls and assured me that any savings from finishing under budget would be reflected in my final payment. The team began work exactly as scheduled, kept the workspace clean each day, and their associates, Esteban and Uriel, were both courteous and dedicated to quality. Any minor adjustments I requested were handled without hesitation. Uriel particularly impressed me by resolving a water faucet issue in a bathroom outside our contract—he replaced a valve at no charge and fixed a clogged supply line, which was a huge relief given my tight timeline. Esteban, Nishan, and Uriel are truly “good dudes,” as well as the rest, and I highly recommend MODCON to anyone seeking a dependable, skilled home contractor.

We hired MODCON to renovate our legacy family home. They handled a bathroom remodel, new floor tiling, and a kitchen backsplash. They also brought the water heater and gas heater vent stack up to code. MODCON's pricing was fair, and they even repositioned a new dishwasher and fixed a water valve at no additional cost. Nishan and MODCON have renovated a few of my larger projects in the past few months. Quality of construction is top tier, couldnt ask for more. Also very professional, communicates well, and was able to manage the process from start to finish with little involvement. Its great to have a contractor and team you can rely on to be there and do quality work, that's them.

Take the lock off the fricken bathroom or hire enough staff so you can find someone to open it.

So today went in to get some wood. Measured what we needed went by the signs say 2x10x16 and went got up to pay did my own measuring which is 1.5x9.25x16 very disappointed why am I paying for more that I'm not getting.

Normally i would do a better review .
But this time .. They truly failed ..i purchase a $200.00 shallow well pump .installed it ran perfect ..except it wouldn't turn off ..called the help line ..were here for you ..is their slogans..not answere
.an.hour later .. No answere. .i called.. The store spoke with .. Tom .. No help .. I dont know is all i got .. I removed the pump and returned it ..period

Kind and helpful staff. They were very sweet and guided me on certain plants not to get for my cats.

You are just providing your information to their system then contractors reach out to you. There is zero discount when a contractor reaches out fyi.

Worst home depot ever no help guy running around with his pants off

don’t usually write reviews, but this Home Depot visit deserves a special place in the Hall of Shame.Walked in looking for a basic plumbing part. Walked out 45 minutes later with absolutely nothing but a mild headache, a new level of disappointment, and the strong suspicion that the employees were part of an elaborate social experiment to see how long someone could wander before getting help.
Customer service? Nonexistent. I asked three different employees for help. One pointed in a vague direction and vanished like a ghost. Another literally said, “That’s not my department,” and walked off mid-sentence. The third one was too busy having a personal phone call in the paint aisle to even acknowledge me.

Anthony came to my house and was very friendly. He took pics of my ac unit on the roof and showed me them. He did a great job! Will definitely use again!

Anthony and Xavier were super efficient and friendly. Gave some great insight on my swamp cooler (I’m a transplant from non-swamp cooler land!), and put up with my big loud dogs.
