Recently purchased a circuit tracer and like it. I talked with the local Ideal distributor and he and Dealers branch manager both worked with me and the final result are my expectations were exceeded. Great job guys and nice teamwork. These guys always have what we need at an reasonable pricing.

It was an unprofessional establishment. The documents sent were mixed up with different jobs. When I called to follow up, the "I'll get to it" attitude was unacceptable. Why would anyone want to do business with these people? I would not recommend; if you can obtain parts elsewhere, please do, the incompetence is unacceptable.

They were so good. Showed up on time. Cleaned everything up. Listened to my problem and solved quickly and efficiently and at a fair price.

I have had service from this company twice and highly recommend them. The owner Rick and his crew were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

I have them come out to do a little job but it's more of a teaching assignment for them so I went shocked myself awesome customer service did exactly what they said they were going to do for the price they said

I withheld giving a review, until I gave them another chance. They did come out for one estimate, but after leaving, never provided quote or responded.
Second project, second chance. Scheduled estimate over a week in advance, but they called 2 1/2 hrs before scheduled time, and cancelled.
That's now 2 days that I had to rearrange work, and all for nothing.

Just needed a basic house call, but they were able to squeeze me in the same afternoon and got here on time. Super nice people, would definitely recommend and will call them again the next time I need electrical work.

In the middle of a family crisis, our swamp cooler and pump stopped working. I called Watt Electric based on reviews that I found online, spoke to Rick, and he was at the door in less than an hour. On a Sunday. We had a bit of a mystery on our hands, had everyone scratching their heads, but he figured it out and we are now no longer roasting on this 95 degree day! 10/10 would recommend, and we'll be using Watt Electric again when another electrical mystery pops up. My house is approximately 40 years old. I have had the displeasure of updating and replacing more items then I can keep track of over the last 10 years. It feels that we are slowly building a new house one expensive piece at a time. That being said, we have used MANY local contractors over the last several years. Some good and some absolutely maddening. I have become the person friends call for advice on home repairs because we have “done it all”.

Watt Electric LLC did an excellent job correcting a botched job another electrician did at my house. I was on an incredibly tight schedule and they were booked solid, but Rick Vigil managed to squeeze me in the following day. He was upfront with how much it would cost if the job was simple versus complicated. I appreciated that. The electricians he sent were professional and very competent. Within minutes of their arrival they found the problem the previous electrician had created and corrected it. They also went the extra step of checking all of his other work to make sure I wouldn’t have any problems in the future. I highly recommend Watt Electric LLC and would gladly hire them in the future.
