Knowledgeable staff, great communication and very professional. Big enough to handle commercial work, small enough to keep their guys well trained and accountable.

Stephen installed a dimmer, an outdoor light, fixed a can light and an outlet very quickly. He was very friendly and quick and his price was very reasonable!

Eddie came by today to do some wiring for a new conference table. He talked with me when he got here about what needed to be done. He was very polite and easy to work with. He got the work done quickly and tidily. He then double checked that all the wiring was working, and made sure that he had completed everything we needed.
Eddie is a great guy, and the service was excellent! I'm glad we use Cordray Electric.

Hit the switch, got a loud pop and all the lights went out, garage door opener wouldn't work and the refrigerator was out. Called DRB explained my dilemma. They responded immediately, far quicker than I had any right to expect and had my lights back on in no time. The technician was wonderful. Took the time to explain what had happened. Great service. Would highly recommend DRB.

The bill was much higher than expected, because it is not explained at the time of the appointment that that you are responsible for the drive from the office to the residence. So instead of one hour worth of work I was charged for an hour and half almost 2 hours plus materials. As well as the technician did arrive at 730am but one hour later. The technician was professional and courtesy, but the expense was not worth it!

Bill was much higher than expected. Charges for travel time for 1 hour even though their shop is only 15 minutes away from our home. ( travel time is $127.50 hour) After 30 minutes he left because he had an emergency he had to take of in Santa Fe but sat in his truck for 30 minutes. Came back the next day with another Tech and I was charges for 2 hours of drive time (1 hour for each of them). After awhile they left to pick up parts and were gone for 1 hour which means 2 more hours of no work done. Once they got started which was around 1 hour they left. They did fix the problem but it did cost me more than what I had budgeted. I call the office and was told the boss would call me back which he never did.

Good overall experience with DRB electric. Janelle was very helpful in getting me in quickly and explained the pricing so that there were no surprises when the work was finished. The electricians were very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had. They also arrived on time and first thing in the morning, too. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Want someone who can get the job done right and at reasonable prices?!? I recommend Getsum electric. Had my whole house upgraded and Isaac did a great job for a great price. Other electricians I called tried to rip me off and charge an arm and a leg.
